I would not recommend this company at all. We had several issues scheduling a zoom meeting. Finally I had to email them asking for proofs and they emailed me what appeared to be a screen shot of our proofs. They were hard to view so I asked for better copies and they emailed me the same thing. Everyone that I talked with had the same terrible experiences.

I was excited about church directory photos, as my family is well overdue for a nice, professional portrait session. Well, let’s just say that we’re STILL overdue for a nice, professional portrait session.This was the absolute worst church directory experience ever. The photographer was friendly, but she was NOT a professional. To put it bluntly, any high school kid with an iPhone could have taken better photographs.1. The studio lighting wasn’t set correctly, so EVERY SINGLE PORTRAIT containing more than one person in our finished directory contains dark shadows. Black shadows on clothing, faces, and arms.2. The photographer was not comfortable posing groups of 2 or more people. Poses were awkward. People in the same portrait were facing different directions. Heads were positioned at the same heights. Arms and shoulders were cut off because the photographer wasn’t able to capture families of 3 or 4 in the same frame. Some portraits even captured the BACKDROP STAND.3. Although she checked her camera screen after every photograph, she didn’t notice or attempt to correct issues. Eyes were closed. Glasses were literally falling off people’s faces. Shirts were twisted. Hair was out of place. Nostrils were flared. Chins were protruding. Any professIonal photographer would have gently coached families to achieve the best possible picture.Due to the pandemic, we met with the sales rep via Zoom to review and possibly purchase photos. Although we had a scheduled appointment time, the rep didn’t know our names or even have our portraits pulled up for viewing. Instead, she jumped straight into a sales pitch for the picture FRAMES hanging on the wall behind her. When we finally viewed our family’s gallery, there were only TWO group photographs with everyone’s eyes open. And we’re only a family of three. The only picture that was “directory approved” was off center, cutting off my left shoulder and arm and showing the right side of the backdrop stand. And yes, even after reviewing the gallery, she continued to try to sell multi-picture frames for those horrid shots. Even beautiful, overpriced frames couldn’t make those pictures look good.When our congregation realized that everyone had similar experiences, our project lead contacted the company sales/service rep to discuss the quality concerns. There were multiple phone calls and emails.He was rude.He was hateful.He never apologized or even admitted that the quality was poor.And in the midst of his unprofessional emails, he had the nerve to quote scripture.According to him, the photographer was amazing, and we were nitpicking.No, Sir. The pictures were horrible, and you need a lesson in customer service.

I am a former employee of the company and I have learned many great things from that team. They work hard for the church providing an exceptional product. They care for their employees and for each church member they photograph. I left to pursue a different opportunity but I recommend this company highly.

We had an odd error with our prints and the business was able to very creatively solve the problem. Good service and much appreciated.

It was great! Everything went very smooth. Jay and the layout department were always available to help and answer all of my questions. Exceptional customer service. I hope when it’s time to do it again LifePoint chooses Re:Member Church Directories again.Sincerely,Carole Sindelar

This company is a joke! We started the process of doing our church directory with them. Couldnt get phone calls returned. The rep cancelled appointments with me at the last minute. I decided it best to cancel. Unfortunately I had given them our members info and now our members have received phone calls 2 weekends in a row to schedule their portrait sitting. I have attempted to call the company. No one answers at any listed extension, and dont return calls when Ive left a message. Dont use them!!!

Horrible company! The church gets the directories for free, which is awesome except they make their money by selling the pictures to the congregants, which is also awesome except they are way Way WAY too over priced! The photographer was also rude, irritable, and impatient. Stay away!

These guys are going to hell. They come in with a scam to do your directory for free and make their money off your members by guilting your members into spending ridiculous prices. Ive never punched anyone at church before but I was close.

Great company! Staff is friendly and helpful. Quality is top notch. These people complaining must not realize to get quality portraits you have to pay a little more than WalMart prices.

Very disappointed; lacking in professionalism and overpriced. I pointed out to the photographer that I wanted small photos for Christmas cards. After I gave him a signed check he handed me the receipt and said I could expect them in the mail Dec. 26. I am disappointed in myself that I didnt ask for my check back. It was not a professional studio set-up. I should have gone with my gut. After I posted this review I learned this company was contacted and the photos were rescheduled to be mailed prior to Christmas. I received mine yesterday and they are completely worthless. The free 8x10 looks like two dead people and the 8 wallets that I paid over $80 for is not the image I selected. They are horrible. Do not do business with these idiots. What a ripoff. The wallets cannot be separated without cutting off part of the face.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Our church has used them twice and it will be no more!Dishonest sales representatives who mislead you by promising things and then dont deliver. We were told we could have an extra day for photography then it was told to us that it would not happen and it was a mistake for the extra day. Several families didnt get photos because of this issue.Photographer/ Sales person is TERRIBLE with posing!They will GUILT you into SUPPORTING THEIR PROGRAM if you dont buy all because they came to your church for free!Hello???!!!It is the company policy to do this! If I choose not to buy what you offer DO NOT use Guilt or high pressure sales to close your commissions sales.Very very bad experience from this company!so, if you dont buy from them - you are rushed out of the review and all of a sudden they arent as personable to you anymore.Typical Wordly, money grabbing, company taking advantage of the Church!USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!And notice the OWNER of the Comapny does NOT comment to bad reviews only good ones which shows they arent interested in your true comments or customer service!

Lousy company! We were promised directories at Easter. It is now almost Halloween and we still do not have them. The pictures were extremely overpriced for the quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Stay FAR AWAY!

Just got our new directories and have to say they are the worst I think our church has ever had done. The lighting on these photographs was horrible! I would not recommend this company at all! A one star review is still too much.
