I spoke with the receptionist in the lobby to request someone to show me some granite samples for a house I was doing in Clemmons because GARY was on vacation that day. She went to the back of the show room for a minute then came back out front to inform me that no one can see me today or tomorrow and that I would have to come back next week. My time is valuable just like there’s and was treated very rudely and cold. I informed the receptionist that she could tell GARY that they have lost my business plus the 12 homes we are building in the mountains near Sparta. After leaving the show room I texted Gary how I was treated and he never bothered to return my text or call me. I would not recommend this company to anybody

This showroom is unbelievable. Gary, is so knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly, and made me feel as though weve known each other for years. The receptionist was awesome. They have the most beautiful samples Ive ever seen. I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and my contractor, Ive got to mention his name, Ive had so many friends use him to remodel any room in your home. He does it all. The name is Scott Reitnauer. I highly recommend Bloomday Granite and Tile, you will never find a better place or value for granite and or tile.

Bloomday was awesome! I cannot say enough good things about their entire team. I went through this whole process (getting a bid, picking a slab, scheduling and installation) all during COVID-19. I didnt even see the counter top in person until the day it was installed. But none of that mattered because Bloomday made the process so seamless. Amy was very responsive to emails, really heard what I was saying in terms of what I was looking for, and helped me pick the perfect remnant slab without even needing to see it in person. They always did what they said they would -- called me in advance, showed up on time -- and theyre work was impeccable. Ive got two other bathrooms on my renovation list, and Ill definitely be calling them for the counter tops in those rooms, too.

It isn’t often that I leave reviews for a company but I felt compelled to do so for Bloomday because of the exceptional service we received. In our kitchen build we had decided to have Granite countertops and visited one of the several granite suppliers in Greensboro. The process of choosing granite is a bit overwhelming. Not only are there hundreds of colors, types and price levels but there is no help to decide which slab is without defects that can be problematic. After what seemed like days lost in a slab warehouse we finally picked a slab we both liked. Our contractor had suggested Bloomday as the fabricator for the countertops. We visited Bloomday and chose the edging and finish. The staff was knowledgeable, gracious and welcoming. Several weeks later when we were approaching the time to install the countertops the granite company moved the slabs to Bloomday for fabrication. Anna called me when the slabs arrived to discuss the defects is the slabs. What we didn’t see or know was that the slabs has rust areas with holes. She asked if we wanted to come down and view the slabs to ensure we knew what we were getting and would be happy. Upon Seeing the slabs, Anna explain in detail how those defect areas would effect the countertops we decided to scrap those slabs and look for other slabs. Neither of us were looking forward to going back to the granite warehouse. Lucky for us Bloomday carries slabs and Anna walked us through the process of choosing the prefect slabs. Anna was informative, engaging and patiently took time with us while we made our selection. From beginning to end Anna kept in touch with us ensuring we knew the process and would be happy with the countertops. When I had an additional request for a small top Anna immediately took care of my request and ensured the top would be done and shipped with everything else.The countertops were installed the other day and I LOVE THEM! The install was perfect and the installers were professional and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend Bloomday!!! Awesome company! Great people to work with! They were so very patient with a novice renovator. My new kitchen counters were just installed and they are absolutely lovely! Their prices were better than other fabricators we checked and I can certainly say the work is excellent! Highly recommended!

Obviously I am missing something. Spoke to them today in need of redoing my kitchen counter tops. I requested that they come measure, I was told that when they come and measure I would be considered under contract and would have to pay a deposit. My kitchen has a lot of counter space and will be expensive. She did say I could measure, do they really trust the customers measurements? I have never dealt with any company that flat out refused to give you an estimate unless you were under contract

We had the privilege to work with Bloomday when they replaced our countertops with Quartz. Our house was going on the market so we relied on their staff to help guide us on what buyers would want. Installation was a breeze. They were on time and did everything they needed all within one day. And it looks AH-MAZING!They also replaced our master bath sink vanity and around the tub!

Called for a quote. Salesperson was very rude and short. Didnt appear that he wanted to speak on the phone or wanted my business. If thats the kind of customer service I received over the phone I definitely didnt want to deal with them on a large project. Thanks but no thanks!
