There is not enough room for me to tell of the awesome service and knowledge from Helen Gwyn. she repaired my precious engagement ring fixing all 6 prongs that another Jeweler made worse. She also cleaned and appraised the engagement ring and my diamond wedding band. One of the nicest friendliest people I have ever met. I was not paid for this. I am an actual customer. My daughter is getting married and I Am also buying a pair of diamond and pearl earrings for her. Had no intention of doing so. But loved the earrings and she is so reasonable. Those earrings and the extent of the work anywhere else would be double the cost. If you don’t at least take a look there. It will be your loss. You’ll probably pay more and get less quality. These pictures do not do the rings justice. They look better than they did brand new!!!

Helen was SO wonderful to work with. She was so knowledgable and she guided me through the replacement of my rings which had been stolen. She helped me through the process and was so quick to respond and resolve the loss of my rings. She created the most beautiful replacements and I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend!

I had my engagement ring reshanked, an heirloom diamond reset into a bezel setting, an antique ring resized and purchased the white gold and diamond minimalist band here recently. When I say LOVE HER!! ❤I had the pleasure of meeting Helen & John today! (They are so cute together) I took a bracelet in for repair & dropped it with their beautiful daughter. It was repaired in the same day. They do ALL repairs & customs on-site, another love factor.
