On January 14th I purchased two PRL long sleeve dress shirts from Dillards and was hoping to add a distinctive single-letter B Monogram to the chest / logo area to encompass the Ralph Lauren Polo logo.I was disappointed to learn that the owner of The Added Touch had recently retired. Luckily, theres a new embroidery shop directly across from the previously mentioned merchant. Although Embroidery & More were only operational for nine weeks, I didnt feel like traveling all over Winston-Salem for a new Embroidery Shop. Prior to reading the disgruntled review from Ms.Hendrix, I decided to give them a try. After speaking with the owner, Freeze, about my project; he expressed his concerns regarding the complexity of this assignment. Although this task required procurement of new thread and the precision of a surgeon, he confidently assured me that the shirts would be left in good hands.Im pleased to report that the dress shirts turned out in miraculous fashion! Thanks for turning this fashion vision into a vivacious reality. I wish you and your new business venture a prosperous future!MJB
Ordered a beanie for my grandfather and a hat for myself just last week. Chris digitized the logo I wanted and it came out just as I had imagined. The beanie I got made for my grandpa was loved by him and the family. Will definitely be back! Nice to have a reasonably priced embroider in the area!
BEWARE!! We took our 5.11 pullover there to have it embroidered with my dads business on the front. They spelled construction wrong, the wording is crooked and it took over a week just to get the messed up item back. I contacted them about it being messed up and they reassured me it would be fixed and top priority due to the issue. Come to find out, they charged us $16 more to fix it, said nothing was wrong with it and it was just us who were dissatisfied (why yes, I’m dissatisfied with construction being spelling wrong). It took them another week and they still hadn’t even begun to fix it. They refused to give me a full refund and were very unprofessional. The man there was extremely rude on the phone, so when I got upset, they refused to do the item. I’ve never been treated like this at a respectable establishment. Just be prepared to wait a long time for your product and hope that it looks “decent” when you receive it.
After my pre order shirt was a no show, I walked into the store and within an hour we already knew exactly what i wanted...need it. Thank you, for my 50th birthday celebration T-shirt was a hit.
