Ive been coming here since moving to Winston-Salem in 2017 purely out of convenience. They only have what you need about 50% of the time, and dont carry much metric. But the reason we are not going to be shopping there anymore is simply because of the attitude. We were told today, after years of lukewarm service, that serving walk in customers was a complete waste of money and that after walking to the back a couple times, the employee repeatedly said nope, Im done, Im not going to the back any more, I have a $2,000 order to get back to. I had brought a friend with me who is special needs, and we both left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I dont typically like to write negative reviews, but just needed to get this out there because it was really frustrating. If you want fasteners, get them on the internet, because chances are, Automotive Fastener doesnt have it, and would rather be doing something else.

These people are total Mask Nazis. No mask-no entry. Never mind the Chi-vi-19 particles are 1/3 smaller than what even an N95 hospital mask can stop. This is a fact! Do some research, sheeple.

Automotive Fasteners is an excellent place to get all types of bolts, washers, nuts and so much more . The folks at the counter are very professional and knowledgeable always willing to help with your needs .

Do Not Do Business with these people. Customer service was unprofessional and horrible. I have also had issues with them not having what I needed nor were they interested in helping me find a solution. All attitude and no class. One might think they were trying to go out of business. RUN AWAY! RUN if you can !!!

I was in here with 4 other customers and they told each of us we dont have that. And i came for automotive fasters. Nothing hard either... just common collar bolts
