Excellent customer service, always a fun place to visit. They have a great array of warhammer minis, paints, and terrain. They have some great people who are smart, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pre-covid many friends enjoyed this as a cool hang out as a place to play some games and paint together. We are very fortunate to have this awesome store as part of our community and not too far from the house.

Tom was helpful and very nice. He answered when I asked questions and addressed me not just the guy I was with. If you have gone into a shop like this as a woman then you know you can get ignored. Tom didnt do that. He took my interest in Warhammer seriously and gave me good advice on building my Ork Boyz.

Excellent inventory, customer service, and location. Josh will help you ease into the game and will give you free painting lessons if you need it.

Small, but very nice, so many different boxes of models to look at, bought some codexes.

I use to play like 30 years ago and my nephew just got into it recently. They were great help getting some stuff to help set him up.

As a fan of Games Workshop products, this store is amazing. I can always ask Tom (the manager) for help with anything, especially painting models.In case youre reading this and looking for video games, or D&D supplies, this is a Games Workshop corporate location. That means they only sell Games Workshop products, which are for their miniature gaming lines, like Warhammer (mostly).

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I was picking out new paints.

Great staff and a great environment to play or hang out. Just give them a heads up and you can easily get a weekend game going. Not just a retail store.

My girlfriend and I stopped in there to paint a free model and we had a wonderful time. The community there seemed very welcoming and well definitely be back.

This business’ management was very rude to me. I get the sense that women are not welcome in this not “family friendly” toy store.The young men that were sitting at the black tables used a lot of vulgar language especially hurtful to women. The manager did not stop them, even with my children present.When I reported this to the management later over the phone, he was dismissive of the entire incident and told me that’s not his problem. I have not had any luck reporting this to the owners.

Management is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Prices are Games Workshop MSRP so dont expect any deals since it is a corporate store but this comes with the benefit of being able to order to the store online to avoid GWs shipping charges.Community seems friendly to new players and I always had good experiences with other customers being willing to give input on what purchases I should make to improve my armies.

An awesome place to play any of Games Workshops multiple tabletop strategy games. Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, and Blood Bowl are played ever weekend and the community of players is amazing. There are always players and managers present to give advice on assembly of miniatures, painting, and strategy for gameplay. This GW location has a thriving community that is opening to newcomers, and full of veterans and people of all levels of skill. This is a great place to start a new hobby, or get advice on fine tuning more advanced strategies and army lists. This Games Workshop location is always fully stocked and players are always present to play matches. The weekends are particularly active and games range from casual to tournament level competition. Tables are present to paint in the shop, and multiple game boards are always setup with amazing terrain. If you want to play Warhammer, 40k,or Blood Bowl this is the place to go.

Awesome time, but i wasnt that into these types of games.

I checked hours of operation on google and it clearly states they are open til 8 so I drive 15 minutes to get here to find them closed at 7:15. I am not impressed.
