I always find what Im looking for at this HT. The other store on Cloverdale runs out of sale items too quickly.

Great customer service! The cashier saw that I was trying to adjust the flap on the cart. When I entered the store. And immediately came to my aid.

This is one of the newer, remodeled Harris Teeters in the area. I love the fact that the whole outdoor perimeter of the store is now enclosed refrigerator and freezer space which makes it easy to find any cold storage foods. The deli and produce sections are great and have an increasingly wide array of organic and fresh options. The aisles add new products every week and the staff here are incredibly helpful. Great location right in Thruway. They have ♿ handicap accessible parking and restrooms as well.

Smells strange when you first walk in like too many fresh delis near each other. Made me nauseated. They did have broccoli sprouts my nutritionist wanted me to buy. Not overly helpful or excited about their jobs like other supermarkets.

It is a small version for a Harris Teeter. I would always head over after work since I work the latter shift and they recently changed their hours to close earlier so I probably wont be able to shop there anymore. No problem. They are okay with their service. They dont always greet and most of the time they ignore their customers at the registers.

They are marketing $5.00 for snow crab with cocktail sauce. It is not snow crab the ingredients are fish protein,Pollack and or whiting,water, wheat startch, sugar, egg white s,sorbitol then snow crab and alot more. I was going to let this drop as a mistake but it is in the ad for this next week starting tomorrow. Not good for special moments...Mothers Day???

This is a decent store. It’s a bit dark. The layout of the store seems a little different from the other Harris Teeters in the area.

Needed to buy a special flower arrangement a beautiful white rose arrangement in a tasteful vase and some other things at this Harris Teeter. They seem to always have something that I can get for a gift regarding flowers. Also, the attendant was very helpful clipped price tag excetera for me very helpful! Thank you!

This Harris Teeter has all of their frozen foods in a large cooler lined up from right to left on the back wall. The food items are easy to see & they are well stocked. The store is very clean & I think that the store is visually appealing. The vegetables & fruit are colorful & ready to go.I was turned off by the super fishy smell when I entered. Seafood smells like fish but this was too loud.

Taking COVID precautions seriously. Friendly courteous staff. Easier in and out than Cloverdale

Love this Harris Teeter, but the highlight of my experience every time is the self-checkout guy Yean Carlos! He is so friendly and kind, telling jokes and sharing experiences. He always offers to help and carry out my groceries for me, and whenever I have trouble with the machine hes right there to assist! It just absolutely makes my day interacting with people like him when I am out and about. He goes above and beyond each time I visit!

This Harris Teeter is always just a little bit off. Ambivalent staff, weird vibes. Final straw was when they refused to sell me beer because I had an out of state I.D. stating I was indeed THIRTY SEVEN YEARS OLD. Harris Teeter at Cloverdale is night-and-day better, and just around the corner (plus the best Thai food in North Carolina).

I was disappointed that during checkout that I was forced (called out of regulal checkout line) to do self checkout.

The great toilet paper caper of 2020 has not spared HT. But, there were alternatives thank goodness!!😁

There were several things that I was looking for and couldnt get any help in produce, meat dept, the international foods aisle, or at checkout. Will did actually speak to me by acknowledge me. 8 associates and only one speaking to a customer....unacceptable.

Just a quick stop for a few things. This store has a smaller parking lot than the typical store, and once youre inside it never feels crowded or busy. Very clean, clear signage for pricing and sales, and helpful employees. No smart pay at the registers yet, but thats not a huge inconvenience.

Please edit the hours online to reflect current hours. I understand the world is upside down and hours have changed due to the pandemic, but it is difficult to plan accordingly (some of us still work late) when the changes in operation arent reflected.

Im done shopping at this location. Older white lady with very blonde...You should probably train your employees to not stand behind people on self checkout as if they are stealing something. Theres a way to do that without being like a security guard. I have never experienced this at any self check out of Harris Teeter anywhere else.

Wilson and the Managers are some of the best in the Thats why Im able to create deserts like this Apple and pineapple Cobbler!!!!

I love this grocery store. I am from a big city on the west coast and this is the first store that made me feel like I was home. It has great prices along with many selections to choose from. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly.

The prices may be a little bit high but the choices are many and plentiful. Indoor restroom thats on the main floor nd not hidden or in the back.

Very nice smaller Harris Teeter store...like to go there when I dont feel like going to the bigger stores. Very convenient.👌

This Harris teeter isn’t the one I usually go to but I was passing it and stopped by. It doesn’t have as many options as some of the locations in my opinion but it’s very clean and has great prices!

We went early in the morning on a Saturday to beat the heat of the day. The grocery store only had a few shoppers plus us in the entire store. The only employees around were the people in the deli, bakery and in the seafood department. One other person was stocking shelves.The store was clean, bright and smelled clean. The seafood department didnt smell fishy like some grocery store seafood departments do.Everything was fine until we went looking for a checkout counter that be was open. Apparently on Saturday mornings at Harris Teeter you have no option but to go through the self checkout counter no matter how many groceries you have. There was only one employee working at the self checkout counter and nobody else. I watched an elderly woman who had great difficulty trying to scan each item but the employee basically ignored the incessant beeping coming from the self checkout the elderly woman was at. Sad, and will make me rethink my grocery store choice the next grocery shopping trip.

Harris Teeter is one of the very few grocery stores that do not mind paying their employees to ring-up and bag a customers items. I have also been asked several times if I need help placing it into my car! Yes many of their items are a bit more expensive but figuring in the buy 1 and get 1 s, the buy 2 and get 3 free and the MEATS are buy 1 and get 1 also. You can come out just as good if not better. They also have enough registers open that theres usually no long lines. Not like a place that has more than 12 but only have 5 open with long lines. I also find it rather peaceful to shop at H.Teeter.

This is a clean, large, sophisticated, and well stocked local grocery store chain. Despite running into old-timers and clerks that remember your name, you will still find quality that rivals anything at Fresh Market. Being one of the anchor stores at the Thruway Shopping Center, it is convenient and accessable. Weve been very happy with the management and have shopped here for three decades!

If i am saying his name correctly, Donny in the seafood department is so helpful and knowledgeable as well as timely. I feel i have a personal relationship with him and i just met him yesterday. Great service and great personality!

Stopped by as I do quite often to pick up dinner after coming home from the gym. This store is not near my home but near the gym I go to. At 6:45 p.m. the fresh seafood display was Empty, only to find a few items that had been packed into containers for sale. I grabbed a 3 pack of stuffed Salmon and a few other others and checked out. During check out, I was asked a question on just about every item I purchased..why this, do you like this, etc...I get home to find my dinner, the stuffed Salmon NOT in my car. Called the store, finally got a manager I guess who verified my Salmon was still sitting at the check out station. I had to tell her 3 times I was NOT coming to get the food that I wanted a refund. She finally said that she guesses she could make a note and put on the clip board for when I come by to get my refund. I never received an apology, a sorry for your inconvenience, NOTHING...where is the customer service? Extremely disappointed and doubtful I will go there again..for the prices you pay, I guess you really DONT get what you pay for. And why so many questions from the check out girl, pay more attention to doing your job and making sure your customers get the items they pay for than what my drink tastes like!

For the second year in a row I was very late ordering my sons birthday cake, this year I called to order it just two days out from his party. Just like last year I was greeted by friendly bakery staff, she asked more questions about the cakes details then I would have thought to mention and verified how many people it would need to serve so that the sizing was correct. She was happy to take the order and never made me feel like they would be rushed to make it. And the cake was awesome!!! So delicious (chocolate with chocolate icing) and it was decorated by hand and looked amazing!!! Great job again!! Well be back every year! Thank you!!

Love it because they always remember you once you make a connection. From the Barista, butchers, to the cashiers and managers. The store is always clean and inviting.

A lot more choices than any grocery stores in Elkin.

This Harris Teeter is smaller than others located around Winston-Salem/Clemmons, and it isnt open 24 hours, but I like the variety and friendly customer service. Every day until 9pm, they offer a fresh salad/soup/sides bar, and the deli serves prepared foods, including made-to-order sushi and sandwiches. Bakery sweets are quite delectable. Regular shelf prices are on the high end, but their sale and clearance prices are simply unbeatable. It gets quite busy here between 4-6pm on weekdays and prior to holidays so parking can get tricky in the small lot directly in front of the store, but loads of additional parking is available just across the stores entrance road.

Service above and beyond the call of duty. When I left $40 in the self checkout line and came back two hours later with only the receipt and my word, the young lady at customer service said, politley and apologetically, that she would do what she could, but they were not responsible for my fault. I was in luck however, as it turned out, She took the time to discover that after I had gone, an honest citizen found the money and turned it in, and the receipt and video she reviewed were enough to prove my story.So thank you very much for helping me. Better than I deserve.

I knew I should have waited and go to my usual Harris T store closest to home. Could not find what I was looking for and the cash register male employee whom I asked assistance from, did not know where my item was. Dont go there often but the times I have gone, I have regretted it.

Bro I love this place u got a mix of publix, subway, cvs all in one place. And my roast beef sandwich 5$ by the way (way cheaper than subway new prices) was amazing and they had rare roast beef (unlike subway) made how I love. Also the samples are every were and fresh you will find something new you never liked and wow the sushi bar since when does a grocery store have a sushi bar since now my friend everything your kitchen and stomach desires this should be the first stop.
