I have dealt with Beltone for 3+ years and have received good service during this time.Today I went to see about a coupon I received in the mail, to try a different type of hearing aid, and trading in my old over the ear model. I was shown several different hearing aids for in the ear canal and prices/quality were explained to me. Unfortunately, I was unable to make a decision today, but the presentation of the new devices was thorough and friendly! I will continue business with Beltone!

Today was quick, smooth-flowing, if a bit hurried.Walked away with the promise of improved hearing, to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. They seem to work well with United Healthcare. Well wait to see.Annoying that the intake person, even knowing I was wearing 2 of their hearing aids, spoke very loudly. When I asked her to speak in a normal volume, she replied -- still at that irritating volume -- Oh, thats just the way I talk. Not overly client centered, I feel.Well, Beltone, you asked....

The employees are super nice and professional. Office is very clean and nicely appointed. The office calls and text to remind you of your appointments. They also keep you updated on state of the art hearing aids. Since COVID, I have been using curbside service to get my hearing aids serviced. Very happy with them!

The staff at Beltone is professional and very knowledgeable. There was no pressuring to buy and certainly no pressuring to buy the most expensive hearing aid. My mother did not think she would be able to insert the hearing aid. The staff was patient and told us to come back anytime she needed help. And we did and now even at age 101, she can successfully put in the device! All I have do to is call them and either get the info on the phone or drive to their office! It is an excellent hearing aid and we are so glad we bought from Beltion

I take my mother for her appointments at Beltone. They are always happy to see her and are so helpful and caring towards her. It is nice to see such consideration given. Her aids have been such a blessing. She no longer has such trouble hearing the conversation around her. It’s great to be able to talk with her again!

After noticing a decline in my hearing for quite a while, I finally decided to be tested. I chose Beltone because of their very good reputation. I’m very happy with my treatment there, and very happy to be able to hear so much better with my new aids.

I would recommend Beltone for anyone with hearing loss. They have been great for me. I am also happy with the follow up appointments given to make adjustments that are needed to get the most out of the aids.

If you are having trouble with your hearing aids, Beltone is the place to go. The people or person that helps you will give a good cleaning to them and let u know if there is a problem with them.

The office staff in Winston is very professional and treated my mother with great care and concern. They offered great hearing aids, and clean her aids and service them every three months at no charge. Could not be happier with our decision to go to Beltone.

I usually go to the Mocksville office for service, but I was in Winston shopping, so I stopped by the Winston Beltone office to pick up some batteries. Everyone there was very friendly and helped me right away. It’s great that Beltone has several locations to make it more convenient.

Friendly and good service

At the young age of 90, we got my father hearing aids from Beltone. Over the last 5 years it has greatly improved the quality of his life. He now doesnt feel left out at the dinner table when his grand children and great grand children come over for Sunday supper. Our only regret is that we didnt get them sooner!

I went in to have my hearing aids serviced and while there she showed me on a tv screen I had wax in my ears that needed to be removed. Amanda took care of calling and setting up an appointment with my Dr and now I can hear so much better!
