They were very helpful and knowledgeable when I needed some help with a problem. They do not sell to the general public, but t hey still helped me, which was very nice.

These people need to take a chill pill

I have owned a hvac company for over a year now and have dealt with many suppliers, however have pledged my loyalty to Lennox and Parts Plus greatly due to the quality of product and consumer ratings of Lennox as a brand but also greatly due to the great staff (Rodger and Chase.)
