AV Upgrades has completed two jobs at my home and I am extremely happy with both. I would highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable about their products and service and the installation crew is top notch.

AV Upgrades were amazing! They were professional from start to finish. When I first called to ask if they could give us an estimate they were there the next day to see us before my husband headed out of town. The team working on our home were wonderful to work with. They cleaned up any messes they had to make immediately. We hardly knew they were in our house. A few hours after finishing the job we discovered a minor issue and they were there within 30 minutes to make it right. I would highly recommend them!

Josh and his employees at AV Upgrades did an excellent job for us and they have been very responsive to any questions. Theses guys are experts in home automation. The Samsung QLED TVs we bought are excellent and so is the Yamaha sound system. The security system, TVs, iPad, iPhones, Echo Dots and cameras are all integrated via Control4 and everything in our home automation system works very well. Josh convinced me to have an antenna for live channels In case the internet was down and to use the internet for TV instead of Spectrum or DirecTV. YouTube TV has been excellent.

AV Upgrades is the best place around for any and all audio and video needs!! They fixed my brothers wiring issues at a very resonable price. Customer service was unbeatable and I highly suggest this shop for any kind of car upgrades in general. 5 stars ALL DAY!!

My review is to show admiration for management as well as the technician, who actually performed the initial setup. Im thoroughly pleased and would highly vouch for their quality and service.

High quality work!! They did the wiring for our custom home and then came back to install the TV mount for the porch. They are also very busy and communication can be sometimes a problem so recommend to plan well of ahead of time and share your requirements clearly via email/checklist.

Very very responsive and essentially corrected poor installation services by Direct TV. Always answers emails with questions promptly. Installed large 60” TV on difficult to mount fireplace area. Would highly recommend AV Upgrades.
