The service is horrible nobody will answer the phone. It took a whole week for them to deliver the ice after we ran out completely.

Horrible service since Holiday Ice has taken over. Can not get deliveries or keep ice in stock, very disappointing!!!!

Lenwood truck driver does an excellent job

This company was great when it was SUNNY SIDE ICE, but since its changed ownership to HOLIDAY ICE the delivery service has NOT been the same. Hopefully the new crew well get it together

Not good with deliveries, ice box is usually empty so its costing us money. I call several times a week, no one ever calls back. Will be looking for a new ice Co.
