The quality of work is great. However, several things were awful. First, it took 4 weeks to get a return call to even set up an appointment. Second, the company scheduled a time to install the railings but didnt show up. No text, email or phone call. This happened twice! Third, the men who installed the rails left a mess in the yard and black paint on my driveway.

I contacted Swaim Ornemental for some help regarding outdoor bannisters and they responded immediately. Don Swaim arrived the next day . He measured, advised, and gave us a very warm feeling .It was a rush job for some bannisters on our front porch.Bottom line: they fabricated the bannisters and railing and installed them in record time at a very fair price.The installers, JC and Devon were great. Don was responsive and informative. Tandi made it happen in the tight timeframe.It looks great! And thanks to the fabricators!Hard to beat an organization like that!Clark and Ellie HildClemmons
