I loved my experience working with Scott at Clayton Homes in Winston Salem! He was patient with my indecisiveness, and he answered all 2 million of my questions. My only hiccup was miscommunication with the lender about when my payments would start. Otherwise it was a great experience.

We worked primarily with Pam, who went above and beyond to help us throughout the process, she was patient, hardworking, and always ready to laugh. However all the staff we interacted with were all very kind and helpful. We just moved into our new home and we are truly so thankful to everyone who helped us out. We would absolutely recommend.

Sam and Scott were awesome. I found two homes that wowed me but obviously they had to be the most expensive ones.

These people have been so rude to us, every time we have went to even just look at houses. Don who is there when you walk in is so rude and while we were attempting to talk to him another employee walked out and kept talking over me to him... as a first responder I know a lot about good customer service and these people are not it.

I purchased a home in November 2018. I had visited many different dealers looking for information and my dream home and hands down Clayton Homes of Winston Salem was the right match for me. Theres sales staff was so welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to apply for a job there. Now, I have my dream home and dream job all compliments of Clayton Homes of Winston Salem.

This place can not tell the truth,it’s just not in them.my daughter bought her home here and I’ve been here with her through the whole mess.Frank was her salesman and as some people might say they are very nice and accommodating UNTIL you buy.anything from the septic system the grading the drive way you name it it’s a joke.still owe her money promised to her on a furniture allowance that she still hasn’t got(they say it went to closing if so then what was closing funds used for)lies lies lies if you can find a 64 model home and the people will be honest BUY IT

Im going to do simply 4 stars since I wasnt there to buy a home. I was there with my mother. Don, was so professional! My mother stated her plans/ideas and there was not feeling rushed or pressured to buy a home from them. This to me is how any salesperson at any company should be! Makes people want to come back whenever they are ready to buy instead of just looking and getting and idea of what they want.Thank you so much Don for a job well done!!

Very friendly and courteous greeting when you first arrive. Very knowledgeable on housing designs and materials that the homes are constructed with, and purchase prices including approximate cost of set-up fees. Was very pleased with our visit, would highly recommend.

The people are always nice. Homes look great, but havent had the pleasure of purchasing yet.

The staff are helpful, but a lot of the model homes smell very strongly of chemicals. Its hard to look at some of them without feeling like Im huffing formaldehyde. It makes it more concerning that theres a warning printed on the counter of some of the homes about formaldehyde. But Im glad they have the warning there.

Excellent quality and they explain so you can understand every step of the way. Super friendly, they want your business.

Good people, good mobile homes

Very slow process. Said our home be delivered in April and then put off till may 27. This is June 15th and still no delivery. Always an excuse to get it set up
