First impressions are everything. I had to interact with the women in office and they are absolutely rude. That’s an understatement. That’s the only nice way to put it. I cannot appropriately word how they acted towards me. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about them. Therefore stay away from lowder.

All around great service and people. Our family has always used Lowder.

This is my first time ordering from Lowder. I am very surprised at the quality of the mulch. My mulch consists of dust and larger chunks of hardwood. I also question the quantity. I typically have ordered from a competitor for the last 13 years and get 8 yards which is just enough to cover my beds. My normal supplier was about 10 day’s behind so I ordered from Lowder and got 10 yards. The other supply which used a significantly larger truck can only hold 8 yds so when Lowder said they have a truck that can hold 10 I said that’s perfect. I was very surprised when a very small truck pulls up and I questioned are you sure this is 10 and was assured it was. Well I have no way to calculate other than the same drop zone I’ve used for years and the load looks very small. In fact when my wife came home she asked me why I got such a small amount. Of note I’m not a landscaper all I can go by is this being the 13th year I have mulched my beds. I may be completely wrong about my assessment. But there is no question the quality is subpar. Over great delivery with a competitive price, and on time with delivery.upUpdate. My neighbors have just gotten mulch delivery from another source and what a difference. This junk isn’t even worth spreading. If I had a way to toss it I would. What a complete waste.

I placed an order for rock and there was a simple misunderstanding, Lowder stepped up took care of it, corrected the order, went above and beyond. I cant tell you enough how grateful I am for the customer service I received today. They were very understanding and patient, theycame right back out after the mistake and replace the rock with the correct rock, no arguments, no disagreements, no extra charge (when does a company do that anymore) because the replacement rock was more expensive, nothing, they were fantastic, as far as customer service you could NOT asked for a better company, I am completely blown away by the customer service, the professionalism, the courtesy and kindness I was shown today. I will forever use Lowder Mulch and Topsoil for everything in the future and recommend them to anyone I can, to use them as well, what fantastic service, thank you Lowder 😊, youre the best!

Thanks David for being fast thinking and bringing in quality top soil 45 minutes after I called. Purchased some bags of top soil from a big box store before contacting you and your dirt is far superior!

These people should be ashamed of themselves, Ive recently bought topsoil for top dollar and they delivered black dyed red dirt mixed with pulverized rock, yes pulverized rock . And I guess the metal,glass and wood chips are free. If you decide to get top soil from this place wear chemical gloves as well.

Friendly but high priced, I called to get a scoop of mulch for pickup truck, I was quoted 96 dollars a scoop...wow
