Main Street Collision was amazing!! I went to another place first for a quote on my damaged door. The initial place said they can just replace the skin of the door, but would charge me more if they found additional damage under the skin. I then went to Main Street and they told me the door would definitely have to be replaced. I then called the first place to see what they say about that and they took a second look and said it would need to be replaced. The other place was just trying to get me into the door and then get me to pay more later.Main Street was honest from the start and their service was great! Had my door fixed in two days and even fixed another scratch on the car for me for free! Highly recommend them.

Had a bit of a near miss with a concrete barrier the week before, knocked loose one of the protective plastic undercarriage covers. It kept buzzing against the wheel at high speeds, so I checked on google to find a place that would be open when I get home from work. Found this place, brought my car in, and even though they were understaffed (most of them had gone home for the day), they still fixed it up really quick. They didnt even charge me for the repair, just asked that I leave a review and let them know if any issues come up with the fix. Overall, one of the most painless auto repairs Ive ever had.

If you are like me and you Googled auto repair near me, something has gone wrong with your car and now you are worried about where to take it. Well, there is a reason Main Street Collision is coming in at above 4.8 stars. These guys took great care of me. I needed a hood replaced after a bucket fell off my roof and tore a hole in it. They quoted me a price and a timeframe and they held to both. They even found an additional repair that needed to be made, but the owner comped it because he didnt want to change my estimate after giving me the quote. It wasnt a huge amount, but would certainly pay for a round of groceries. The main thing is, I felt cared for as a customer. That can be hard to find these days. Check these guys out and I think youll feel like you are being taken care of.

Not all of what I asked for made it on the list. Thats my fault for not double checking while out of town. However, my kids had to pick it up. They reported the driver seat is missing the plastic piece the covers the seat belt after replacing the control panel which should have included it. I have not had a chance to contact them about it to set it right due to a death in the family Friday. Disappointed that the keys were not cut or programmed but I got that at Naples Dodge before our trip back to Utah. Other than that the work is fantastic and would normally merit a 5 star review. However you have to do work right the first time and ensure you walk through the estimate with them. I will update this review once we have a chance to talk to them. For now it stands as a word of caution for a consumer that might not have time to second guess or make detailed check of the work/estimate.

Had my Mercedez repaired by Main St and I would highly recommend them. From the initial call when I spoke to Jay I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there. I would email and call but never felt like I was bothering them like some places make you feel. I was iffy about not doing the repair at the Mercedez dealer but I am glad I went with Main St. They did a great job!!!

I am ashamed to say I was rear ended twice within a 6 month period. Both times my insurance company said it was totaled and they would only give me money for a new car. Called up Main Street Collision, and both times they were able to agree on a price for the repairs, and both times I paid absolutely nothing. Before the repairs, my car wasn’t even drivable. Afterwards, it looked brand new. Shiny and spotless. Great place, super lucky I found them.

Phenomenal experience, repair team and shop. I needed some clear coat/paint repair done for my CRV. I took the vehicle to several shops to get estimates. All the shops came in within ~$100 of each other for the work quoted. There were several things that impressed me about the shop and heres why I chose them to do the work: 1. speed of the estimate - these guys REALLY know their business - not that Im looking for a fast job - but its very evident that he is very good at what he does from experience without having to rely on computers 2. family owned shop - this isnt a big box or corporate style body shop. Its a local gem. What I mean is since its family owned - there is personal reputation involved. The owner built the business from the ground up in this community. They are part of the community and seek to do right by it. 3. They stand behind their work and do things right vice trying to cut a corner to save a few nickles that in the long run dont work out optimally.For the work performed: The car was finished 1 day earlier than I was expecting and the paint repair *exceeded* all expectations. Really nice match and finish on all the work. Im very impressed and as a fan of driving older well maintained vehicles - I will be bringing more business from other family vehicles to this shop in the future (the FL sun is tough on paint/clear coat). My son referred me to Main Street Collision after they repaired his truck about a year prior. He is incredibly picky about paint and was blown away by how great of a job these guys did. So after getting a few small dents on my drivers side door on my F150 and the clear coat began to peel, I decided to visit The folks at Main Street Collision. Tika (the owner) remembered my son, and provided us a very fair estimate to repair the damage. We dropped the vehicle off Wednesday afternoon, and he promised to have it back by Saturday morning. He called us Friday night to say it was ready, and we picked it up in the morning. My son and husband met me there and once again both of them, and myself were very satisfied with the quality of work completed. Both dents were completely removed and the paint work was flawless. They repainted the entire drivers doors and blended into the front fender and rear door. The paint color matched perfectly! The paint texture was also spot on! They made my truck my look brand new again and i couldn’t be happier. These guys will ALWAYS be our go to body shop.

Great Experience and very friendly staff! Our sons bike fell into our van and left about an 8 inch scratch down to the metal in the side of the van. One of my cars was stolen. Main St. overhauled the entire vehicle wonderfully. They did it in a fair amount of time and kept up constant communication.My second car was involved in a rear end collision. They repaired the bumper and underlying structure to bring it back to new status. They also fixed my front bumper that was sagging, replaced both headlights, rust damage and repainted those areas affected by said rust in addition to detailing, washing and giving my tires a shine.In both cases they worked with my insurance and defended their high quality standards, even when the insurance wanted to go a cheaper route.The staff is friendly and very open to any questions, comments and concerns that I had.They have me as a client for any future jobs.

I recently heard water swishing every time I stopped my car at a red light. I called Main Street Collision and they told me to bring it in. The owner drove with me to listen to what I was hearing. He quickly diagnosed the problem...water was trapped in my passenger side door! Luckily it was a minor problem. He taught me how to drain the water and clean the door which is useful for an independent woman like myself. So grateful to find an honest mechanic near me!

I would just like to say that Main Street Collision deserves more than 5 stars. I was recently rear ended and confused over how the process works on getting my brand new vehicle fixed as I have never been involved in an accident before in my 32 years of life. They walked me through the whole process from the moment I dropped my vehicle off to them. The only reason it took longer than expected to get my vehicle back was because of the at fault drivers insurance dragging their heels with the supplemental damage. I am genuinely thankful for everyone at Main Street for their service and how my vehicle came back to me. It looks just like new! That was ultimately the goal. Not to mention lifetime warranty on their work. I do hope I do not need to go through whole issue all over again but I do I will definitely go back to Main Street and recommend them to anyone I know that needs to get repairs. I was referred to them by a Winter Garden auto parts store and so very glad they did. I had the car towed and had the estimate the same day. It was very reasonable so I had them do the work. They communicated with me the day I was supposed to pick the car up that a part had not arrived but should arrive that day and that they would call the next day when the car was ready. I got the call that afternoon and the job they did was phenomenal!!! I hope I won’t have need of their services for a long time but it’s in my contacts for keeps. When you find a place that does quality work for a reasonable price and has good customer service you pass the word and keep the number handy.

Had a minor paint issue that i brought in to get fixed. They fixed the issue but left some scratches and marks on the door area so i brought it back and they re-did the whole door at no additional cost and also reimbursed me for my Uber rides after i was told that they would have my car done in one day. Id like to start off by saying Im probably the most picky person in the world when it comes to my vehicle. After backing it into a pole a few weeks ago, I was really worried there was no way it would ever look right after being repainted. After all, Im the guy my friends take car shopping to spot if the car has been repainted. Im serious, I have a great eye for it! Main Street Collision put my eye to the test however, and they won! Originally my insurance company wanted to fix the crushed bedside but the folks at main Street did right by me and made sure the bedside was replaced. They did a fantastic job on the paint. I honest to God cannot tell that the vehicle has been repainted. It truly looks 100% the way it did the day I bought it. I knew these guys were good, but didnt think anyone was THIS GOOD. Im beyond impressed. I am blown away. I am grateful, and thankful as well. These guys are Super polite, and helpful. Passionate about their work, too. Thats the way any business should operate.
