Excellent service, Very Professional and the best price by far way better than SAFELITE Repairs.

This is the first time I have ever had a windscreen crack on me and it was scary. I contacted Orange Blossom and spoke to Ashley. From start to finish she took care of everything for me and even dealing with the claim to my Insurance. I highly recommend them and also Wyatt who is the tech who came out and changed my windscreen. My god was he quick and professional. A great experience all round. Thank you all for making me feel at ease and dealing with this for me. Thank you, Thank you.

Very poor communication. When I first called in I was told specific things would happen in a very specific order and whom it would be done by. There was a three way call with the insurance agent who approved the claim and I was given an appointment for the next day. I signed off on the release forms via email and thought I had lucked into finding a good company. *I was so wrong in thinking that!* The next day no one showed up. I called to see where the installer was and was informed I did not have an appointment. When I asked how that could be they told me that the insurance still wasnt approved. So we had another three way call with the insurance company who seemed pretty confused because they had approved it the day before. They stayed on the line even after their side was done just to make sure I got taken care of. So they set a second appointment for the next day and that installer did show up. However, he did not reset any of the safety measures like I was told he would do. At this point I call them to see who is going to finish the installation and am told that that is a second installer and the next opening is not until Tuesday morning, it was currently Saturday morning. So, I asked that they have the second installers handler call me to see if I could get it completed sooner, as driving around with no safety measures would surely void my insurance were anything to happen. After a few hours of waiting they finally called and someone would be there soon. He arrives and resets the system. Now, what was described to me when I called in was this: The installer would be there the next day, they would replace the windshield and reset the safety system. The appointment would take no more than two hours. When I told this to the problem solver when my calls were escalated, they said of course that isnt how it works. When I gave them the name of the person who told me this, their response was Oh! Chris, hes new. No apology or promise to speak to him and get him better educated so that he does not give improper information to the next person that calls in; no, just a hes new and I should just understand. So, I wasnt going to leave a review, but they hit me with four or five emails everyday since the job was done asking for feedback, so I am leaving this review. Hopefully, people will know what to expect when dealing with this company.

Wonderful service and staff, Heidi took my information and scheduled me a appointment in one phone call! The next day the Technician Frankie greeted me with a smile and went right to work on my vehicle. Less than 30 minutes later I had a completely new windshield. 100% recommend this business to anyone looking for windshield repair/replacement. Overall great a staff and business.- Drew

I had the windshield replaced in my 17 Outback. Heidi was courteous, friendly, and found me the best deal. The technician arrived ahead of time (which was fine with me) and replaced the front windshield in less than 45 minutes. He also was friendly and knew his stuff. Great company. Great people.

Bibi was very helpful in getting me an opening asap, and the installers arrived early in the time frame they were expected, and finished within the hour. Bonus: it rained (heavy at times) the next day, and no leaks were noticed around the new windshield. Thanks so much!

My windshield was damaged on the passenger side. Cracked at the base and then in 4 separate places. It could continue cracking. I reached out and within 15 minutes they were assisting me to get it addressed through my insurance company and the next morning they came and promptly replaced the windshield. Very professional.

Extremely knowledgeable regarding the process and parts required to replace the windshield on our old 2001 Audi A6. They had the exact Audi replacement tinted glass which included the rear view mirror button. The contracted installers were extremely competent repairing clips. The installer took 35/40 minutes to remove/replace the glass with no collateral damage. Friendly and courteous! Excellent work!

Contacted OB Auto Glass after Safelite couldnt get their act together. OBAG couldnt have been more professional about the whole experience. They had the windshield in stock, showed up early for the appointments, and were communicative during the entire experience. Will definitely be using them for auto glass repair from now on.

Awesome experience. Some kids broke my barely year old car windshield. The glass provider that my insurance agency suggested did not have the OEM glass and they were also NOT going to re-calibrate my pre-collision warning system. I called Orange Blossom Auto Glass and asked them to provide me with the exact glass that I wanted. They worked with my insurance and got everything sorted. The previous company I went to asked me to work with my insurance all by myself which is why I switched to Orange Blossom Glass. They were quick and professional. I rarely write reviews unless they are really good or really bad. This one is definitely really good. Highly recommend !Also, Thanks Justine for working with me.

Jose and his helper replaced the windshield on my Challenger Hellcat. He had the right tools and knew how to use them. He was very careful not to damage my paint or headliner. Flawless installation. Highly recommend.

Although the price was affordable, the window was not installed correctly because it was not entirely sealed. So even though the window is up it still sounds like it is open.

Excellent customer service. Next-day availability for replacement of my side window. The tech, Tim, knew what he was doing and got the job done in a good time frame upon arrival.

It was easy and fast, I recommend it to anyone who in need.

They came to my house in two separate visits, the first to replace the windshield and the second to calibrate the windshield camera. I am from out of Florida and had to pay for this out of pocket. I paid about 40% more than I would have paid at Safelite and while this was more convenient than Safelite, which would have required dropping off the care, Im not sure it was worth the extra $400 out of pocket. They charged $600 to calibrate the camera which took all of about 20 minutes plus travel time. Next time, I would probably use Safelite, simply based on the price.

Orange Blossom Auto Glass was a great company to go with to replace my windshield. They came to my door, and there are no hidden fees or taxes. They charge the price they tell you on the phone, which is often a problem with a lot of companies around. You can pay after they do the job, and not before, which is nice. The two technicians that came to me were great, and had my glass replaced within half an hour. The glass itself seems like great quality, which is always a plus.

Technician arrived on time, gave me straight forward advice on what action was needed and performed the work quickly.
