Great store. They know how to look after your feet....

I have been here multiple times, by myself, and with my husband and each time the man (which I believe is the owner) is there, it is extremely awkward. I tried to ignore his weird vibes as well as his rude comments giving him the benefit of a doubt, but today was the last straw. My husband and I walked in as I wanted to buy feeture compression socks, and he ignored both me and my husbands greetings and then began to be rude to my husband for asking how he was doing. A simple friendly question you would think, but not to him. Every time Ive been inside the store, he is friendly and helpful to everyone who lets just say does not have much complexion to their skin. I do not do this often but from the multiple instances, you cant ignore that they way he acts isnt because of anything other than the color of your skin. Would not recommend.

Great outfitters. Reasonably priced. In and out in 15 minutes. Glad I gave them a try. Saves me from going downtown when I need new shoes.

Came in on a referral for my daughter to get some shoes for her feet 🦶 and right off the back..she was walking ten times better than when she came through the door. He know exactly what she needed just by watching her walk 🙏🏾

Great place for running shoes and athletic wear. Very knowledgeable staff who know running shoe issues, which brands are popular, and why. They will spend whatever time you need answering questions about which shoes you need, and even let you take them on a short test run. They also have a nice collection of Life Is Good t-shirts, along with other gear, nice sandals, socks, shoe inserts, and nutritional products. Both the store owner and employees have run many miles and competed in triathlons, so they understand typical athlete concerns. They have a couple of nice road races annually, which are recommended, and I think also have weekly group runs, although Ive never tried those. You also cant beat their perfect location right on the West Orange Trail just beside the large fountain, in the old part of downtown Winter Garden. Overall, this is a great store! Would be nice to have some social events for local athletes. :-)

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They take their time to understand the sort of shoe you need, and give good advice. Im very happy with the shoes I got from here and will come back again when I need a new pair of running shoes

Thanks to the pros at Tri & Run, I successfully completed my first 5K...without pain and ready to keep going. The shoe is important...Ive heard that hundreds of times - but it is just a shoe, right? I have never gotten a good vibe from the people in this store. They seem to only gravitate to people that are serious runners. Went in today with my family and the lady behind the counter stayed there looking at the computer. Never said hi. I had to engage her in conversation. She seemed annoyed that my girls were in the store.
