There are so many great deals here!! Got a ton of classroom decor - 80% off! They are already putting out the Halloween decor. The staff here are friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Former employee, quit recently after a months long fight with corporate because they lowered my pay without my knowledge, which is called fraud. They then kept claiming that they already fixed, but I was still making less than my starting pay. The rate was changed in April, fixed in May, and they didnt actually pay back the rest of my wages until I started contacting lawyers.This is not a reflection of the customer service in this location, this is a reflection of company as a whole. They definitely dont care about their employees.

This Michaels is so diverse in both their employees and their clientele. I felt so extremely welcome here! I will be coming here for all my crafty needs in the future, if not just to see the Managers smiling face! 🥰

The tall girl with the blue hair was so, so helpful. She helped me pick out clay that would be a good option for a clay memorial paw print for my kitty. She helped me differentiate between different brands and oven dry vs. air dry clay. The paw print came out perfect.

I always like to look at all of the new things that are there and see what fun sales I can find.

I got to find my perfect planner as a teacher and there was great discounts for educators as well.

Great sales today, could hardly contain myself, had to finally just say stop go check out.

Went yarn shopping and picture frame shopping with my lady today. They had a great selection of both. Very friendly, and helpful staff. This was the second stop on our yarn adventure for the day, and I was very pleased.

Store was busy. Wandered for 30 minutes to find wire ornament hangers. Could not find a single store employee to ask. Gave up. Stood in checkout line for another 30 minutes... ornament hangers next to cash register. Unreal. Never going back.

I like their Christmas floral options but I almost missed out on some stuff. This is a store that must be explored to find all the great options and sales. Good quality products with many options and good sales. Sometimes it can be expensive if the stuff is not on sale. Overall, I enjoy it.

This is my play store: Arts and crafts, all my beading supplies and tools. They always have decorations for the holidays, and great do it yourself projects. I make a lot of my own bracelets and necklaces. I do adult coloring and get my Art pencils here too. They also do picture frames. A fantastic location as well.

I shop here at least once a week. My only critique is that they could stock more oil and acrylic paints. Theyre often sold out of popular colors.

Its a classic Michaels. The workers were good. Now Michaels isnt my usual hobby stop but this one seemed a little barren. It could just be a season change thing but it was just weird to me. And the floral and fall items didnt have the variety I was expecting.

I wish i had one closer, i would work here part time. Always have everything i need and they always reel me in with the great coupons.

Went in for the 70% Christmas clearance event and got some of those big jar candles my daughter loves, do clear ornaments for my other daughter who is crafty and couple of nick nacks for a buck. Oh yeah and a holiday style tervis 24 Oz for 2.99. Great finds today.

Staff was helpful and I found every thing I needed.

Store is ridiculously over priced.But i expect that, the bad star rating was earned for a completely different reason.So as she was walking by me I asked a woman, who i am 99.9% positive is a member of management there (due to the fact that just moments before this i witnessed her directing other employees on how/where to display & stock new items on shelves) if she worked there because i had a question. Even though i knew she did, i asked to be polite, when i asked she stopped, turned around annoyed & with a snide smile responded no, i dont. & then couldnt walk away from me fast enough it seemed. I was appalled.The only reason they even got 2 stars was because after that the next employee i finally found was more than helpful in directing to the aisle i was looking for & bc the guy who rang me up was nice.

I dont know what happened to Michaels but it looks like a second hand store now still with extremely high prices

I visited the location in Winter Park because they had the item I needed in stock. I like the website with the ability to view items and know if they are in stock at my desired location. If not, I can select other locations close by and make the drive if I wish.

There was a really good sale the day I went staff is always friendly and I tend to get good discounts.

Very clean and organized. A little difficult finding help. Employees seem to all be at the registers or in the back framing.

I just moved into an apartment and went here looking for spray paint to use on some of my furniture. The store was dirty and unorganized.. They only had one can that had a lid and that wasnt already sprayed out of.. But the worst part of all was the help!!! Not only was it hard to find someone that worked there.. But when we did my sister asked her for help LOUD AND CLEAR.. and got completely ignored! She even asked twice!! Never giving them any of my time or money 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Great! I ordered an art desk from this location because it was the only store that had it in stock. They require masks and the store is well sanitized and kept. Friendly staff and professional, most importantly helpful. Great location.

Went to buy a paint brush to varnish my art. Ended up with canvases and paints also. Great place for those who are artistic or creative. Make sure you get the app for the discounts!

The staff at this location was wonderful. I originally spoke to Kelly about finding a specific sticker set and she said she would keep an eye out for me and for me to call back to see if she found them. When I called back, I spoke to the manager Tiffany who was extremely helpful in also keeping her eyes open for me for these particular stickers. I ended up being able to find them faster at another location but was very grateful for their help as they were great.

Its nice. It has less stuff than Hobby Lobby (but i mean is open everyday) but it always has what I need. It changed some time ago but I still need help finding stuff but the staff is very helpful. The cashiers are very nice, every once in a while they give me coupons (a.k.a discounts) even when I dont ask for them.

Love all the things I can get here.

They were out of two of the things I was looking for, a burlap cloth for my table and resin for a project I was working on. But if you can look online for coupons its well worth it for most of the things. I definitely like looking at some of the things they have on sale and its a good place to stop for craft projects.

The people are always friendly. The lines move quickly. There is always someone willing and able to help you. Ive been coming here since I moved here. Its a wonderful place for imagination and friendly interaction. They also almost all of the time have amazing deals and sales. I love Michaels.

I always have a pleasant experience at Michaels!The place is just full of so many different things, which really gets my creative side into another time zone.The friendly staff will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you came for or offer other suggestions that may accommodate your needs.Each time I go to Michaels, the store is always well stocked and neatly organized, which makes finding what you are looking for much easier.They often have sale items discounted to an almost ridiculously cheap price and they also have a little clearance section, where you might get lucky with a steal of a deal.Overall, if you need a frame, some oil paints, fabric or anything else to complete or jazz up your next crafty project, then Michaels is where you need to go!

I so want to like Micheals. They stand as a monument to creativity and crafting. But they never really have what I need. I suppose its not fair to expect them to be something they arent (like a Jo-Anns or a hobby lobby or something) but I still cant shake the frustration of going in in time after time to find they dont carry the thing I need for whatever craft Im working on next.

Went for a few fall picks.. all gone.. started to buy a few small Christmas items.. but just left instead.. when I saw the check out line was about 20 people long...

I went in there specifically to look for Fourth of July decorations. They had a good selection and most of the things were on sale.

Some of the items I bought were not in the bag. They were only 50 cents each but it inconvenienced me. Was not able to complete my vision board!!!

Its got a lot of variety for pretty much almost any type of crafts or project you your into. Unfortunately I was looking for some specific types of pencils that I couldnt find there so Ill have to check an art supply store but was still impressed by this store. I keep it in mind and have shopped here before. Definitely worth checking out.

I used to go to Michaels to buy photo frames when I was working as a photographer. They have an excellent selection! These days, a person can to Michaels for anything related to crafts, art and a nice variety of miscellaneous items. This store is clean and organized. Friendly employees! Im glad I live nearby! Highly Recommend!

The staff was really friendly and helped me find the items I needed and answer my questions, but I had to ask a few different people before getting the answer. I wanted to know how many of an item was in stock (I needed about 8, but I know they usually only carry 4-5), and all that they needed to do was scan their iPhone scanners to check the inventory, but I had to ask 3 people before someone finally mentioned that to the other 2. Other than that, the store is kept pretty organized and I was able to find everything I needed. I had to take a star away because the first 2 employees just seemed like they didnt really know how to answer some of my questions, with the exception of finding things in the store; everyone seemed to know where different items were located.

Couldnt find much staff around for help but other than that, good visit.

They really do have everything you need. If you go in the right frame of mind, the place is very empowering. You can purchase enough pieces and parts to make many things from scratch. They also offer a great selection of ready-made goods. I would like a little different organization. Kids pens with adult pens, etc.

Great source for modeling supplies. No air conditioning made the experience less enjoyable.

This is a good Michaels. Michaels also now accepts all competitor coupons which is amazing. They surprisingly dont have as big a variety of certain items as other stores, maybe just this location, which is reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Staff was attentive, store was clean.

The store was very dirty. Trash on the floor under storage boxes. The yarn sollection wasnt anything to brag about. The colors were like second colors something they would put in the basement. Nothing to brag about.

I’m going to try and be nice but the employees here literally treat customers like everyone of them is a shoplifter. I’m appalled by their unprofessionalism. They definitely have lost my business and I’m going to file a complaint with the headquarters. So beware! They treat you like you plan on stealing the entire store
