This is my first time leaving a review for a body shop because I’ve never actually had a good experience at one, but this place is wonderful, very professional & very reasonable! They came highly recommended by my mechanic and I can see why! I’d feel comfortable enough sending my grandma here. If you need some work done from someone trustworthy ask for Heidi, you will be happy you did!

My truck was in a smash n dash.. Went to a community page asking fir a repair shop & was recommended to visit Precision Collision.It was the very 1st shop on the list to get an estimate. Heidi greeted me and within minutes I knew THIS WOULD be the shop to take care of the job.Without any insurance knowledge she took it upon herself to call my claim in and handle ALL the details for me all the way down to a loaner car.Heidi kept me up to date on the progress and I was completely impressed by my rejuvenated truck. The repairs made my truck look brand new again.Would highly recommend this shop!! A+

Heide in the office, deserves a 5 star rating just for her professional and courteous service alone. Smart lady that knows what to do for the customer. Ive had the pleasure of working with Heidi and her awesome team on multiple occasions. I allowed my insurance company to take my damaged car to their shop. Needless to say it did not get fixed correctly. The repairs looked bad and the vehicle performed poorly. I took it to Precision after pick up and they spent more than hour with me going through the receipt and showing me what needed to be fixed. I took it back to the original location and the GM agreed and re-did the 15k plus repair job. In a 2nd accident they fixed my vehicle for a fair price in a timely manner. The vehicle looked and performed like it was new. The team at Precision is knowledgeable, fair and committed to their customers. On top of it all the shop is the nicest/cleanest body shop Ive ever seen. During my time there I noticed some really nice vehicles being brought in for repairs. The types of vehicles would lead you to believe that money is not an object with these customers yet they bring their vehicles to Precision. I highly recommend

Very good service . Got me in right away to paint my spoiler and install it. Turned out perfect and the girl working the front office is about as fine as they come !!

My car was hit from behind and Heidi and her team were recommended by my mechanic. Heidi was on top of it from the moment I arrived. She coordinated everything with the insurance adjuster and made sure my car was fixed properly. Not only did she handle everything for me she would keep me updated and aware of what was going on with the car. The work they did was outstanding and Heidi was as pleasant as could be. Great group. Heidi (owner) is so awesome! They werent even open for business, just there for a charity event, but she let me bring my car in for a minor repair anyway. Great work, great prices, and really friendly staff.

I was very happy with their work on my car! It looks good as new and they were super nice and helpful. I dropped my car off a day late and even so they finished a day earlier than expected. Also, I had some sticker residue on one of my windows that they were able to scrape off (and I didn’t even ask them to do so!) which made me super happy to see. I’d definitely recommend them!

They did a fantastic job repairing my pickup truck! It looks like new! They even washed it and cleaned the inside for me after the repair. Im very happy with the service I received and the work that was done. I highly recommend Precision for any body work or repair you may need.

I barely ever write reviews, but I have to in this case. They went above and beyond for me. I had an oil change done at a different shop and when they lifted my car, they bent the frame. I went to Precision Collision, and the same day they took a look at my car and confirmed what I believed that the car repair shop did bend my frame.I thought oh great, now I am going to have a fight on my hands with the repair shop to get them to pay for this repair. Well, the people at Precision Collision personally called the repair shop and let them know that the frame was bent due to bad lift positioning. I didnt have to do anything! They worked it out with the shop for payment and once everything was settled, I brought my car in and it was fixed in a matter of hours!Literally no hassle and done so quickly and professionally. I cant thank these guys enough! Made what I thought would be a HUGE headache into nothing. Highly recommend.

Good people in the automotive industry are hard to find, which is why I make it a point to recommend Precision Collision every chance I get!

This has to be the best shop in Central FL! Its even in their name, precision work done by the best body and paint technicians in the industry. Everything is gone over and inpected to meet or exceed factory standards. The customer service is excellent, keeping you informed of any changes or additional information from the insurance company. I recommend them to anyone who asks me where to take their vehicle. Whether it be something as simple as buffing out a small scratch to frame off custom restoration of your favorite classic or muscle car, these guys have you covered!!!!

Precision Collision took care of my husband’s FJ Cruiser a couple of years ago . Perfectly matched the bright yellow. His car looked like ur had just rolled off the showroom floor when they completed it.My car was hit in a parking lot . Precision Collision make it as good as new ! Great work and service . I had my 2015 Honda Civic fixed at this body shop. I spoke with both Heidi and Chris, Both went above and beyond to get my civic fixed and back to how it was before the accident. I will go to this shop if I ever need too in the future. And I highly recommend it!

I cannot speak highly enough about this business, and I am admittedly a very high maintenance customer. My 2015 Volvo XC60 was rear ended and Precision made the entire process a breeze. Precisions estimate was immediately approved by the insurance company and I was able to drop off the car shortly thereafter. Precisions estimated time for the repair was dead on. Additionally, rental car arrangements were hassle free. The rental car company picked me up at their shop and when my car was finished, I was able to drop off my rental car at the Precision shop. As an added bonus, Precision washed and vacuumed my car, which made the perfection of the repairs that much more apparent. :)Heidi went the extra mile to get it all right and was quick to respond whenever I had a question. I hope to never have to repair my car again, but if I need to, I know where to go.

So far so good! Ill be back to update 😁... Fantastic job highly recomended. Chris and Heidi are the bomb.

The team at Precision Collision are masters! My 2015 Volvo suffered rear end damage while stopped in an intersection. The repair team did an excellent job and the car looks like new. Heidi in the office is very professional. She took care of the estimate and dealt with the insurance company of the person that hit my car. When I left the car for repairs, she arranged for a rental car to pick me up at the shop and during the repairs kept me informed of the status of the repair. I highly recommend this place.

I hate to give a bad review to this company because it seems like a good shop. However, the customer service is very poor. Dan never followed up with my insurance, they required more support as to why they couldnt use the parts they quoted, he never returned any of my calls or emails. I ended up having to go to a different shop and they were able to deal with my insurance company.
