I prefer to shop at Target. From the rumors, you treat your employees with respect. You still have cashier lines, unlike Walmart, and your provide your employees with proper pay and benefits; from what Ive heard. Your stores are always clean.

Had a wonderful experience at Target today. The store was very busy and we could tell all employees were trying to quickly and efficiently check out all the customers. The cashier, Josie, was attentive and polite when checking us out today and we didnt have to wait long at all in line. Kudos to the efficiency of this Target team!

This review is for Derrick in Electronics. I wanted to replace my Fiskar rake and online it stated that the Winter Park Target had them. I called and was assured that four of these rakes were out on the floor. So I drove over and had to walk the length of the store to find aisle F74. It stopped at F70 and saw no rakes. I found a clerk but she didnt know and got Derrick to help me. He checked and checked and said there were no Fiskar rakes nor any rakes on display. He apologized for me making a needless trip and gave me some suggestions. I am 83 yrs. old and thinking about walking all the way back to the entrance was just too much. Derrick immediately went and got me a motorized cart. He went above and beyond for me. I appreciated that greatly. I praised him and thanked him for his 100% help he had given me. Thanks Derrick.

Very great place to shop and is a very nice place. But I constantly see people without masks on and nobody tells them to put it on. There a deadly killer virus, murder hornets, the worlds on fire, and you cant even ask someone to put a mask on?

Its nice and clean with few sales and most of the items are sold out but there is good customer service and friendly employees be back again need to shop for experience it

Unsafe if you care about getting COVID in any way. I dont know what happened within the last month or so but you can tell no one cares anymore at all. Ive seen people walk in carrying their masks in their hands and saw actual clusters of people without masks in the store right in front of employees in self-checkout and none of the three that were there said anything. At first, I thought going there felt safe to some degree but with the deadly variants out there now I was astounded by how unsafe they were for both customers and their own employees. No one cares about their impact on others safety anymore. It was absolutely unbelievable and I doubt Ill be going there again

I love the Consistency of products and service no matter which store I visit. The selection is never stale as Target keeps introducing new things but I know I can rely on the things I need or use most to be there.

No one enforcing mask mandate. multiple people not wearing masks entirely and in front of a lot of employees at this target. none of them told anyone they had to wear one yet there’s a sign at the entrance saying you must be wearing a mask to enter? ok.

The attendant was waiting on me with the order. She was very friendly. Will definitely use this service again. Same day curbside pickup is awesome!

Disappointed today with the guest services area. I purchased an armchair that came in a large box that needed to be returned. I went and asked for a flatbed to help move the item from my car to the store. The employee working customer services, Natasha, was very unpleasant in general. She made me feel uncomfortable, asking twice if ‘it would just fit in a cart’. I explained I totally would have put the item in the cart but it would be near impossible. She then proceeded to make a big deal about getting the flatbed ‘from the back of the store’. When she approached with the flatbed she gave more attitude and overall, just a very unpleasant and weird vibe. She handed off the flatbed right near my car to another attendant running the drive up services who helped and was excellent (pleasant, friendly personality). I get sometimes situations like mine are probably annoying or an extra step (with the whole flatbed thing) but unpleasantries and negativity are uncalled for in a customer service setting. You could tell she was flustered, so maybe it was just a bad day for this individual but it affected my experience to the point where I wanted to share.

This would be 5 stars if they can ever keep a game system restocked.

Quick and easy

Was looking for a job to help pay the bills during these hard times and was able to score and interview! Was very excited. Went in for my Interview and thought it went well was told Id be emailed about a second interview so I was super happy about that. I was then emailed saying that I was no longer considered for the job. Dont lie to people in hopes of getting a job during these times will no longer be shopping at target.

They had a charged handicap scooter, that made me 😁 happy. It was easy to get around the store. I found everything I needed. Checking out was easy as well. The store was clean, the employees were nice and the parking lot looked great too. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

This place is great. Big selection and always have had a good experience here. Checkout always seems to be appropriately staffed to minimize wait times. Store layout easy to navigate. The online pickup service where you park outside and they bring your purchases to your car is awesome. They even opened my trunk and put all the goods in there without my asking them too.

The service has gone down since I use to visit. This use to be my favorite Target to come to. The employees weren’t as helpful, I felt like I was followed versus being helped. It took me actually approaching an employee that looked like me to actually find out that the brand that I was looking for “the Lip Bar” Lipsticks might only be sold in the Super Targets and not just all targets.On a branding stand point, the display for “the Honey Pot Co.” another brand that I was looking for was completely messy, dismantled in ways were someone placed Summer’s Eve products in its place. I took it upon myself to correct the display and organize it because I know how much of a big deal branding means (it’s my field of expertise). As well as, you have customers that come in just for those products specifically.Today’s whole experience just hardened my heart toward Target. I’ve never experienced things being this bad, but clearly someone needs to hear it from the customer themselves to improve and correct these issues.

I find everything I need and then more at Target. Finding unique products that are not available anywhere else is why I love Target. Such as pumpkin pie Kit Kats.

Gas service phone ran 10 times no answer really that busy at 5:45 PM on a Tuesday

This is the closest target to my home and honestly it has been a lifesaver. When we lost power this was the place to be, and the staff were all so patient and wonderful. Its always spotless and well organized, I think even if I move i would put in the extra effort to come back here. Great customer service. Great atmosphere. The prices and sales are also top-notch.

Went to this Target to purchase some vitamins. Found the shelves had many open spaces. Lots of vitamins out of stock. For a large chain store with connections to a major drugstore chain they dont seem to have it together

I love Target. Clean and organized. Fun to do the Cartwheel which is now Target Circle. Use the app in the store to scan things. It will tell you if theres a deal.

Purchasing school items for my daughter today. I get to the register and these items ring up full price. I informed the cashier that it should be 30% off. She was rude and said if it was, that’s what it would ring up, but she would call a manager to check. I said okay and she did not call. I had to ask a second time for her to request a manager. The manager came over, I offered to walk her to the section. She said no, she’d check on the register. She came back and said the items were full price. Here is a picture of the items I was purchasing and the sign with the items. This is my second time coming into this target and leaving unhappy. Almost all the items are priced incorrectly. I will not be coming back to target. My business will be else where.

Their prices are as cheap, if not cheaper, than any place around. Example, canned white meat chicken in water $0.99. If youre like me and boycott all Walmart owned businesses, Target is the place for most groceries. Their grocery section is limited in selection, but great for meals when you are eating alone. Example; soups, frozen food and breakfast food, they have covered. They have milk, lunch meats and cheeses too.

I love what they’re doing with the new target a Lot new additions a lot of new items coming to store. I love the food section is a lot larger although the bathrooms are under construction and so you have to go outside to use the restroom but other than that it seems like it’s all coming together. I love the beauty product section it looks like they were inspired by Sephora. The Starbucks is good in the target the only thing about it is that they’re sold out of everything But I do love shopping there.

This is your typical Target. I was able to find some really great prices on beach umbrellas and Beach carts because I was shopping at the end of the season. The beach cart that I bought converted into a table and it works really well just one time. After that the damn thing fell apart, and I brought it back to Target and replaced it with a four wheeled cart that does not convert to a table. The 4 wheel cart is awesome and holds 180 lb and you can pull it on the beach really easily. I liked it so much I bought a second one

Great healthy place with delicious cheap healthy food. They even have their own butcher! Friendly staff and great variety of food!

This target location is convenient for me & generally has what I need in stock, whether it be groceries, home goods or otherwise.Never had any issues with the staff & they are very helpful when you need assistance finding something.The store, I’m sure, has it’s busy times but I’ve never had much of a wait at checkout.

They have kind and helpful staff. My son lost his wallet today and three different members helped us. Fortunately, someone turned in the wallet at guest services. But I was very happy with their helpfulness and kindness. Each worker we interacted with (different areas of the store) had excellent customer service. Ive gone to this Target many times. No issues at all. Today confirmed to me that the staff is great. Keep up the good work!

Terrible “guest service” and their cosmetics department is in a constant state of shambles.I used to enjoy shopping at this store, but now it’s become more of go when I need something specific that only Target has. Lately the store feels like it’s messy, the staff are surely and unhelpful, there are never enough registers open, and good luck finding anything in the beauty section!This store needs a top to bottom revamp.

My favorite Target. I hope they never do a reset because everything is easy to find. The store is clean, in a safe neighborhood, and well-lit. Customer service is reasonably skilled. Good grocery selection even though they are not a Super Target. Whomever designs their impulse stalls really knows what they are doing; I seem to always get something for the 9yo there.

I mean, its target, why would you give less than 5 stars? I could spend all day just smelling candles and looking at the home decor.

Dont shop here on a weeknight; the place is crawling with employees blocking the shelves and they resent your presence. Dont shop here on a weekend; zero registers open, and the employee standing there saw nothing wrong with leaving the person ahead of me to self-check a full cartload on that tiny shelf. Dont come back after they fix their payment processing; the chip readers still flake out. Dont shop here for a quick list of items you checked for availability on the app or website; the place is managed so poorly it still lists items they clearly havent stocked for so long there is no longer a slot for them. Youll just have to go to another store afterwards anyway; why shop here at all?

Every time I go to this Target location, I have had no bad experience. Maybe its because I dont really ask for help or I dont go looking for employees. But when I do, the employees are VERY helpful and nice. The place is clean, quiet, big and has a lot of options to choose from while shopping. This location is also close to where I live so its convenient for me.

Great selection at this store & it has been very clean every time I’ve visited. There are a few items that I was unable to find but that was okay for me. Staff is friendly & the location seems to be pretty central to other main stores in the area.

This used to be a wonderful Target. They used to have a great selection, but something must have changed in their management; the last handful if times Ive been here the place wasnt clean, the selection of products they carry has dramatically decreased, half the shelves are always empty, and the items on the shelves do not match the description tags under them. They have certainly gone down hill and no longer represent what Target has lead us to expect.

They let me skate in the store, pretty rad.

Its a Target Supermarket. So nothing special about it. They have recently renovated the place and rearranged everything which now makes things much more complicated to find. It was much better before they moved everything around. They have put in a lot more self-checkouts I know places are doing that instead of hiring more cashiers to have you work for them.

This Target is a special Target- they must train these employees with extra love because they are always happy, helpful, and I swear I have never even seen an employee yawn! Mary is especially amazing and without her help I wouldn’t have known my kitty litter was on sale! Thank you Target, and thank you Mary, more employees should act the way these employees do! Across the board- GREAT customer service.

I have never experienced a more horrible experience with customer service. I had to deal with Dawn and Meagan who showed no care or compassion with assisting me. I can assume you my experience will cause me to shop less with Target in general. Very sad.

I had a return and had to wait for an employee to help me. I also noticed that there were no employees to be found on the floor to assist customers. When it was time to leave there were absolutely not one register open. As the scan your own goods became full, an employee opened a register. Not a good feeling to shop here. I will no longer be shopping Target. Horrible experience

They have a lot of stuff but its more of a little bit of each thing. when I went in I didnt find anything I wanted but still still good place. not much help through the aisles but its understandable with the size of the store.

Nothing in this store is on time with realease dates, the staff is rude and they dont restock enough its mostly dead in the store.

Convenient and easy. I always have a hard time going in to Target and getting just what I went in for! This helped me stick to my list. Also, they had products that I was not able to find on Amazon or in other stores.

Good Target. Using the pick up has been great. Just pull up and let them know I have arrived via the app. My order is brought out quickly by an employee who takes precautions in loading my order. No wait. Perfect service.

Listen. Its a great place. 5 out of 5. As far a targets go. This is the best. Im absolutely kinding its quite possibly the smallest target Ive been to. But its the closest and I dont have a car. Gotta love it though.

Love the convenience of the store but not so much the parking. There are too many handicap parking spots to the point where the distance for a handicap customer would no longer be considered worth it & the distance for pregnant women like myself at this busy store to walk from a parking spot that is not handicapped is very inconvenient due to limited close parking. (Which is typically taken because they are often busy)

Worst Target ever! Horrible customer service, Target worker standing right there as I struggle to pull heavy potting soil bags off of the Shelf, then not realizing they had potting soil until I got there, didnt have a large cart and said are there any empty carts around, pointedly looking at his empty one. Again good customer service would dictate he give me his and help me with the soil into the cart. And then go get another cart for himself. When asking for a manager on my way out, I was told the manager was on vacation, and I was met with a completely Blank Stare when I suggested that there was somebody else I could talk to in place of the manager who was on vacation. So theres no supervision whatsoever in the store? Everyone running around like banshees with no manager? These people need to get a freaking clue about what customer service is!!

Target is still our familys favor supermarket after so many years. I love that every season target always offer merchandise with new patterns and designs. The coffee shop and food court make the shopping more enjoyable. We could spend hours in the store.

SUPER CLEAN AND QUICK.This place was super clean just look at how the lights reflect off the floor in my photos. Everything was easy to find and I spent less then five minutes checking out.

Target is a fine store. The prices arent as low as some other places, but the quality is often higher and the store itself is generally nicer. This Target has always had polite check-out attendants and a decent number of associates on the floor to answer questions. Ive never had any problems here in my many visits.

Hire enough people to work the registers. I worked 9 hours just to come in to your store and to have to work for free by ringing up my own purchase.

Target... The upscale department store, where try almost always have almost everything you could want and need. Staff is always friendly, prices arent quite perfect, but Cartwheel app plus Target Red Card discounts always make you feel like your saving. Try the Handsome Devil Cabernet Sauvignon, decant it first...

DO NOT BUY POKEMON CARDS FROM HERE! I have no problem with the store, but on more than one occasion I have bought Pokemon cards for my son at this location and have gotten tampered with packs. Its pretty obvious when cards from other sets are in the wrong packs. Not to mention the top of the back look to have been re-heated (weird textuew and missing ink). I told myself this was a manufactuer problem but no where else but this Target have I come across this. I would hope the store looks into who ever handles the cards when stocking them. They can be very valuable so I am nor surprised some POS would steal them, bur jrsucks when you spend money only to ripped off and not be able to return them.

This target store is a smaller store and NOT a super target so a lesser variety (Im talking 1.5 Ailes) of produce and the first aid aisle was poorly stocked with the gauze and only had 1 size. My target circle balance was not applied even when the system said it was applied. The womens clothing area had things thrown all over the place and the kitchen and bed and bath areas were priced extravagantly and too high. Im talking $2.99 for a dish brush that can be found for 0.99 at the dollar tree and at Walmart. My number one pet peeve for Target is that the app NEVER matches what they have in stock. One of things that the app said was in stock was not. Needs improvements!

This particular Target store is a decent place to shop. However the inventory is far less than the target located just 5 miles away. It appears this target seems to get the rundown or the unwanted items especially when it comes to team jerseys. Typical Target layout no issues with exploring the store and finding the items you need. Staff seems dedicated to stocking shelves and racks but do not seem to interact unless asked a question.

Nice store but lots if empty spots on the shelves, especially in the Dollar Spot area. Still we were able to purchase what we wanted and were able to check out using their self-check out registers.
