We recently had our pool table re-felted by Pool Table Doctors and were very happy with their service, right from the beginning to completion. We corresponded via email with Dillon, who was great. He was very quick with his email responses and thorough in answering all of our questions. Setting up an appointment day and time was a breeze. On the day of the repair, Allan, one of the technicians doing the re-felting, was professional and kept in touch by letting us know when they would be at the house, they were on time, even a little early which was great. They did a fantastic job. Since we werent at the house during the work, Allan kept in contact to let us know they had finished and even sent photos of the completed re-felted table.We highly recommend Pool Table Doctor, in particular for their efficiency, great customer service, great communication, professionalism, and great work.

I highly recommend The Pool Table Store, we had a great experience here. We bought a beautiful used pool table that looks brand new. It is really good quality, and they delivered it, assembled it, and put on a new velvet cover. They included cue sticks, balls, and other accessories. They balanced it perfectly, and 4 years later we have had a lot of fun with friends and family on this table. We only paid $1300 for everything, and you would think we easily paid 2-3 times that. It is a lovely looking table as well

We bought a beautiful pool table from The Pool Table store a few months back, then went back for an electronic dartboard. Dylan and Melissa are very knowledgeable about what we needed and took great care of us! The delivery men were professional and very helpful telling us how to take care of our table. I would have loved to say this visit was pleasant but apparently nobody works here I walked in and wasnt even greeted by the person sitting behind the counter playing on the computer walked around for 10 -15 mins and they didnt even move to see if I needed help just sat there. And I left and as I walked out again nothing was said horrible customer service at its finest probably should find employees that will help your customers instead of ones that play on the computer all day

I would never recommend them. One man showed up to tear down our pool table and move to our new house. My husband who is a retired disabled veteran had to help the guy carry the inner box frame of the pool table to the truck as well as help him carry it into our new house. Because it could not go through the front door he had to help him carry it all the way around the back of the house through the patio door. The inner box is extremely heavy. I was not home at the time or I would have not allowed my husband to carry and required they call someone else to come out as he has a bad back and knees. Moving a pool table is NOT a one man job. My husband should have never been asked to help or put in that situation for the amount of money we had to pay them. If I knew this happened I would have not paid the full price. I called multiple times and left messages (at least 5) with employees as well as on the machine to speak to a manager with NO return call. I spoke with two different employees so they were well aware of the issue at hand - yet still no call back. After talking to other residents in Jacksonville - apparently they have also heard nothing but negative about this company. I would highly recommend finding another company for your pool table needs

Dillon was very thorough, patient, & knowledgeable with our requests for information on everything from pool tables/shuffleboard/dart boards and arcade games. He was able to talk to me about the stuff I wanted to know while talking to my wife from a furniture/interior design aspect which I found very helpful. They did a good job with delivery/set up etc...and we got a great price too :-)

Very cool shop to stop by if youre into pool, poker, and other fun games! One of the guys even allowed me to play with any cue on one of the pool tables to feel how everything played out. Recommend peeking in!

Never used there service but they had a maniac driver going through starke. If he represents this company and is driving like he is in a formula one car then I take it this is a half hazard company with no disregard for people or safety.

My husband and I called to inquire about any pool tables that were available for delivery asap. Julie could not have been more helpful, she immediately texted over pics and info of the tables they had available. We ended up purchasing a beautiful used one for a amazing price! The service we received was exceptional, youd think we just spend 20k on a table ! The delivery was hands down the best weve ever experienced! Francis was very knowledgable and helpful. Him and his partner came into our home and set the table up put on brand new felt and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before they left. Im currently a volunteer at an RV Resort in Williston where we have a pool table. It was starting to show its age and after speaking with the resorts owner, he asked me to research getting the table recovered and re-leveled. I called around to a few places and after some research decided to go with these guys.The appointment was made for 10 am with the company saying the techs would call a half hour before arrival. At 9:30 they called to advise they were running late and would arrive by 11:30. They showed up at 11:30 and got straight to work. (I had previously advised their office that they could arrive at anytime as long as they were done by 5 pm)We were thinking the cushions might need to be re-done also but when Kyle checked them, he advised that they were fine. They couldve told us they were shot, took them away and refinished them for substantially more money but the guys were straight up and honest.They did a nice job on the recover and leveling. The table shoots nice and true now.The guys were dressed neatly and they showed up in a wrapped van, there was no doubt what company they were from.Well be bringing them back soon to install a second table and to have new pockets placed on the one we already have.

Unprofessional and uncaring.Booked services a week and a half ago, with less than an hour of their scheduled time they wanted to cancel because they over booked that day. I had just sold my home and needed that table moved that day, so they said they be an hour late. Four and half hours later they arrive and with a van too small to transport the table. I sent them away and rented a uhaul. Ill never use this company again

ALL my business will go through Dillon and the pool table store, regardless of where I live. Dillion proved to be extremely honest, courtious and caring about his customers. The installation techs were knowledgable and professional.I had bought a new table but after the install, it did not play to the way I felt it should. The techs, and even Dillion himself, came to check the table, and after trouble shooting, they solved the issues. I have a pool table that I am very happy to play on. (And I am not a high end client that has dropped a lot of money, just a normal table, and customer). The pool table store has your back even after you walk out of the store!!!
