Call yesterday. Made an appointment. Got disappointed. They cancel my appointment.Reschedule a new one after they quoted me the price. the assistance manager said that was last time price. Today is this … so from$80 to $115. And his rude they way he talk.His manager was the same.This the last time I will go there. Not worth it. I do not recommend this company

They keep their word. Bought tires two plus years ago with a warranty and when I got a nail in it and it was not repairable. I got a new tire at no cost. No bait and switch. How refreshing.

I would not recommend this location. I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle looked at due to some knocking. My appointment was for 930am and I dropped my vehicle off. Didnt hear from anyone by 1245pm so I called and was told they would call me back. They didnt. I went and picked up my car at 330pm and my car was next. Thats right, my vehicle sat at this Firestone location for several hours with an appointment and still nothing was done. Very unprofessional staff and poor organization.

Called ahead to see if they had any openings for an oil change. They said yes and that they’d take care of oil change within an hour or hour and a half. Came in less than 5 minutes later and I was told it would take over 3 hours.This is not the first time that this has happened. I will not be back.

I went in to purchase new tires and had the worst experience at a business I ever had. When I returned to pick up the car, I was shocked, all the rims on the edge were damaged a lot. They said the machine could not do that and that damage was already there. I know it was not like that before and not looking to cash in on some free 2005 scion rims. One associate got really confrontational to the point I thought he was going to assault me. I almost called the cops. His last words before leaving were call the beeping claim number! On top of it glue and black sludge were left all over the tires and rims as you can see. It should be no stars. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Theyve been surprisingly honest with me every time I went in, telling me exactly what I need and dont need (but could use)every time. Sometimes its a little expensive, but I feel that theyve done great work on my vehicle so far (been there three times for different issues) and as long as the fix works i dont mind paying a little extra. Moreover, all the employees there have been super respectful with my time and do things like tell me about discounts or notify me if work will be done early/late and notify my about discounts/deals they are running that might help bring my total down. I will continue to go to this Firestone location until I have a good reason not to. If I were the boss I would give everyone here a raise.

Went to this Firestone location and asked them to perform a simple task on my car and they refused to do it because they are unprofessional and/or incompetent. It is truly unbelievable to me that the people who run this Firestone location dont have the decency to help others when needed. How do you expect to maintain a business when you dont help customers that ask you to assist them with their car needs.Grade: F- (Yes thats a minus sign there)

They have been servicing my cars for many years and they have always been friendly, courteous efficient and always letting me know what should be done vs what had to be done to my cars. Plenty of time I couldnt afford what my car needed and they worked out a way and prioritized whats more important and wielded out a schedule for me to get everything done. Stopped in after we got a flat this past weekend, and the staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning.Even though the initial patch on the tire didnt work (since we ended up have two punctures on the tire) they were quick to help us come to a solution that was easy on our wallets.Randy at the front counter is very personable and easy to talk to.There is seating with a tv, coffee station and free WiFi for when you have to spend more time than anticipated.Theres a lot of great restaurants nearby that you can walk to while you wait as well.I will be using this location for all my future car needs.

Do not trust this shop.I went there for a brake inspection, yesterday 04/21/21, knowing I needed brakes, but not sure what else. They gave me a complete a “comprehensive”Estimate with out opening the hood or pulling a wheel, much less a front and rear. Do not trust themWhat’s worse the ship was completely empty.

I have been using these guys for years. I first went because I moved in nearby, and figured Id try them out. Well, I continue to go for routine work like oil changes, as well as any major mechanical issues because they are AMAZING! They are honest, knowledgeable with knowing what and what not to do with regard to car issues, and their prices are fair.I was blown away the other day, though; they went WAY above and beyond for me! I had a flat tire, and because I was pretty close to the shop, I called the store to see if they had any type of roadside assistance. They dont, but Randy (I think that is his name?) actually drove out to help me change my tire, to where I could drive to the shop and get a new tire. And then- he even drove me to work! I will always recommend this place, and I really hope you continue to hire great employees like the ones youve always had. Your business will continue to thrive if you do. Thanks, Firestone! :-)

Worst shop ever. Staff is unexperienced and unprofessional. With my car they where guessing, changing part with out knowing what they were doing . I took it because temperature light was lighting up and they make a Dianostic first, other things came up except what I took it for. I took it for a second time and second Dianostic came, supposedly a leak on a part Ending up charging me $600 with out knowing what is wrong because after they change 3 things they still did not fix my car giving me excuses about needing more parts. . They robbed me!!! I took my car for a second opinion my car had nothing just the sensor of the temperature light .

Staff wasnt wearing masks with customers at the counter. They said I needed to have my air compressor replaced because of the whining noise it was making. They quoted me close to $1k for the repair. I took it down the street thinking that sounded strange considering the AC was working fine. Got a belt replaced for $100 and the sound is gone. This place is either intentionally ripping people off or the staff isnt competent at diagnosing issues.

0/10 would not recommend. Brought my 4Runner here for an alignment. The truck tracked straight but the steering wheel was off. May or may not have damaged my outer tie rod ends in the process.

My sister went there to get brake pads replaced. They took advantage of her, I think because she can be frightened easily. They did a complete inspection of her car. Charged her $9.99 for that. Then said she needed over $2100.00 worth of work. She didnt have that much money. They ended up telling her that for now just fix the most dangerous things. Which included rear shocks. A weak shock is not dangerous. They did an alignment for S189.99. I called 2 different firestone stores. They priced to do it $ 84.99. They replaced the rotors. The most expensive i could find $ 75.00 each. They charged $149.99 each. They charged $75.99 to change brake fluid. There is a lot more. Anyway, what should have been a job for at the most less than $500.00 ended up costing $ 1,393.00. Just beware and get a second opinion.

Guys were so friendly and welcoming. They filled up the flat tire on the work truck and checked the rest. Didnt find a nail or anything and sent me on my way no charge! I felt like they CARE. Thanks Firestone!

Made an appointment and when I got there they said it would be a 2 hour wait just to fix a leak in a tire because they got slammed all of a sudden. What is the point of making an appointment if walk-ins get the priority? Waste of time.

Ive been to multiple shops and dealerships to fix my cars, and the customer service in this shop is excellent. They follow up promptly and straightforward with their process. In addition, they are affordable and reliable. As a person who repairs their own car, I recommend these guys to take care of you if you need repairs. Randy was really helpful and kind, hell take care of you as well.

This is the worst Firestone by far. Julio lies about prices and services completed on the car. Very untrustworthy store. Save your money and time by going somewhere else where they have ethics.

Brought in a ford escape 2001 overheating. Ask for a quote. Told me the engine was blown. Would cost $6000 for new engine. I told them forget it. Brought elsewhere. Replaced water pump and fixed a radiator leak. Works beautifully. Wouldnt trust these people. E careful

They charged me $88.25 for oil change. Everybody told me that’s way too much and I think so, too. I called VW dealer and they would charge $79.00 something. I’m at the ActionGator now and they charge $49 something for the exact same oil change.

Busy as usual, but always great service

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here a few days ago to see if my tire could be patched. I received a phone call saying it was not patchable and that I would need a new tire. I was also told I needed new front brakes, a new battery, and that my side headlights were out. I declined to get anything else done besides the tire replacement. When I came to pick up my car and attempted to leave the parking lot, my car wouldnt start. (My car has never had any battery issues- not once has it not started). I called the store and spoke with the salesman Randy and explained that I had just gotten my tire fixed and now my car wont start. He said I told you your battery was low, its going to keep happening. Do you want to buy a new battery? Or do you want a jump? I was shocked and said No I don’t want a new battery. I just want a jump, this has never happened before- my car has never had issues starting, what a coincidence! He begrudgingly came to jump my car. I havent had issues since. I dont believe this is a trustworthy store- they just want to break your bank. He didnt even apologize for the inconvenience.

Car repair shops are possibly my least favorite places on the planet. All that being said, this location specifically is the best I have ever been to in terms of friendliness of staff, quick diagnosis, and flat rate pricing. I was in an out very quickly and they saw me right at my scheduled appointment.

Easy to make an appointment over the phone, they gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take, and the prices are fair! I have had both a tire and a rear light replaced here and would come back for any other monitor car repair needs.

So apparently, they broke the spare tire cover, and nobody from management let me know! The poor technician had to tell me and got some venom from me (cannot lie). I have been going to this location for over a year and they are always on time with my appointments. Im currently a nursing student and always on the go, so time is very important to me. I have a turbo VW beetle and car parts are always a hassle, this team always makes sure they have my car parts ready to go and get me out in a timely manner. Love this Firestone!

I have been taken my car to Firestone for over 10 years now. This was my first visit to this particular shop on Mills 17-92. I was there to do regular maintenance in my car, oil change, tire rotation, fluid check.He called to recommend over $1,000 on additional services, including a new battery - car hadn’t given me ANY indication of the battery going dead.I decided to wait and just do my regular maintenance.I picked up my car, paid and hey surprise...the battery was completely dead! Coincidence, perhaps, but I will never TRUST that particular shop on Mills 17-92 and Minnesota. If you have a choice, I would go to Tire Plus on Aloma, also a Firestone store with HONEST service and technicians.

I had some thing that the pin came off on the bottom of my car I called them and Rami answered the phone and told me to come in and handled everything very quickly, Marc fixed it, they didn’t even charge me to put a new pin in .I really appreciated ot, especially with everything going on now in the world . This meant a lot and I will be back for services in the future .

Courteous, polite and kind. Came in with a nail in my tire. It was removed but no leak. No charge. Tipped the mechanic. Everyone should be so honest and nice.

The people here have always been straight up with me. Its definitely less painful than a dealership and way more convenient. Ive not always done every recommendation right away but they been correct over time. Work theyve done has lasted and been done properly.I would recommend this Firestone location.

You guys are horrible. It was the worst experience of my entire life while owning a vehicle. I thought I could trust you as a company. Think again! I broke down on the side of the road in the middle of the night due to a dead battery. I decided to have my vehicle towed to the Winter Park location to leave it over night. When they called me in the morning to go over the details, they said they didnt think it was the battery and that they would need to do a full diagnosis to find out what the problem was.... When they called me back, they told me my catalytic converter and O2 sensory needed to be replaced. They said t was going to be $2,400 to replace. I had a panic attack when they told me that. I decided to go pick up my vehicle to get a second opinion from my friend who is a mechanic. When I arrived to Firestone in Winter Park, I was told they replaced the battery. I never gave permission to change the battery. I had to pay for it because they already did the work, so what was I going to do? When they changed the battery, it reset the computer (a nasty little trick). Therefore, when I took it to my personal mechanic for the second opinion, he was unable to find anything wrong. He told me that since they had changed the battery it reset the computer, so we wouldnt be able to see any issues right away. He suggested that I drive it around for a while and get it checked again in a few days. 2 weeks later, I went to get a third opinion. The mechanic hooked my vehicle up to the computer to check for any problems. He told me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. He then told me that if my catalytic converter and O2 sensory needed to be replaced that my vehicle would not be drive-able, yet I was driving it around for 2 weeks with no issues before I got the third opinion.Basically, they lied to me to try and get me to fix something that wasnt broken. They tried to rip me off!!! They tried to take my hard earned money. I am a single mother and college student. They must have thought I had the money. They even suggested I take out a line of credit with them to make the repair. Are you kidding me? NO WAY!!! I cant believe this company can treat people like this and get away with it!!! How can you guys sleep at night? Con artists!!! Youre never fooling me ever again. You guys probably thought I would just forget about it and say nothing, didnt you? I dont think so! My next step is the BBB! I have the records you gave me as proof! I want a refund for the diagnosis and the battery that I never agreed to you changing... I am utterly disgusted by your company!!!! BTW, the battery you overcharged me for is poor quality! Not only did you try to make me fix something that wasnt broken, you also put a poor quality battery in my vehicle! SHAME ON YOU AS A COMPANY!

Very friendly service and pretty fast too. I went at the end of the day when most auto places tend to be pretty salty during that time of day, but they were very pleasant. Definitely going back for oil changes and other tire stuff.

Super slow service. Theyll tell you 90 minutes for a tire change and take 5 hours.More importantly, they are the typical shady car guys you hope to avoid. No integrity. Your time and money are too valuable to be wasted at a place like this.

Refreshingly positive repair experience. A Firestone in another state had installed a new condenser. After over a year, it still was not cooling consistently. Cj and the mechanic, Russ, found the problem was improper installation. They repaired it with no additional expense to me. It now cools perfectly and were ready for summer. This store has won my business because of their integrity and positive attitude.

Con-artist Mike quoted me $200 for a tire sensor that everyone else will do for $65...including Firestone! They quoted me $65 a few months ago. Same day that he quoted me $200, two other competitors quoted me $65 installed and much less expensive tires. Do yourself a favor and shop around like I did. Stop taking advantage of people!

I love Firestone at Winter Park. Each staff members are the utmost professionals! The mechanics take time to explain to you what’s going on with your vehicle and go over your options. Firestone Winter Park may be park of a “chain” of store, but they have a neighborhood friendly type of atmosphere. I love SILVO and JUILO who are super great and are two of the many folks there that are not only friendly but they are very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t dare trust or take my care any place else but FireStone at WINTER PARK, FL! I wish there were more mechanics/people like SILVO and JUILO!

I believe this garage is nothing short of criminals I went in for an alignment after I had my car completely looked over by my 30 year very honest highly respected in the area mechanic. Now, 3 weeks later only to discover the air conditioning is now not cool. l went to my mechanic he said that the two a/c caps right on the top are missing which would’ve been something that they discovered when I had the car worked on before a long trip that we were planning to take. I immediately called Firestone as they were the only other place the car had been. Asked for manager, putting another on the phone lying that he was manager, telling me my phone is breaking up — I have five bars they are liars and they want to rip you off do not use that garage. Their garage technicians should never have had my hood up they were only supposed to be doing an alignment and then they gave me a quote for steering fluid seepage and that I need to replace it $2000 how bogus and again criminal. Stay far away - dishonesty smells very bad - but that’s our world now! Seek honesty - they are not!!!

Affinity Automotive has been the best mechanic we’ve ever encountered! They’re almost like family, going above and beyond every single time.

The rear A/C system of my vehicle was not working, therefore, I took it in to get a diagnostic for $10. An hour later I was handed an invoice with of over $2,000 of recommended services for all the things they found wrong with my vehicle. $632 is how much they quoted me to fix the AC that I initially went there for. I declined services and got a second opinion, and $75 later (including labor), the AC is working like brand new. Thanks for nothing Firestone. Buyer Beware, they are a bunch of rip offs.

I took my car today because I accidentally ran over a curb. The guy called me back and said everything checked out and that I only needed an fluids changed and a alignment. I told the guy that I just got my car back from Lexus maintenance and didnt needed any fluids so he tried selling me the alignment. I told him I had an lifetime alignment warranty but to please check for the sound I was hearing. He said he would..called back 30 minutes laters and said my car was ready. I picked my car up and the sound was still there...smh.I called Lexus and made an appointment with them and to verify the alignment was actually done. Crazy how these days you just cant TRUST people to do right by you. They just lost my busy of 15 plus years.Mills 17-92 was the location.

Incompetent, liars, and thieves! They say they are complete auto care but I would not trust them for an oil change after my last experience here. $600 and the car was worse than it was when dropped off. And then tried to act like it was some how my fault! Not to mention they kept my vehicle for 2 weeks!!!!! And replaced parts that I know It didnt need. Took it to another shop and was fixed in an hour, but their incompetent mechanics couldnt figure out the problem after weeks. STAY AWAY!!!

Okay. They told me my tire would be patched in under an hour, and to wait in the lobby. Total time was 3 hours 15 minutes. But they patched the tire, and the selection of magazines in the lobby included fashion mags, so now I can drive and dress in style.

Until very recently Ive always had very good service with this Firestone store. I took my girlfriends car in for an oil change. As part of the vehicle inspection they told me the car needed a brake job. I was told the rear brakes were down to 1mm. They lead my girlfriend to believe the brakes were moments away from catastophic failure. Im a reasonably competent backyard mechanic. I did the brakes myself. And when I got the old brake pads off the car they were only 50% used. When I called the manager all he could tell me was his technicians measured the pads with their gauges. Guess what? They lost that job and my respect. Ill recommend anybody go anywhere else to get their tire and wheel service.

$70 to change one headlight bulb last week. I had been a customer for 5 yr.The tech, Troy, said the billing system assigned .4 hours (20 min.) to a task that took about 5 min.This is when common sense and customer service should prevail.

They were short-staffed today and still had a positive attitude, coupled (excuse the pun) with great teamwork. Very efficient.

Took them 2 tries, 2 weeks, and around $800 of my money for a coolant problem and the car ended up having to replace the head gasket (didnt have that before I brought it here and they didnt mention ONCE this problem on the car). I dont mind them changing all unnecessary parts and overcharging as long as they make it work, as I need this for daily commute, but they couldnt. The car is trash now. I would never go back.

Inept I just changed my oil with synthetic and a new filter before I left wash dc august 1 went to this firestone aug 10 and asked for a lube job and to have the tires xed or rotated called to see if my car was done 5 hours later and was told the oil change was almost done!! I never asked for an oil change my oil 8 day old synthetic oil was changed with regular oil!! furthermore I was told that a lube job only comes with an oil change!!! retarded I do not see why you cannot lube the chassis without first removing my brand new oil!!!! also when I asked for a lube job they never detailed that or informed me it really meant an oil change!!! totally inept and unsatisfactory experience my $60 brand new synthetic oil they removed and discarded was a total waste which i feel they should reimburse me for!! but instead i will never step into a firestone ever again the schmucks
