To say you got your dress from THE Collection is bragging rights in itself. I remember walking past the dress shop on Park Avenue since I was a little girl just thinking “One day…” and when one day came I knew I had to get my dress at The Collection. It’s Iconic. I also found out it has been around for 37 years!! 37 YEARS!!! The boutique is gorgeous, and everyone there is super sweet, so knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Shaina made buying a wedding dress stress free and fun. I tried dresses on at few different stores and I did not receive the same service or quality as Shaina provided. She listened to what I wanted and stayed within my price range. She made an effort to make a personal connection with me and went above and beyond my expectations. The Collection Bridal really set the tone for my entire wedding experience! I owe it all to Shainna Bryson, my bridal stylist. She is a ROCKSTAR. Hands down, she made me feel like a queen from my very 1st appointment until my last appointment a week before my wedding.The Collection Bridal was pit stop #1 in my wedding dress shopping experience and Shainna set the bar HIGH. I am thicker girl (size 14/16) so I was hesitant that I wouldnt be able to fit in any of their dresses - wrong! As soon as I walked in, we sat down and discussed my vision for my wedding day, what I envisioned myself wearing/looking like, etc. She had champagne and water waiting for me so we could sip-and-shop. She started picking out dresses and the 1st dress I put on was something I didnt even envision myself in. 3 more bridal shops later and about 2 weeks of thinking and that 1st dress I put on Shainna picked out ended up being THE dress. The follow-up from Shainna was superb and she wasnt pushy at all. I ended up getting my hairpiece, earrings and veil from Collection Bridal and wouldnt look back. I’m engaged. During my research on Orlando bridal boutiques this one told me on the phone that they did not carry plus size gowns…..in 2021.

I married the owner of The Estate on the Halifax, an exclusive and stunning wedding venue. My criteria for a bridal gown was elegant yet unique as he has seen a thousand brides. I have also witnessed hundreds of weddings. I visited all my local bridal gown salons and so many were beautiful but they all start to look alike and similar to what almost everyone wears. Then I visited Orlando bridal shops and experienced the same feeling after my appointments. I found The Collection and Shainna was phenomenal. She understood my wishes. She found the most beautiful Randy Fenoli gown from a trunk show for me. After trying on so many beautiful gown that looked beautiful but had too many common elements, I found this gown to be classy, sophisticated and gorgeous. I worried because it did not have any of the bling I always imagined but it was the dress for me, my fiance, his family and our venue. She paired it with a cathedral veil that was embellished with crystals, an amazing bracelet that will be an heirloom. Then as a former dancer, I couldnt find shoes that would keep up with my desire to dance for the entire reception. She connected me with Angela Nunan, a former dancer, who designed shoes that were as gorgeously bridal and comfortable. I pick up the brides shoes from under the sweetheart table after almost every wedding and I wanted to wear beautiful high heel shoes until the end. I tore up the dance floor and they were comfortable to our last dance and sparkler exit! I found a gown that was almost identical with the satin, corset, drop waist, ruffle sides and it was $33,000! The wedding day....everyone raved about my gown and I could tell it wasnt the standard compliments that brides receive. They really thought is was classy and glamorous, elegant and stunning. The royal wedding was right after my wedding. I got text messages and calls that said the gown the princess wore didnt even come close to mine. One from a friend who once designed gowns as a fashion designer in NY. I have to say, while all the consultants at all the salons were wonderful, Shainna was outstanding. She made it so much fun that I was sad when I had my last fitting and I wasnt going to be able to see her anymore. She was a step above the rest. The others I sensed the sales interactions. With Shainna, I felt passion and joy in what she did, patience of a saint. She was truly professional and warm. I also had purchased with pressure at One and Only Bridal a gown that was not flattering and I wanted to return the day I purchased it. They would not allow me to so I sold it brand new when it arrived. The pressure I felt there, buyers remorse caused me to shed many tears. Shainna wasnt going to let me buy anything that I didnt love and she didnt use my wedding date in 5 months as a fear factor to make a decision and get a commission. She even showed me her favorite flowers and I changed my bouquet design. I loved it! As an older bride, she made me feel like I was a young girl again, giggling and caught up in the fairy tale. I had NO pressure like everywhere else that the gown would 1. not arrive on time for the wedding from the manufacturer if I didnt buy it that day or the next 2. the price would change. I felt like Cinderella walking down that isle and all night long. I wish I could go back and play dress up with her all over again. It brings a smile to my face when I think of how this experience was so enjoyable and memorable. The owner is also fabulous and supportive to both Shainna and me. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. It was like having family. I put more thought as a venue owners fiancee into my gown and accessories so I could feel like the bride, not a client. The Collection Bridal made that dream come true.

Wow amazing customer service! I was calling bridal shops all around Orlando. And this is the only place that asked me specific questions. Then she had me email a picture of something that I loved so she could looked to see if they had something that was like it, to let me know. The Collection Bridal, had beautiful gowns here. They are little higher than what I was comfortable with spending. Ive giving 3 Stars, because the lady I worked with, just felt very grumpy and wasnt pleasant to work with. Maybe just a bad day, we all have those, but it just didnt make me want to stay to try on or go over my budget.

There are no words to convey the gratitude that I feel towards Christina, Roya, and The Collection Bridal as a whole. I moved to Orlando three years ago and discovered this salon by total chance while job hunting on Park Avenue. Their window display was stunning and I knew that if I were to ever get married I’d want to walk through their doors and try on their stunning dresses.I was so nervous for my appointment, as I am not a shopper and hate trying on clothes. I was worried I wouldn’t find “the one”.Roya greeted me and my bride tribe, welcomed us in, and took us back to a more private area — I very much appreciated not being in the spotlight in the front of the store. Christina introduced herself and took me aside for a consultation. She asked me some simple, yet important, questions and immediately got to work pulling dresses. She was mindful of my budget and pulled a specific Randy Fenoli dress I had found online. It was the first dress I tried on and, while it was beautiful, it just wasn’t for me. Next, we tried a ball gown just to see how I felt. Again, not for me, but it was fun to try on. When we went back into the fitting room, she suggested I try on a dress that she had pulled for me. I slipped it on and immediately commented on the neckline. It was something I would have never picked off the rack for myself, but I was excited to show the women with me. When I stepped on the pedestal, I was truly at a loss for words. My MOH told me that I was utterly silent. I stared at myself in the mirror and burst into tears. Never in my life have I ever felt beautiful. That dress made me feel stunning. After I composed myself, Christina led me into the main room so I could see the dress in all its glory. It was perfect.I didn’t think I wanted a veil, but they put on this stunning chapel-length veil that had delicate pearls and rhinestones on it. I began to cry again!I said yes to the Martina Liana 1137 dress and cannot wait to go through the fittings and alterations to see it perfectly tailored to my needs.I am unbelievably thankful to Christina and Roya for their sincerity in wanting me to find the dress that I felt beautiful in as opposed to just settling for something I liked. The knowledge that Christina has in the bridal field is mind-blowing. She made this process, which seemed incredibly daunting to me, such an enjoyable and intimate time. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you, Christina and Roya, for making me feel like a beautiful and worthy bride ♥️

I had the absolute BEST experience at The Collection. I can not thank them enough! Shainna went above and beyond during my appointment. I felt like I was literally in a movie! My budget was on the lower end compared to the more higher end wedding dresses, and they never once made me feel like I couldn’t find my dream dress! I had originally walked into the store to see what they had for bridesmaid dresses, the lady seemed very helpful & suggested I make an appointment to try on dresses for myself since I had not yet tried on dresses. I wasn’t planning on trying on dresses yet since my wedding was so far away but I decided to make an appointment for the following week. I had a horrible experience. It was my first time ever trying on dresses. I am plus size (anywhere between 16-20) and I knew that most places would carry smaller sample sizes (like 12/14) and that was fine with me. Had I known that a majority of their sizes were a 6 or 8 I probably wouldn’t have made an appointment. I wish the lady had told me that but instead she only pulled the exact same style dresses my entire appointment, knowing that what she was pulling is the only thing in the store that I could slide on. I had explained to her that I didn’t like those style dresses and tried to explain what style I did like and she completely ignored me and kept pulling the same style dresses and told me that “these are the style now and this is all the designers make.” I had asked if she had any sweetheart neckline dresses or a dress with some type of sleeve (not spaghetti strap) and she said that no sweetheart neckline dress ever has sleeves which is completely untrue because at the beginning of the appointment she had asked me to show her pictures of dresses I liked and plenty of them were sweetheart necklines with some sort of sleeve, also I have purchased my dress from another bridal shop and my dress is a sweetheart neckline with sleeves. We had asked her if I could try on any other style than what she was pulling for me and she responded with “these dresses are couture” and that she was a “designer” which is not at all what we asked. And she decided when my appointment was over. I had tried on maybe 6 dresses and after that she immediately ended my appointment and handed me a business card and sent us on our way. There was another bride in the store that was already there trying on dresses before me and was still trying on dresses when I left so it wasn’t like she ended my appointment because my time slot was over. She just ended it. It was an all around awful experience.

The Collection Bridal has amazing customer service right when stepping in the door. Its location fits it perfectly with how beautiful the boutique is, and the employees truly care about the customer, what they are looking for, and styling to exactly what they desire! Their dresses are wonderful and they have such a beautiful collection.

I absolutely LOVED shopping for my wedding gown at The Collection Bridal!! It was my first stop to trying on wedding dresses on an out-of town-trip to Orlando, so I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect and if Id feel pressured or sold to, but the experience just so wonderfully amazing!From the get-go, Shainna was so down-to-earth and easy to talk to about my vision for the gown and was just so bubbly and full of life! Even though I was nervous, she made me laugh, made my family and friends feel so at ease, and knocked it out of the park with her gown suggestions.Not once did I feel pressured to rush through making a decision, or changing my mind, or trying on a dress again for the second or third time. She made us feel so comfortable (we even had champagne!) and I ended up finding the perfect dress - a blush pink ballgown that I would have never expected to love so much!!They made payments, alterations, and choosing the perfect veil and accessories so, so easy! Oh my gosh! What a magical place to be. I went in terrified of trying on more dresses and not finding the one again, but the girls that work there made me and my entire entourage feel so welcomed. They have every style shape and color dress you can imagine and by some odd chance they don’t they can order it for you. Never thought I’d have that bridal moment until I came here. Go. Trust me. I went here for my 20 year vow renewal. Christina was amazing and so very patient with me. I went in there so sure of what I wanted and she showed me what I really wanted deep down in my heart. Worst bridal place I ever went to and I went to quite a bit of places. This one by far the worst. Was ignored for awhile with scheduled appt. and they were rude and completely bodyshamed me. 1 Star is being nice.

I went here to buy my wedding dress and Christina was fantastic! She worked with me to create my perfect look. She asked me all the right questions and tailored the dresses she pulled to exactly what I asked for. At other stores, I felt the stylists put me in what they liked, rather than what I was asking for. Christina also handled my group very well when opinions differed, she always brought it back to what I was looking for on my special day.I would recommend Christina and The Collection over and over again!

Absolutely amazing! I had called The Collection Bridal in search of a specific Lazaro gown. Christina assisted me on the phone and informed met that they did have my dress! I was thrilled that Christina was my consultant on the day of my appointment and she helped me find my perfect dress! She and the other ladies were so honest, kind, and encouraging throughout my whole appointment. They really went above and beyond to make my dress appointment wonderful! I cant wait for my Lazaro dress to arrive!

So far amazing. I walked in on the fly with my mom and my 5 month old in a stroller, and yet they were incredibly gracious and kind. Christina (total sweetheart) spent three hours with me helping me find the right dress (and trying on the same one about six different times too). Since then she helped me figure out whether the right size I picked would work. Very responsive and patient. Im looking forward to getting fitted in the dress in a few months!

The very best bridal shop in Florida! Shanna is my daughters bridal consultant She listened to our price range, my daughters likes and dislikes and brought out so many beautiful dresses! My experience with Christina at The Collection Bridal was simply all-around amazing! The dresses at the collection are unique, beautifully made and there is a wide variety of styles to fit every brides body and budget. Christina was honest, patient, and so hospitable both times I tried on dresses. I never once felt pressured to buy something I didnt 100% love. She made saying yes to the dress everything I could have imagined and more! She truly has a great eye for finding the perfect dress of your dreams!

You have such a talent I am so honored and happy to know you are helping me live out my dream in this beautiful dress that I can not wait to try on again. Every girls dreams of their wedding day, and I must say I never thought the day would come. With that said I want to share a few of my engagement photos with you and I hope you enjoy them. I went in to try on wedding dresses for the first time. I got a bad taste in my mouth when the woman that “greeted” us looked down her nose at my mom and I, also looking us up and down “judging” us. Trying on dresses went smoothly until I tried on a dress, and I wasn’t loving how it looked on my stomach. The bridal consultant (whom I don’t remember her name) asked me what I didn’t like about the dress and what my concerns were. I told her I didn’t like how my stomach looked in it, she rolled her eyes, and said, “what stomach?” Which really irritated me, just because she thought I didn’t have a big stomach that I shouldn’t be concerned with how it looked in the dress or how I felt in the dress. It was extremely rude. Just because she thought I didn’t look bad in the dress, on top of it she acted like I needed to change my opinion of myself in the dress. All I am saying is if a consultant asks what my concerns are, they don’t have a right to disagree with what my opinion is and for crying out loud DEFINITELY don’t have a right to try and change my opinion of HOW I FEEL and view MYSELF in a dress. Overall, it was a good experience. We enjoyed champagne and I loved being able to try on dresses for the first time.

This was the first and only store I went to and bought the third dress I tried on. I was in and out of the store in an hour flat. That is great for me because I dont enjoy shopping. My dress is absolutely gorgeous and the price was right. My stylist, Christina Alves, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She helped make the experience a memorable one!

My mom and I had the most wonderful experience with Christina at The Collection! She was super respectful of our budget and went above and beyond to make my dream dress work and I couldn’t be more thankful for how amazing the customer service and entire experience was at this salon (which is super gorgeous with an amazing selection). Unlike other central FL salons, not once did I ever feel judged - the vibe was so warm and fuzzy and everything it should be when you’re shopping for a gown! So glad I said yes here!

I had a great experience at The Collection Bridal. Christina was my consultant and she was very sweet and helpful, and has continued to communicate with me about my dress consistently since I ordered it. The prices are a little higher than some salons, but after having been to about 10 other salons before, I found my perfect dress at The Collection, so it was worth it. The staff was very professional and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bridal gown.

OK, let me tell you about this place. Its THE BEST. Not only is their collection expansive with anything from top designer dresses like Lorrenzo, Berta, etc. but brides on a budget do not fear they have gorgeous dresses under 2K - 1.5K here as well. ASK FOR my girl Shaina. She is outstanding and truly had my back for the entire process - its a lot of pressure especially when you go in with a group of people, so many opinions, etc. It can be overwhelming but Shaina was my foundation and voice of reason the entire day. She helped me truly find the dress for me, not the dress everyone else liked. I dont know how I would have done it without her. Even after I found my dress Shaina and the Collection team have been there calling me with updates and keeping my fittings on track - I cant say enough about this place.

I recently started searching for The Dress for my big day, which is still some time away. It takes time, though. The dresses you thought you loved online actually do not fit like you thought they would. It also depends on the theme you are going with. So many factors go in to choosing the perfect dress.I could not wait for my appointment at The Collection Bridal. I had heard so many wonderful things. Unfortunately, my first time trying on dresses was a huge disappointment. I felt as if I were rushed through the entire process. I did not have any time to actually look at myself and experience each dress. I was only there for thirty minutes in total. I suppose that since I did not plan on buying a dress that day, the consultant, Shaina, thought that I was just a waste of her time. If you want to get the sale, you should be more personable, to make the bride want to return.I can proudly say that I will not be a Collection bride.

Shopping at the Collection Bridal was the best experience I had looking for a wedding dress. Everyone there was incredibly nice and helpful. I cannot say enough about how delightful my experience was getting my dress at The Collection! All the ladies were so helpful and patient with me, and made me feel so special. I had only four months till my wedding so I bought a sample that was several inches too big. Lorena, one of the seamstresses, made it fit like a glove! I just moved to Florida from California so I had no one to try dresses on with me. Shainna acted as my stylist and stand in friend. She showed me an eclectic variety of dresses. She was so patient with me when I changed my mind twice about what style gown I wanted. Each time I changed my mind, the collection bridal had such gorgeous dresses that matched just what I wanted and in different price ranges too. I finally made a decision and chose a dress so unique and so special. I even went around to other stores in the area to see if anyone had anything at all like it- and NO ONE had anything remotely close. The collection bridal has a very special selection. I have maybe wrote two reviews before at the age of 25 but this is a MUST. Shainna was INCREDIBLE. i walked into collection bridal and automatically thought everything was going to be out of my price range cause of the how beautiful the store was and the professionalism Shainna brought to me during a questionnaire to get to know my taste. Let me tell you, you can tell when a girl KNOWS what she is doing and has fun doing it. Shainna brought me dresses that were my style but also got me out of my comfort zone to try on dresses i never thought i would like but i also ended up loving. she was so patient and really cared how i looked in the dresses but also how i felt in the dresses. Needless to say i bought my dress that night and the next day went back to the store, put my dress on and bought all the accessories to go with it too. Now i found bridesmaid dresses for all my girls there and even mother of the bride dress there! Shainna gave me so many ideas to do for my Biltmore wedding and its ultimately made me even more excited for my wedding:) i am so happy i went to this store!

I came to the shop without an appointment to either try on dresses to gage the fit I was looking for or have a few different fits explained to me in person without trying them on. As soon as I walked in I was immediately told that I would need an appointment. Completely understandable. The people on the sales floor totally ignored me and seemed aggravated that I wanted to look around the store. There are bridal bathing suits, veils, and bridesmaid dresses and no one even acknowledged me in the section that didn’t require a fitting.I won’t take my business to this store again and I won’t suggest it to my friends either.
