VERY GOOD SECURITY SYSTEM AND MONTHLY PRICE..! 😃

After having tech after tech after tech come to my home to fix (means NEVER WORKED) the system, and getting automated call after automated call telling me that there was a problem with my system, I asked to stop being charged for service that (the techs assured me) NEVER worked. That request was declined. Great, glad Ive paid setup fees, upgrades, and all sorts of wonderful fees for something that has NEVER worked. And dont believe the other reviews here, I see at least 3 names of people that work at this company.

I simply cannot speak highly enough of this company. Angie, John, and Troy are absolutely Awesome! We updated our community tele-entry system from an obsolete system to a modern system. They were with us for the entire conversion and figured a way to make our old remotes work with the brand new system. They are so professional and go far above and beyond what any other company will do. When the owner of the company drives to your community after hours to make sure your system is running smoothly, you Know you are in Good Hands!

I called Lane and they quickly made me an appointment. Gerry came out exactly as promised and serviced the alarm system that I had purchased from ADT 10 years before. He only took about an hour. I was so impressed, that I a going to subscribe to Lane for their service and monitoring.
