Went in to get a mobile hotspot and didn’t know much on the topic or even what I really needed to be able to accomplish what I was looking to do. Paul and Cassio we friendly and incredibly helpful and had me setup quickly. I am new to Winter Park and they even gave me some recommendations on places to go visit in the area. Definitely recommend this store!

I enjoyed my visit today. Naturo made my visit quick & easy. He explained multiple plans & phone options with me that led me to eventually pick the perfect phone. He was very detailed, professional and we even cracked a few jokes with each other. I would definitely recommend stopping by this location for any new phone and service needs.

Sign on door requesting masks be worn, but employees arent wearing masks. Bad customer service, dismissed me because I had an issue with my phone covered under protection plan and employee knew she wouldnt get a commission off me, refused to order in replacement part until after I called customer support
Went to this t-mobile location to buy a new iPhone. The place was quiet. There were 3 staff members and just me and my wife. The staff could not be any less enthusiastic to help or sell us a phone. The staff member who assisted could not answer our questions which were by no means technical. Overall it was a poor experience.

After fighting traffic for over an hour, I walked into the sprint store exhausted. The staff at this location greeted me with a smile and were eager to help. I needed to turn in my leased phone and I was not sure what to do. The young lady explained the process and made it fast and courteous. Kudos to the staff there and their professionalism.

Customer Service was excellent and even though I had tough time understanding what was going on with my bill. Store Manager Svetlana and rep Bryan. Helped me by explaining my bill and also was able to upgrade and add an Apple Watch and tablet. It was a great experience even though my phone took forever to transfer info into new phone. Overall great experience and it’s a Corporate store too.
The Sprint store that I go to has friendly helpful personnel. I have bought there and when I have an issue that has me stumped they are always able to solve my problem and if need be they go the extra mile and will spend whatever time it takes to help me. The product is good....I am just electronically challenged.
Seemingly friendly service and great deals, but then again it also took me a month and a half to get a refund on a product I returned ( not Sprints fault on the product, just refund)

I waited around 30 minutes in this store, just listening to the staff talking about everything but their service & phones with customers. Its nice that theyre friendly, but time management & efficiency were not a focus that day.
Usually superior service. Jean knows the stock, knows the plans and goes the extra mile to get you the best phone and plan for your needs. However last visit saw a major reversal when, unable to find details of a credit a customer believed should have been on their plan, a presumably new associate told the customer I dont know about that. Just sign it. It went unnoticed or unreprimanded. Never tell people to just sign a contract. After inconsistent and downright bad service at other Sprint locations I still go to the Winter Park store as the least dodgy, but they are slipping badly..
The first time I came, I received good service, but unfortunately Sprint stores dont carry the SIM card I needed because the phone type is old. The gentlemen that helped me were very accommodating and apologetic. I finally got the SIM card sent to me through a phone order and I returned to the store right before closing time to activate the phone, and Daive and Erica were very very sweet and helpful. They not only helped me past closing time, but their attitudes were positive and hopeful to fix my phone problems.
I have used this Sprint store three times within the past four months and have gotten great customer service each time. The guys are always helpful and knowledgeable, and willing to help me out. Just last week my voicemail disappeared from my iPhone 6+. I went in to the store and it was almost closing time, but they were very pleasant and looked at the phone. Turns out I needed a new SIM card. They put in a new card, then made sure I could make and receive calls, and that calls went to voicemail and I could retrieve the voicemails. This was all within 20 minutes- they had me up and running I was very happy. They have never charged me when I went in with a problem on my phone. SIM card was free. I don’t understand what happened in the case of these other low reviews I am reading on here. I have always gotten exemplary service at this Sprint store.
Decent store and good staff. Unfortunately I upgraded my phone and it wouldnt activate. I only was able to get data. Jerry spent quite a bit of time with me to try to solve the problem, but when I left the store I still didnt have a working phone.
Miserable experience here, simply was trying to switch service to a different handset on my older 2 year plan, and was met with rude and unknowledgable staff who seemed disinterested in helping me especially because I wasnt going to purchase anything there. I waited for at least 20-30 minutes before staff and customers finished up their personal conversations to get service. The store was pretty clean and if your needs are simply I want the new iPhone youll probably be fine.
Came in to switch my accounts. Staff was extremely helpful. Even the ones not assisting me were helpful. Store manager Svetlana and Jean helped me out and was super patient. The best experience at a phone store ive ever had.

Sprint is a good company, but I really dont know what is happening in this store, every time I call, there is a new manager that cant help you at all, better do your homework and please dont visit an authorized dealer store, they will and say anything pretty to sell that isnt necessarily true, and you will end up with a bite on your behind, it is better to go to the one on alafaya trail that is the corporate store before visiting this place and end up paying way more than advertised.Been there and it still hurts...
Couldnt activate their own phone what a shame, I ended up spending money on a brand new phone because of their technical problems, also while I was there I waited 30 minutes for their safe to open to retrieve my new phone. Hmm..their system kept crashing also and tech could get on any of the computers.. why I have Sprint I dont know but the bill is 25$ a month..you get what you pay for right!!!

IMPORTANT REVIEW***Came into the store to simply swap SIM cards from my IPhone 6 to my IPhone 6+. Danny attempted to sell me a new SIM card for $10, and told me that the SIM I had in my IPhone 6 would not be compatible in my IPhone 6+. (Both phones are unlocked) Here’s the kicker... less than a week ago I swapped the SIM card from the same Iphone 6+ and placed it into the same IPhone 6 at a different sprint store. So I explained this to Danny before rejecting his offer.I asked him if he knew HOW to swap the devices using the same SIM card. He kept insisting it was impossible and wouldn’t work but I could TRY. He said he was trained to go through the process the way he did so I can’t blame him.Towards the end of our exchange it got slightly hostile. The aura in the room changed from friendly to “worldstarhiphop” and I was left with a condensending “have a nice day” from Danny.Danny if you’re reading this sorry if this transaction made your day any less bright. I’ve been a long term sprint customer and just felt no need to spend an additional $10 for a new SIM card.My advice to Google readers is to avoid this store. If Danny was trained to sell $10 SIM cards when he didn’t need to than I can only imagine what else their employees are “trained” to do that will leave you with slightly lighter pockets.I still love sprint though. I visited this Sprint store to get a (what I was told online would be free) SIM card to use with a new device for my Dad, who is a Leukemia patient at a nearby hospital. The rep however, charged me for the card and subsequently botched the activation. I could not get the PRL or profile to update and was told there was nothing else he could do. I ended up chatting online with an agent who immediately resolved the situation.TL;DR there is a severe lack of knowledge/training at this location when it comes to dealing with anything other than an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy device.

I purchased a new phone and Ashtin & Jimmy said they transferred over all my photos. Before leaving, I checked and saw that I was missing all my photos from the last year. They told me that theyre there in the cloud and when I connect to WiFi, theyll finish coming over. Lie! Im crying now :(
