Everyone here was very helpful. This Winter Park location is amazing! Its much larger than the store in my home city.

DO NOT DO WEDDING EXCHANGES HERE! This branch has lied to us several times about their store policies.Everything on wedding registry was back ordered and they tried to blame us for their own companies fault.

I’ve been shopping here for quite some time, and I’m also a shareholder. Quite frankly, the service at the checkout has gone down hill. I went after Christmas to return a knife, and the poor associate had no idea how to return an online purchase. The manager, a lady whom I can’t remember her name, couldn’t have been less interested in helping her learn how to return it. So, it took quite a while. Perhaps the worst thing was the associate said out loud that she had no idea how to do it and so usually when online products came in for a return, she gave it to another guy who would do it for her. This means the manager hasn’t even bothered to take the time to train her, and no one seems concerned that she has incomplete training. Then fast forward to today, there were five employees hovering around the check out. One actually made direct eye contact with me, and I raised my eyebrows like are you going to help me because the person at the register, the one register that was open, was busy helping another guest (wrapping a marble cheese platter). Nope. They have three registers. So since none of the five employees were going to assist me, I put my item down and left. What is going on here? It needs fixing and soon. I don’t know why I bother going into the store anymore.

There is something nice about shopping in a store from time to time and looking at what they have to offer. Their Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce is great.

Enjoyed talking with Daniel about cooking. He was knowlegeable a out the All-clad and other cookware. Nice selection of table and kitchenware. Spacious store, following covid protocols.

Needed a replacement knife. I was helped professionally. But the attendant was a way to careful with the way she handled the merchandise. It was in a protective box, relax or get someone else to help the customer if you dont like kitchen knifes.

You cant get better selection than Williams- Sonoma in Winter Park. The staff are all just lovely and go out of their way to help you. We always buy the new pieces for their Christmas China Twas the night before Christmas.

Really beautiful cooking supplies. High end and a bit out of my budget but I still love to look and dream!

They have a great selection of products and a nice clean store with plenty of staff on hand. I like that I can go here and get the coffee pods for my Nespresso machine and the clerk even showed me a clearance rack that had both products I was looking for as well as some other things that I could pick up.

You should check your card actions evertime you shop there, due to the non professional staff member may double charge, charge and block your card, or telling your card declined but taking the amount,, all happens there,, Terrible attitude of staff members, that may reject giving service, shouting, refusing to call manager, making wrong transactions are all for William Sonoma/ Winter Park Orlando

Place is very pricey, but you see that reflected in the customer service and in the goods. Everytime I go in there (mostly for gifts) employees are more then willing to go above and beyond.

Everything was beautiful. Would love to have several items from there. But prices way above my budget. But it doesnt hurt to look.

Always friendly, ask questions. Typically there is a 20% coupon online you can bring in or look up on your phone. They typically have seasonal samples and they also offer cooking tips,ask for a calendar of these events.

Charlie and I had a great conversation about coffee brewing requirements and Eva helped me out when I needed a Milk frother! Definitely love coming here and the employees make it worth the trip!

Great place and staff, very very pricey

Waited for over an hour for an online order as the website said pending. Asked employee and was told she would check on status. Waited for another 30 minutes with no update. Went to pay for a few other things and ask about the order again to the same employee. She looked it up in their system and couldnt find it. She asked the manager and she immediately knew it was cancelled as they didnt have it in stock and then she walked away. The website still showed pending until we reached our car when we suddenly recieved an email that it was cancelled 2.5 hours after the order had been made.

Why have something shown for sale that is not in stock? Was about to drop $1,000 on knives and was told they could not sell the display set. But they could order it for me online! The whole point of driving to Williams and Sonoma was to get the knives today and avoid waiting for an online order...

Good range of products here. Staff was great. They had an evening cooking course there and the smell of the food was mouth watering.

The service was exceptional. I had a complication with ordering a gift and, even though the item had to be ordered online and I used a gift certificate, everything was handled professionally and with personal attention. Great staff and service!!!

Always enjoy coming here, but this time I was looking for a gift for someone else. The young lady helped me find the perfect gifts for him; grilling utensils set up like a Swiss army knife, cedar planks and a Pacifica soup bowl. He loved everything! Planning on going back for a Staub piece soon.

This is a beautiful Williams & Sonoma. The staff are very helpful if you are looking for a specialty cooking item. We bought some ceramic pans here and the lady helping us was very knowledgable about the pros and cons of each cooking surface. She also told us she teaches cooking classes in the store which sounded like a fun date night idea for the Park Ave area.

Last Friday, Sept 9, 2016, my daughter and I were in your Winter Park store. When we went to check out, the cashier, Michaela, quickly rang up our purchases, put them in a bag and then turned her back to us. She never spoke to either my daughter or myself. She was quite rude for no reason. She is not an asset to your store with that behavior.

Great place to shop. Very very slow to pay for items so allow a lot of time.

I enjoy walking around and looking at everything, but their prices are very high. You can find nearly everything there for cheaper somewhere else.

I love to cook, so of course I love this store. This one is located in a very nice spot on Park Ave. in Winter Park, so when walking in the area, stop by.

My husband and I are newly married and went yesterday to return duplicate registry items and do some shopping. We were also returning poorly monogrammed flatware. We understood these returns could be shipped from home, but after speaking with customer service on the phone, they set it up to return at the store since we would already be there.When we got there, an employee named Nilsa was immediately short with us and without even saying hello stated that they did not accept returns with monogramming. After showing her the email from customer service, she begrudgingly began to work on the return, although she was sure to let us know it was inconveniencing her.One of her comments as she was writing down the order numbers was I hope you dont get married again, but if you do you can just have this picked up and not returned in the store. Especially inappropriate considering we were newlyweds, we left after that.I have been to this location a few times before and experienced great service, but they have lost our business. Nilsa should re-evaluate her decision to work in retail.

Employees overwhelmed by customers. They kept forgetting my request to get an item from the back. What should have taken 5 minutes required 3 different employees and 30 minutes
