They should fire the guy working behind the counter. He was very sketchy and extremely rude! Im taking my business to a better smoke shop. This place would get a negative star rating if possible.

Horrible smoke shop stay away. They’re literally trying to finesse you. I went to a few smoke shops around a 10 mile radius and I decided to buy a glass blunt from my regular smoke shop. First of all, I was overcharged for the exact same glass blunt by double. I asked if he could do $10 and he said he couldn’t. I took it out for 10 mins and it broke after the first use. It wasn’t dropped or anything, I just tried to use the product as how it’s intended and it broke on me. This smoke shop is selling FAKE and DEFECTIVE products and have horrible customer service. Stay away from this shop or you’ll get finessed

The smoke shop was closing at 12am, i arrived at 11:58pm and Tyson still assisted me with patience and care. He informed me on everything i needed to know. Hes so awesome!!

They have a decent selection of pipes and stuff ... But the young girl working there on Saturday February 1st was pretty rude .... And thought that the word spoon pipe was a slang word .... WOW ... Youll really need to educate your employees on proper terminology....... I know there used to not be a lot of pipe stores in town ... But now there are plenty ... So youll have lost my business .... After shopping with new galaxy for more than 10 years .... Bad service = loss of customers.....

Always on point when help is needed and they truly do their jobs when needing to know information and wont beat around the bush if you need a deal. Last night I bought a torch and stopped working. Kendall was in again this morning and spoke to her in regards to the issue I had and immediately took care of my torch issue. Thanks guys for being amazing!

Bought a gift for someone on Monday. Spent $75. 2 days later, i went back to visit the store and to do a return. The employee was very rude and said no returns. I was in shock. I mean - shouldnt you tell customers about this store policy at time of purchase?? The employee pointed to a sign near the counter, in a couldnt care less attitude that showed the store policy.I am not mad at the store policy. The owner can do whatever they choose to.But train your damn employees to verbalize the store policy, in case someone does not see the sign.I made a point to tell (the same exact employee, Monday & Today), thqat this was for a birthday gift and i was not sure if he would like the gift or not.If a customer says it is for a gift, and expresses concerns about (it) being right or not.... the employee should verbalize no returns!If he had -- i likely would have bought elsewhere.Now -- if i need to visit this type of shop ever again... i will make certain to NEVER go back to this shop!

Went into the store today looking for something specific, the first store didnt have what i was looking for but Thank to the help of Jen and Sara they called over to their other store and were able to get me the peice at a unbelievable price would highly recommend to check them out!

Listen up, Jenn blew my socks off with her customer service yesterday. This place has seen a lot of managers over the years, and I’m here to say that there couldn’t be a more personable, charming, or more knowledgeable person in charge. I haven’t been caught up on the new tech in a few years, and Jenn had just come back from an Expo in Vegas about literally all the best smoke gear, so she answered all my questions and recommended the perfect thing for my needs. She knew everything about each of the products she showed me, and did it all with enthusiasm and poise. She is an absolute delight to be around, and made every single customer in the store feel special and heard. And if that couldn’t get any better, she is sure to absolutely hook you up as far as pricing or sampling one of her many many CBD goodies. I heard her with another customer trying to fix an issue with his battery, she is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. I WILL be returning on 420, since she has HYPED it way up!!! Bound to be some very awesome festivities and prizes. Come see Jenn, I know I will be back!!!!!

They changed their name to get rid of the bad reviews. Their rating was almost 2 stars before. Still the same rip off shop. Over priced cheap garbage they sell. Did I mention they ripped me off by $150! I wasnt even asking for a refund on something that broke the same day! Manager refused an exchange on something that was defective the very same day! Also the staff has no idea what they are selling. Good job changing the name and having a bunch of friends give you good fake reviews. Smh bad business.

I do love this store, half the employees are awesome, good hearted individuals. Half of them are not, in the 2 months of going to this store there have been 3 instances where I had to go back because of either the wrong product being put in my bag or attachments not working when I get home. 1st time was an easy fix, the last 2 have been very annoying. Now I dont know why smoke shops have notoriously bad customer service, but it happens, and its happened to me multiple times. Again half of the employees are great, as well as the managers. There are some really lovely people. But there are also way too many times I call just to get an attitude on the other line, employees that are not helpful, and are actually quite rude know it alls that do not help find the best product for you. I feel I am a really respectful person, and have worked in customer service for years. These few bad eggs are definitely ruining the bunch for me. I have to make sure I go in at different times or days because the negative employees are unbearable. I hope that this helps and hope that I dont have to deal with these problems in the future.

Glass pipes are okay not much of a great selection. This place you to be amazing couple years ago under different management. Only a few employees i do appreciate seeing now, the others not so much. Poor customer service overall. There needs to be more employees like kendell i think thats her name. Shes lovely and always attentive.

A nice shop and big too. The girl working was very helpful and patient with me, Im glad I went and checked it out. They have some really crazy futuristic type stuff and the place dosent smell like patchouli.

Huge shout out to new galaxy 3 in winter park, they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need! I had a broken atomizer and called 3 stores all of which were out of replacements, (climax, up in smoke, vaper krew) and they refused to sell the one in the display case even after I offered to pay more than market value, not only did Jenn sell me the display atomizer they had, she also did so for a discounted price. A week later that one stoped working and Jenn replaced it free of charge, its worth the extra few miles to drive here and get such great service!

Daphny helped us today, she was super sweet, helpful, and patient. I will for sure be coming back :)

Horrible place becare full how you speek.i was talking in Spanish with a friend and the lady there was a white girl she kick us out .she said we was talking a bout drugs I told her what I said. And she would not tell me ..so how you know what I said then .peole don’t go here be. Carefull how you speek any question you ask for the pipe they assume is for marijuana .so i went to the smoke show next to asmcot Down the st they have good service ..

So disppointed!! Have bought mulpitule products from this establishment pior, but due to the service I received from their employee Sam I will not return. From the moment I walked in I was treated poorly and talked to in a disrespectful manner. Why? Beside me, other then that fact that I came 30min before they close. They will no longer receive my business and I highly suggest you do the same.

Very helpful staff, Knowledgable on pipes and all accessories, the store has a vast selection of pipes and everyone was just great. Most selection of water pipes in the area and constantly have new pipes to choose from.
