I had a very unexpected crash of my laptop C disc, something way over my ability to handle. I went in yesterday and Zuzanna went way over the top in helping me. She was able to grab everything from my old laptop, install in a new one and get me going again. Everything from my business and personal was on my old machine. She was very fast and very efficient. I cant say enough times how wonderful that she was able to help me out. I am so happy and relieved!

I spoke to Orlando when it came time to help me out. He went above and beyond for every single customer, asking how people were doing and how he can help in any way possible throughout the process. With so many terrible people that I have to deal with on a daily basis (lol) it’s refreshing to have a nice conversation with someone who actually cares about what I needed.

Angel did amazingly great in helping me out. He was very attentive but giving me space to shop around. Whenever I needed he was pretty close to answer my questions. I just had to look at him to grab his attention. Thank you Angel!

Do not be tricked by the good ratings of this terrible store. I would give them a 0 if I was given the option they do not deserve 1. The service was HORRIBLE. Nobody wanted to help me AT ALL and so many workers walked right by me completely ignoring my existence and the rudeness was disgusting. Not a single worker showed the smallest amount of enthusiasm. I will never waste my money at this location again!

If you have a year to wait in line and watch the person behind the counter in the copy dept taking their sweet time hoping you go away and leave them alone, only to be more disappointed that they no longer want to do the service they have always done for you in the past, this HOLE is for you!!!Nothing in stock and just a nightmare!

TLDR; Printing quality is bad, and they don’t QC the things they print to make sure it was done correctly.Their printing quality is terrible. I ordered a custom made card online (card stock color print front and back with bleeds cut). When I went to pick it up a week later, they couldn’t find my order for a while, and when they did, I opened the bag and found my card had a streak right down the front and also on the inside. The had to reprint it a couple times to get it right. They said it was a problem with the printer.My biggest concern here is that they obviously don’t QC their work, or they don’t care. They should’ve seen the streak when it was first printed and redone it, instead of putting the faulty one in the bag for me to pick up.

Have you ever figured out the right place to go to and when you get there it is just closing? Yep, that was me on Friday. I was speeding through the parking lot, accidentally drove down the wrong lane in the lot (causing a lady to blow her horn at ma and pulled my car to a halt. I ran up to the front glass as another customer was being let out of the store and the employee walked away from the door. My heart was crushed. There was one more customer in the store. She just finished and the employee working with her walked her out. I guess I just stood there in disbelief when Dale said, Is there something I can quickly help you with. I told him I just wanted to print one document from my flash drive. And just like that, he slid the glass door open so that I could come in.I was in shock. I started to breathe again. He let me use my flash drive, printed the pages and voila! A local small business owner was allowed to print out material so she could finish up a professional certification class. He was the hero of the day! Not because I got my document copied, not because he was nice, but because I know he was probably tired and wanting to go home. He might have been stretching company policy to be nice to me or put himself in a position to get in trouble. He just didnt do what he could have. After all, another of his co-workers saw me at the glass. She walked toward me and looked right at me (even though she tried not to make eye contact.)Although I am writing this review a day and a half later, I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude. I never thought 22 pages and a really kind hearted person named Dale would make like super awesome. Thanks a bunch Dale!

I bought an office desk from the winter park store and they gave me a repackaged product that want unpacked by a previous buyer. The package was tapped around knowing the glass top was cracked. I called the store after I opened the package and discovered the glass was cracked. Whoever, I spoke with couldnt address the issue but kept referring me to their 800 number to get a replacement. He didnt apologize for what they did but kept saying I understand . Terrible experience as a member. If I can take away the 1 start, I WILL!!!!!!

Winter Park Office Depot, shopping center at the corner of 1792 and Lee Road. Purchased the Tab A Samsung tablet. Excellent support from Zuzana Sirancova the Services Sales Manager. Ask for her help at the kiosk at the center of the store. She is very knowledgeable and wont rush you. Other staff also helpful.

None of the copy/printer machines were working. The assistance I received did not help at all. I’ve never had this problem before. This location was one of my favorites until the lack of help today.

I had a decent amount of copies to make for work. It seems like they were a little understaffed (only 2 people working in the copy area) and there was a pretty long line of people. Holly (I think that was her name) helped me decide the best fit for the documents I needed and got me out of there pretty quickly. Im putting 5 stars because of her. There were people being so rude while waiting and literally yelling that they werent being helped yet, even though both people were working hard to get everyone out of there as quickly as possible. Holly was so nice and helpful, and remained very professional despite people being impatient and rude.

This location in Winter Park is a compacted version of the former store. So far they have had what I been looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. The printing services are very good.

I just want to say this Office Depot location has the best customer service representatives I’ve had the pleasure of coming across. I want to single out Aaron Bilsky for his exceptional customer service towards me. I was worried about a resume issue and he recommended the perfect paper and was attentive and a consummate professional. Office Depot is lucky to have such a caring employee.

Went there for print and copy services. Worked with Matt he did an awesome job helping us print multiple jobs with artwork. Even while training another employee, he did a good job managing customers and making sure we got quality prints..A1 service.

Great stationary store where you can find from papers to computers going through furniture. Friendly staff and good price. Theres also a FEDEX structure there and all kinds of mailing supplies.

This is by far the best Office Depot around. My partner and I have been going here for years and the customer service is outstanding. If this is a convenient for you I highly recommend giving this Office Depot your business.

This has always been a reliable office supply store. Most prices are fair, the ability to send print orders ahead is handy, and though they just shrunk the size of the store by about half I cant really tell what is missing because Ive not been unable to find anything I needed yet.

I very recently purchased a couple of items thhat turned out to be advertised wrong. The Manager Chris went way beyond to correct the issue. Very happy with the resolution!

Zuzana Sirancova- is who assisted me. She was great; explained everything told me why things were happening, what had happened to my computer and that they had fixed it. She touched base with me regularly until I could pick it up. You cant ask for service better than that.

Good experience. Great selection and good prices with sale. Chal gave great service with chair selection and assistance in putting it in the car.

The staff here are helpful and friendly. The place is getting remodel, but its still open. You get good deals here and if you sign up for there reward program you get even more deals.

I came to have copies made. There was no one in line, I waited for a salesperson, and when one became available I was told I needed to check in to their computer first. That was so I could then be told when someone would be available to help me. How idiotic is that?!? That said, they were very helpful and fast once I was waited on. Just a ridiculous system.

I needed a photo printed for work the next day. A lot of pressure is on me to complete this seemingly simple task. I went to CVS, Walgreens, AND Walmart, NONE of them could print my picture in 16x20 without cropping people out of my picture, which was a little ridiculous to me. So anyways, around 4-5pm I send in my picture online to Office Depot. I get a confirmation email for same day pick up. Its 4 hours from closing so I decide to grab it on my way to work in the morning so I wouldnt have to make the drive at the moment. I get there at 8 am when they open. I call in to make sure its ready even though Im in the parking lot. The employee couldnt find my order in their system anywhere. I went inside to show my confirmation email. Still nothing. Where is it? Where did it go? I dont know, but thats pretty disappointing considering Im now 20 minutes late to work. She decides to start anew and print it right then and there which was nice and helpful but it took 30 minutes. Now Im 45 minutes late.Moral of the story, the picture should have been ready. I had a confirmation for same day pick up from the day before. It was gone, lost and essentially nonexistent save for the confirmation email on my phone. I dont know if having it printed late was better than not at all because of all of the trouble and stress. Im left still feeling upset. But thankful for the employee who printed it. I guess this would be a one-star review if not for her.

This is my favorite location. Devon and Stephanie in printing services are just wonderful and can figure out just about anything! Also, the store manager is pretty awesome and customer service focused as well!

Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. They recently remodeled and the place is well-run. As if all the personable reasons werent enough, dont forget that OD matchs any Amazon (stocked and shipped) item using just your cell phone.

Found an awesome desk on sale. The salesperson kori was pleasant and helped me find what i wanted. Then i got to the register and dealt with assistant manager kurt. He was rude, told me i was gonna freeze his system with a chip error, reached over and grabbed my card, belittled a fellow employee, belittled a customer at another register, told an employee to hang up on a customer on the phone. If the sale hadnt have been so good i would have just left.This employee shouldnt be a manager nor be dealing with customers. He should be in the back organizing boxes.
