It was quite a warm day when we stopped. Which meant that we had to eat quickly to keep it from melting down our hands. Still enjoyed it a lot though as we usually do. Highly recommend twisty treat because their service is quick the ice cream is good. What else can you say!

Stood at the window for 10 minutes without even being acknowleged. woman serves ice cream out the window to someone who ordered before and still wouldnt say anything.

While it may be a DQ rip-off, its exactly what it says it is and housed in a super fun structure. Not only is it Twistee but super tasty as well!

This is my families original icecream spot of florida. Weve contributed many sunday nights to this place and plan on enjoying the delicious icecream and friendly staff for years to come.

For those who like creamed ice cream in a cone its one of the best treats you can get. Just as good as Dairy Queen. And the ladies that run these places are delightful.

Ice cream is great. The flavor bursts really do make these things special. I generally get cotton candy but there are over ten others if I recall correctly. Different style cones as well.

If you Like cream style ice cream, this is the place to go. Occasionally the quantity you get isnt always the same but for the most part they try as hard as they can to get right. Its a fine little treat for some simple ice cream on a very hot day.

How can a ice cream place not have mint ice cream ..they have only soft serve but Ive seen mint soft serve before and the you add chocolate chips ....so I got the brownie sundae it was good

It’s okay. I had wanted a freeze (their version of a gelati) but the slush machine was not ready. Settled for a root beer float. It was okay. The place was clean considering it is an outdoor ice cream place in Central Florida. Living nearby, I will probably be back a few more times.

They couldnt get the lid on my Sunday correctly. So they flipped my sundae upside down in another cup with whip cream and sprinkles on bottom? Not presentable for an Easter Sunday? My daughter actually asked what I got her? A little more care would be nice. I give the girl an f for effort this Sunday night.

The staff is super nice and their very fast, even in a rush with just 2 employees. You also get a lot of ice cream for decently cheap. I walk down there all the time and it’s always been amazing!

Delicious soft serve ice cream!

Nothing fancy but keeping it simple hits the spot. Drive through is a nice addition. Ice cream is basic but satisfying. They are open late, so greatfor that ice cream craving run. Prices are reasonable. Service is what you can expect from local high school aged kids. They are pretty nice, so tip them people! I like their sundaes and basic cones the best.

Twistee Treat reminds me of the community gathering places around local ice cream businesses up north. Of course, in New England, this is a seasonal phenomenon. Two feet+ of snow enforces an end of season last day of the year gathering in cars, vans and pickup trucks. Entire families gather for these final see you next year events at your local ice cream hut. Then there is Florida, where snow never shuts the doors and the friendly youngsters serve their community ice cream cones, floats, and my favorite banana splits... ALL YEAR LONG! This out-of-doors venue is a real treat, come and try it!Thank you Twistee Treat!!!

This Twistee Treat does not have all the different flavors as some of the other locations. Which was a huge disappointment. However, the ice cream is still amazing. The customer service is great & the service is faster then other TTs.

Great place for a getaway dessert. Great selection for such a small place. Sat in the car and had a mini-date with wifey.

I havent been to Twistee Treat in years and on this visit I wanted some good ol fashioned ice cream. Well, not so much. The car line was 4 cars out but took almost 25 minutes to get to the window. The young lady was pleasant but could not explain what was on the board so we ended up ordering something we werent sure about. It ended up being okay but not great. I think I will stick with Jeremiahs.

Really good soft serve but definitely drive-up for service. I parked first and stood at the window. I quickly noticed cars (that pulled up after my walk-up) were being tended to first so I got back in my car and got served in the drive thru. I wasnt even acknowledged at the walk-up window, but I got good service from the comfort of my car. Other than that, great little ice cream/frozen treat spot!

We have always loved twisty treat but their portion size and customer service has always been inconsistent. The service is different depending on when you go. Sometimes its good others not so much and the portions are different for every person that works there. Wish they would stay consistent especially for those that have kids like me. Otherwise, decent price for ice cream cones and sundays.

Went tonight to get banana split it was great last time the girls were very nice that night but Tonight was horrible the two girls tonight were rude and I paid for extra hot fudge and tipped her when they gave me the banana split there was hardly any hot fudge I told her I paid for extra she said the fudge sinks to the bottom like Im stupid I said yeah well I want more than what you put you cant even see any fudge she then says there low on fudge and trying to save it as she rudely slams the window In my face.You lost my business I will not spend money at your establishment any more .You should hire more mature people that care about the customers and your business.

Employees are Not attentive to walk ups as much as drive throughs. They wont look at you to aknowledge you are their even if there is 5 employees in there. We have visited 4 times in 5 years and apparently not acknowledging customers is Rule #1 year after year.

We come here often and I can say every time has been awesome. The girls that work here are extremely friendly and always greet you with smiles. My kids love this place especially when they get treated like anything they ask for someone does without frowning. Whenever I decide to treat myself to something super heavenly yummy, I go here. I dont care what I spend, I go for it all....Oreo dipped waffle cone with piña colada and strawberry ice cream, covered in lots of rainbow sprinkles!😁💕Ahhhh.I love this location, because of the cute and colorful building and the sweet, smart, accommodating staff, who obviously know what their doing. There is about 4 locations in the Orlando area.

This is my first time coming to this particular location and I have to admit the food was even better than the one Im used to in Ocoee. I dont know what it was but the ice cream just tasted so much better at this location it was fresh no line wonderful.

Ordered two things one a vanilla cone, the other a med. dish of chocolate. Handed my husband the cone and he handed it to me. He returned to the window and she handed him a dish of vanilla. He said I ordered chocolate. She said you dont want this? NO I want chocolate not vanilla. She just looked at him. Now I know it dont take much to sell a little ice cream...but come on.

I went last night. Sat in the drive thru. Around 6. No one ever said anything. All the lights were on. Pulled up to the window. No one. Waited a few minutes. Nothing. So i got out and went to window. And still no one. So i left. Weird thing is....this isnt the first time this has happened. Love the place when i can get service....
