Even though it is a local donuts it has a good quality. freshly baked and numerous flavors to choose from. Just like any breads and donuts, consume it within a day or two. will likely visit the place again.

I was impressed. Drove 5 miles to find donuts that werent DD or KK. Worth the drive. Big selection. The downside is that the dough is dense. I like a more fluffy donut, these are very heavy. Good but heavy. If I lived here, I would go again.

Placed an order for my daughters birthday and validated it would be ready for pick up. Visited during my designated time and was toldMy order was never turned in or given to whom ever was in charge of cutting ? I asked Why i wasnt Called and was told no one knows why as they just started their shift.I asked if there was anyone i could speak to and was told no there’s never any managers only in the morning then she kept stating she took my order but it wasn’t her fault. I asked If they could glaze one in display she stated she didn’t know until someone from the back said they could Only to misspell happy Birthday ruining my daughters birthday 1 hour before her celebration. I use to LOVE Donut King-- the double stuffed vanilla cream was the BEST donut Id ever had. But lately, every time I ask for it Ive been disappointed. Today, I asked for the double stuffed vanilla cream and this was what I went home with. Extremely disappointing Donut King, especially since your employee took them to the back to double stuff. Wont be coming back and will no longer recommend.

I’m very disappointed in my pre-order for a special party I was hosting. I called ahead and ordered one dozen apple cider donuts and one dozen maple. they had my phone number and nobody decided to tell me that they ran out of apple cider donut mix. The entire reason I ordered from donut king was due to them having apple cider donuts. If they would’ve just called me to let me know that they were out of apple cider donuts I would’ve told them to refund my money, instead they took it upon themselves to replace them with pumpkin donuts and acted like it was no big deal and didn’t offer a refund or any real apology. I’m not one to write reviews, but after I left, I was just super upset. Again, very disappointed.

Man, its hard to believe there are so many good donut joints in the Orlando metropolitan area but these little shops continue to blow my mind. Donut King not only has amazing donuts, but they have some of the biggest, craziest and tastiest turnovers, rolls and bear claws Ive ever seen!If you love hitting up donut shops for more than just your standard glazed and cake donuts (which they have those and those are good, too, just FYI) then Donut King is another top donut shop you need to check off your list!

First and foremost W O W ! Just wow, Donut King itself is amazing but the team at this location is something else ! They know how to communicate & serve their customers. I can walk in here with the worst mood and come out with a dozen with the biggest smile on my face. Best donuts in Orlando! Totally worth the drive to the east side of town. Usually a short line and quick service. Donut selection is awesome! If they do happen to be out of your favorite, you cant go wrong with trying something new, as everything is good. So many yummy treats my only complaint is its too hard to choose which one to get!

I was fairly upset when i went in and they didnt have the donut that i had ordered the week before but the evening crew was so courteous and helpful. They cut and made me the dont for my fiancés birthday while i was there and It turned out so well. I was going to post a picture but he ate most of it before i could take one. Overall it was a good experience and definitely recommend!

With three locations in greater Orlando, the 24/7 original in Minneola opened late 2007, Donut King has earned a reputation as one of Central Florida’s very best, the bare-bones storefront in no way indicative of products handmade on-site daily.Now part of Winter Park since 2017, a small shop inside the stripmall at 3716 Howell Branch Road open 5am-9pm Monday through Sunday, it was on the way out of town that shelves were found fully-stacked, a friendly employee donning mask and gloves offering assistance with varieties tallying at least 40.Family owned from the start, with a menu of Burgers and New Orleans specialties also available, it was into a Cream-filled glazed Longjohn that teeth plunged initially, Nutella and ground Walnuts adding texture to areas lacking filling while a pinwheel-shaped specimen was heavily topped in dueling Cream Cheese Frosting and Cherry Compote.Ranging from yeasted to Cake, though no Fritters remained at 10:30am on Saturday, a simple Old Fashioned attests to fresh Oil and practiced frying time, though the Cocoa infused version topped in Frosting, Fluff and crumbled Cookies was also delicious and well-crafted.

Stopped by here tonight after a funeral in serious need of comfort food. The staff was so nice and super helpful. We were super impressed with the selection and how deliciously fresh all the donuts were. We got a dozen donuts and 5 specialty donuts.

Visited here a couple of times from 2017-2018. Best donuts around! These are so soft and delicious. It’s as if you are eating a piece of cloud. They are honestly the best donuts I’ve ever had. Their service is good and staff is great! Prices are reasonable. It’s Florida, so parking is in abundance. I’d definitely revisit once I’m in Florida again.

This place is a hidden gem right in the plaza next to the 7/11. They used to serve more topping such as a thicker glaze, filling, or spread but they cut down on that since opening. But thats not the main draw for me. I enjoy the dough and I think its good quality. The bread they use in their donuts and specialty bakes is much better then most places especially any fast food type bakery goods. Their prices are fair for what your given and they have a massive variety with all of their donuts being quality. Definetly a good place to get a dozen donuts for an event, work, or the family.

Some of the most creative and delicious doughnuts are created here. Im a big fan of the regular glaze and chocolate doughnuts and doughnut holes. One of the best spots in Orlando.

Popped over to Donut King and picked up a dozen of their finest. The quality of the donuts and their size were fantastic. Even the fillings were a step above! Worth a visit if you’re in the area. I didn’t get to try the hamburgers. My favorite was the Double Chocolate yeast.

I love this place! Im not from Orlando so when Im in the area I make sure to stop by! Recently visited during Christmas of 2020. As expected, it was jam packed! There was a line and it was so busy. When I made it to the counter my girlfriend and I were assisted by whom I believed to be the owner. He was very calm even though it was so hectic. I didnt feel rushed at all even though there were many other people to be served.I mentioned that I lived 4 hours away and wanted a specific donut from here. They ran out of the donut I loved but the owner offered a customized donut that would be similar to the one I got. He even convinced me to get a dozen to treat myself. I was happy I went with a dozen.Overall, great experience and I would recommend this place to everyone. Even though it was busy at the time, it was expected and the staff worked hard to get people in and out quickly. These as by far the best donuts I have ever had!

Wonderful. A little pricier and wish they would stop glazing all fruit filled dont. Sugar or powder sugar please especially lemon and strawberry.

This was my first time being at donut King. they have so many different types of donuts I didnt even know existed. I got a delicious soft Oreo crusted donut that made my mouth water, with a giant bear claw looking donut it was huge....lol For being a small business the staff is very friendly and everything is pretty clean and tidy. Its not expensive at all, the prices for the dozens or singles are good. I left with so many fresh donuts that day. If you havent been here I definitely recommend you go, and bring some back your family or friends will love it!

Never disappoints. For this trip I surprised my family after we had breakfast at Brooklyn Water Bagel. My kids were amazed at the colorful selections and being the awesome father that I am, only chose 2 of the 12 myself. Of course my selections were so amazing they were eaten by others such that I was forced to choose from a leftover. I know you’re wondering, so I’ll tell you that I selected the Heath Bar dipped and the Butter Finger dipped. In truth, somewhat like with ice cream, the candy sort of detracts from the enjoyment of the donut itself (I did get a taste). So I recommend going with something a little less dominating. This is tongue in cheek. I’m not really taking myself this seriously with choosing a donut topping. But there are so many to choose from I recommend just telling them one of each, 2 dozen. That’s right, just drop a Jackson on some donuts and be done with it. They’re $9.50 per dozen at time of this story. Review wise: delicious. We refuse to go to that Funkin Gonuts place. There’s no comparison anyways. Try it out. Nice staff too.

Great donuts. Most varieties are excellent. If you like candies on donuts, more power to you, however I find the moisture from the frosting affects the candy in undesirable ways. That’s literally the only bad thing I can think to say. Everything else is top notch. Good value.

Ive been 2 times now and the only thing I found I was confused about was that 1 of the days they had a solid donut in a certain flavor and then the next time it had a hole in it. We drive 30 mins to have donuts here instead of Dunkin Donuts! Cherry turnovers are awesome and the apple fritters are huge!

The donuts are top notch plenty of standard flavors along with the new and crazy flavors. Im fond of the giant cinnamon rolls and the massive apple fritters. Easily a meal for two, or for one if delicious regret is your thing.

Before i start with my complaint.Donut king location in minneola fla is awesome.The donuts and food is great!!!I haven t been in tears and this place has been on my mind heavy. So i decided to go to location near me which is winter park fl.The service was okay i suppose besides the fact i drove 32 mins away from home for donuts and castle burgers..with cheese.I got my donuts, and i arrive about an hour and 25 mins before closing.Whom ever works in the back of the house closed the grill down extremely early. And the cashier stated she was told they will tale while to cook.1st off im a line cook and those extremely small patties will not take forever to cook as if they are 8 or 12 oncea of meat.Im sure there are a bunch of kids that works for that place. But if its on the menu and advertised i should be able to get what i seek.The grill should never be out of service or not in use.. Especially and hour and 25 mins. Before closing. I felt like i blank trip. Even tho i got my sweets. My donuts were a bit dry any ways. Minneola fl location is definitely mych better

Went here around 7pm on a Sunday. Selection at that time wasnt numerous but still plenty. Its a pretty basic no frills donut shop, lady there looked like she was tired and ready to go home. Selection is much more than the chain donut shops. I got eggnog flavor donut I tried a slice of it and I didnt get the eggnog flavor at all.

It was my first time getting donuts from this place and I was amazed at the large selection to choose from! The person who helped was named Chris and was so kind! This place is heaven.They offer a variety of donuts and flavors, all of which are delicious! Im a classic chocolate frosted girl myself but I even enjoyed the cake donuts from here. Ordered a variety to share, sampling a few for myself. The yeast donuts are light, airy and fresh with an assortment of toppings. The cake donuts are rich, moist, and melt in your mouth! The dozen, all in all, was under ten dollars. The apple fritters look to die for but are just as large, if not larger, than my head. I still regret not ordering one of those bad boys.This place is such a treat that it makes me want to move back to central Florida.

Donut King has a good variety of great tasting donuts. These arent your flimsy gas station or Dunkins. While its no gourmet quality, and the location leaves a lot to be desired... The product is on point.

Good Job!We ordered the jumbo meal which consisted of twelve burgers four fries and four donuts it was $12 and some change .The hamburgers were absolutely terrific just as good as Krystals and White Castle a little bit better. Their french fries were a little spicy but they were good french fries and the Donuts are fresh moist and delicious and comes in so many flavors its hard to choose. Finally somebody knows how to make good food for cheap price. And it is absolutely delicious reminds me of the old American restaurants we used to have that are now fading out.

Love the not so normal donuts like sour patch kids and fruity pebbles. The first time I went in and saw the donuts I assumed it would ve super expensive, but when the nice lady told me my total I was amazed. It is very affordable, with a small family business feel, and delicious donuts and pastry. The cinnamon roll is bigger than my head! Oh and they are now OPEN 24 HOURS!!!

I ordered 8 doz donuts in advance. I saw the huge variety online. I called and asked the store how many donuts they typically have. I was told about 40 different kinds. I asked for at least 2 of each kind then choose the remaining 16 of your choice. I was bring them to a client and wanted thr donuts to be impressive. I received only 6 different kinds of donuts and none had any type of filling. When i voiced my disappointment the response i revived was, the person who took your order said variety and that is what i gave you. That is not what i asked for nor would I consider choosing 6 out of 40 different kinds a variety. I wanted a go to place monthly to order my donuts for my various clients, and will have to find a different donut shop i can count on.

I have been getting this donut from Donut King for 2 years now and it was just tragic today. The chocolate didnt seem to melt all the way and had some chunky bits on the top, and the filling was so little, I had to squish the donut to get some for the picture. This is such a let down, guys. Im so disappointed.

Great donuts. I discovered that their apple fritters are about the size of a dinner plate. Also, the pumpkin doughnut was unexpected. I realized most other pumpkin spice food products are what I imagine cartoons would taste like. This was definitely a pumpkin-flavored doughnut, and not the over-nutmegged abominations you can get elsewhere.

The BEST donuts ever. I love in Kissimmee and I will drive 45min just go eat DK Apple Fritter. Their donut batter consistency is so different plus you have apples in every bite. They also have a donut with gava that is a must have.
