Ryan and Chris communicated exceptionally well so that we knew when to expect them and determined the cause of our issue extremely fast. They were professional and went out of their way to ensure a great experience. They came to work on a door that has started to squeak when operating but also walked me through how to maintain our windows that FAS previously installed. We just purchased a home in Lake Nona, I called your company to possibly purchase from you, however TIFFANY who answered the phone was extremely unfriendly from the beginning of the sale. I called to ask about the windows and she started off by saying we don’t speak about pricing over the phone. I obviously know that, it requires an on-site appearance to measure and select the product.. After her snarky remark, I proceeded to continue with actually wanting to get a quote from you. After attempting to want to possibly purchase from your company by asking for a quote she said “We don’t deal with anyone who is present except for the homeowner - we don’t deal with tenants or property managers because we’ve gotten burned” I am not a property manager, I am not a tenant, I own the home. I am not able to be there in person for the estimate, but I have had plumbing, electric, exterminators and contractors in my home without presenting an issue.Regardless of your companies policy if this is even true and she may possibly just be dissuading a sale and costing your company a client. I will not recommend business with this company merely off the customer service which I experienced on a 5-10 minute call.I actually called back thinking this was a sales rep that I had spoken to wanting to speak to a manager and I found out she is the manager.. We recently spent 10k towards our new windows.the service is very very poor these people don’t care after they get their money, inspection failed, still have yet to fix our screen door. Still waiting on a reinspection

We bought all new windows for the house. The product was good. The installation was professional. The process was clean. We had one issue with a picture window that had a smudge in between the layers of glass. It was a manufacturing issue, not an FAS issue. They did a great job taking care of the problem. FAS ordered a new piece of glass that was installed yesterday. Ryan and Parrish were the installers and like the original installation the process was clean, quick and professional. I was also impressed with the way FAS stayed in communication with us throughout the process. I didnt have to chase them for answers or scheduling. They did a nice job keeping me informed. We were happy with the experience from start to finish.

The initial contact and purchase was great. Frank our salesman handled everything. It took about six weeks to have door built. The scheduling of the install went well. It’s after the install that things went a bit wrong. The install of door was great. Inspector came and that was easy. When FAS came back to install molding the quality of install was poor. Gaps in corners and not level. Of course I raised the concern. FAS said no problem and they would order new molding and schedule install. That was in November. It was almost 8 weeks before the final install and final inspection. Should never have been that long or at all. The installer was great at door but not good at finish carpentry as evidenced by molding cuts. Everything is fixed finally and the door is awesome. FAS is great company. I would recommend them. The communication is very good. Some small issues with finish work but the door looks great. I would recommend them and buy again.

Had all new windows and doors installed almost 9 years ago and they are still functioning like new. Recently, however, one of the lifting mechanisms in a bedroom window broke probably due to my own carelessness when cleaning it. I called FAS and they ordered the part and were ready to install within about a week. Talk about service! The technician, Ryan, showed up on time, went straight to work and completed the job in about 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to review proper maintenance and to find out if I was having any problems at all. I was delighted to learn the parts were covered in the Lifetime Warranty and I paid only a small installation fee. Worth every penny for this kind of service. Love my double pane windows and all the energy they save. Outstanding company.

Sales and measuring process was great. Customer service during the 2 month wait for our doors to be built was not there....I would have appreciated at least a call each month just to keep me in touch with FAS not just leaving me out there to make my own follow up calls to my sure were on target. Installation process was very professional and timely..overall pleased with the French door product.

FAS goes the extra mile to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your investment. I recently redid all the windows in my house along with two large sliding glass doors. The ordering process was truly a pleasure. My sales rep, DJ, was very knowledgeable and presented me with a variety of options. He spoke candidly with me, which I appreciated, because it didn’t make me feel like I was being pressured into making a decision. He also followed my job from beginning to end to ensure everything happened as expected making him the MVP of the entire experience.After install, I noticed a few minor imperfections in some of the windows as a result of the manufacturing process. These were purely cosmetic but FAS didn’t hesitate to replace or repair anything until I was satisfied with the end result.My only criticism is that the replacement/repair process did take a bit of time. I didn’t have a complete job until four months after installation due to a mixup in the replacement order. With that being said, I have to give a hat tip to Ryan and Josh of the replacement team who were nothing but consummate professionals. Once they were assigned my job, they made it their mission to ensure I was happy with the end result. I asked FAS to send someone to inspect windows that they replaced about one year ago. There were some things about them that I was questioning. I was very fortunate that they were very agreeable in sending someone to look at them. I was even more fortunate that they sent Josh. Not only did he make a few excellent corrections, but was very professional and personable. I feel he went out of his way to insure that I was completely satisfied with what was done. I highly recommend FAS for any windows or doors and if you are lucky you may get Josh.

Josh was professional and extremely customer focused. Even though he was unable to fix the issue with the screen during his visit, he made the effort and was pleasant and informative throughout. Additionally, he asked if there were any other issues with the windows. I then remembered while I was cleaning them, I saw an area where the caulking had opened up leaving a gap between the house and window frame. Josh happily pulled out the ladder and re-caulked the area. Terrific customer service. Thank you Josh.

The windows are nice, but the follow up is incredibly slow and appears to be only customer driven.I ordered my windows in July, the initial install was done the week of Nov 18. Robin and the other installer were professional and courteous.However, the auxiliary lock was missing for the sliding glass doors, and the track cover for the screen door was missing. I was told they were ordered.I called back in December, and requested a wrap up visit.An installer came, but he did not have the needed parts. He did do some clean up work, and ordered some parts.I called back, and at the end of January, Josh came out. He was also professional and courteous - but he did not have the correct parts either. They were supposed to be ordered.It is now late February - I still dont have a completed installation. I called again today - they are checking the status.Sigh.

I have had FAS windows and doors for a few years now. Last night I had an issue closing one of the windows. I contacted FAS via their “contact now” link in Google. First thing in the morning I had a a repair time set.Josh and Ryan showed up earlier than expected and had the window repaired in under 5 minutes. They also cleaned the windows and gave me some helpful tips.Amazing service and super friendly people. FAS is highly recommended.

Highly recommend FAS and their crew. We have had a couple of issues over the past few years and they have handled everything very professionally and very efficiently. Today we had a crewmember named Josh who went above and beyond to help me understand, and took the extra time to make my family extremely glad that this is the company that we chose to help us with our windows and doors.

**BUYER BEWARE**Some time ago I had them install new doors in my house. That was a really really bad experience. The three stooges could not have made more errors. Wrong product- wrong dates- no one showed up- call after call- no response. Finally, after doing all my wife and I could- asked to speak to the owner numerous times to resolve this- I was forced to write them a bad review. I really hate doing so because I was General Manager for the good ole yellow pages for 35 years and know how hard it is for many business owners. Yet, they left me no choice. Strangely, after the review went online I got a call from the owner. He asked me if I would consider taking the review down. Being a reasonable person I said- I just want the installation done correctly and will GLADLY remove it when you do. So, if you see good reviews you now know they manage the bad ones. You may want to consider that. The doors leaked and ruined my hardwood floors so my wife and I have called over 25 times to get someone to help us. They wont. Doug came out and guaranteed he would help me. Nice guy from Kentucky. Weve never heard from Doug again. After many many more calls Steve Overby- the head of installation- sent us a message- I could screen cap it- that says WE WILL MAKE THIS RIGHT. After Steve stopped replying my wife finally reached him and he said theres nothing more I can do. He said- hed have the insurance adjuster contact us. Never heard from anyone. We finally tracked down Samatha Webb- with the Insurance agency she told us no- one contacted her. She passed the buck to someone else who dropped the ball as well. Ive lived here since 1969- I know a lot of people and a lot of business owners. Many try hard to do it right. This company is rotten from the top down with negligence- malfeasance and overall incapable of doing a quality job. Id try an unlicensed- fly- by- night before getting caught in their web of lies and misrepresentations again. Others in my neighborhood used them and have had very similar experiences. The good news is, one of my neighbors used Mansion Doors and Windows and miraculously his turned out right. Id be very wary of using this company.Let the buyer beware!!

After MUCH research we chose FAS Windows & Doors to replace all of our doors and windows. We visited the showroom off Fairbanks and was very pleased with the assortment of options available of windows, sliding glass doors, exterior front doors as well as hardware options. We were greeted by Franco who is extremely knowledgeable and very well versed in each product offered by FAS. We were very happy with the quality of the products offered at FAS as well. We were also very happy with the FAS installation team! Matt and Brandon were very professional, knowledgeable and capable. We have an older home that had a few challenges but they were able to problem solve and resolve these challenges very quickly and was able to complete our install slightly ahead of schedule.FAS service team is just awesome as well! Whole experience was good from beginning to end. Two windows and a door frame arrived damaged from shipping, FAS immediately told us of the damages and had new windows made and installed within 2 weeks. Install team was great and cleaned up after themselves. Josh who came out for a warranty issue quickly resolved my problem.

From the sales experience through installation, everything went smoothly and the quality was perfect. We already can tell the difference the first day. Much quieter and we no longer feel the outside temperature coming through the windows.

We had a great experience with our window install a few months back & there were a few outstanding items that had been delayed due to Covid-19. Although, today Ryan came & took care of everything. Heres what I can say about FAS I had the windows replaced in my home five years ago along with the sliding glass door. I had two window screens and a sliding glass door screen torn. I called the office at FAS and they sent out service tech Josh the very next day. He was on time and very polite and kind. He rescreened all my screens and they turned out perfect. He went above and beyond by checking all of my windows. He also adjusted my sliding glass door it locks and rolls very easily and smooth. I was very impressed and happy with my service. Not only did he fix my windows and my door for me but he also went out of his way to help my son fix his flat tire on his bicycle. Ryan, Josh and Parish were excellent. After many many issues with the company and a lot of money THEY made the whole window replacement bearable. This went from a 2 day job to months and I mean months of issues with the original installation crew and getting nothing but the run around from the office. They took a bad start and turned it around. Even had to have the manufacturer come out to look at the windows and installation. If it had not been for them this would have been a one star review. If you plan on having a whole home window replacement make sure you request them.

We replaced all windows, two back doors and a custom front door. They scheduled five days for the job and were done in two days. The crew was amazing. A huge team of the best people! Very friendly and professional. I love the quiet and stillness that the windows have made. I can hear my heart beat it’s so quiet. Lol what is amazing is the difference of temperature. I use to stand in front of the old windows and get a sun tan. With the new windows no heat at all that normally would beam through. My favorite is the doors. Three inside bolts in the door. They are amazing. The custom door is so beautiful and really added a quality look to our entrance. Thank you so much FAS! To all those shopping for windows you can go anywhere but if your looking for quality, professionalism and the most friendly people to work with there is only one company FAS! Sales guy was honest. Pricing didn’t change once measure occurred. Office staff quick to answer questions and keep us up to date on status of order. Installers were early and did a great job keeping everything clean. Picked up after themselves. Windows are high quality and noise from outside is almost nonexistent now! Overall very happy. Pricing wasnt the lowest but we liked their product better than the others. Windows look great and installation went well. One window was cracked during installation but a replacement was ordered immediately and should be fixed in the next couple of weeks. Great coordination on setting up the installation. This installation of 4 windows was the 2nd installation that FAS Windows and Doors did for us. The windows we chose to have installed are the Custom Window Systems Co. vinyl frame, double pane insulated sash windows. The installer did a very good job, had all the tools, knowledge and experience to remove the old and install the new and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. We are very satisfied with this 2nd installation as we are with the 1st one done 3 years ago.

All I can say is FAS, you had better take good care of Josh and Ryan, they came over this morning to replace window sashes on 3 of my windows, the problem was identified, and taken care of rapidly and done right, they should of been sent out to check the problem before just ordering new sashes.These guys came into our home and took care of business, cleaned up afterwards and were professional about how they went about their jobs.Thanks guys much appreciated!!!

I went to all of the big box stores and a couple of local small businesses to get the impact windows my family wanted. We were disappointed by the products offered, when installers could see us, and there were even some ethical problems with one installer. We eventually found FAS Windows & Doors. FAS brought the sample products to our doorstep, explained the differences between impact glass and impact glass rated Cat V, and gave us options. When we selected our option FAS sent us a FedEx package with our official quote, we signed the contract and made our half down payment. The Project Manager then contacted us and kept us informed through the entire process. We received a thank you letter, then an installer showed up to get final measurements. Short there after the crew came and installed the products. They were fast, clean, friendly, and they were on-time. Not only that, theyre pricing was fair and reasonable.The products and labor have a life-time warranty. I dont know whether thats the life-time of the product, the house, or even me, but Im happy with it.Thanks FAS

FAS provided us with a great set of windows and doors. There were some difficulties after the initial installation, some due to the manufacturer, but FAS resolved all of them. Special thanks go out to Doug and Steve who went above and beyond to correct the problems and to ensure our satisfaction.

FAS is a Jekyll and Hyde type of company. I wanted to replace 3 windows, after Irma hurricane windows seemed like a good choice for the sides of my house that are exposed to direct hits off the coast. Roger, the sales guy, was personable and not pushy. The Administration to process the order and schedule the install were great. The installation crew were diligent and put in a great looking window. However, after the inspection of the windows i noticed these werent the windows i ordered. These were lacking the hurricane protection that was the purpose of the window swap. After i let them know, FAS said they would make it right, but they seemed to be in the weeds trying to handle their current workload and replace my widows. I had to constantly follow up about scheduling and permitting to get this done. FAS Installers came out i June with a window with a bent frame, but didnt notice until they had pulled the window out. They came out again in July and finalized my installation but i ate through 2 and half days of PTO to accommodate all their mistakes. I asked for a follow up with a manager multiple times, i dont feel like they made it right, i feel like they did the bare minimum to correct their mistake. Its been a month and no one bothered to follow up with me. EDIT: Tiffany from FAS contacted me about my experience, i would bump them up to 2.5 stars.

I used FAS many years ago and was very happy. I am, once again, extremely happy I chose FAS - great, knowledgeable and easy-going salesperson and then Tammy who kept me informed of my order, the installers, the top quality windows and the price was great for what I received. FAS even keeps inspecting the windows after the install and thereafter. What a calm experience compared to my previous experiences with Lowe’s and Home Depot which were frustrating. Go with FAS or at least call them first if you need windows or doors.

Prompt and excellent work. The office has always been quick to respond to any questions or requests, and the installers did a great job - even finished 1/2 day ahead of schedule. They overcame some structural hurdles and were very happy with the results. They even noticed a flaw in the glass of one of our windows and had it replaced - it was something we wouldnt have seen until well after they left, but they took the proactive steps to make it right. The quality of the windows and doors are top notch - weve already noticed a significant reduction in noise and our heating and air conditioning run much less often. We will be highly recommending FAS to anyone looking for new windows and/or doors in the future.

Great from start to finish! Salesman Steve Ockerman showed up for initial appointment at the scheduled time, was not pushy, answered all questions that came up in a prompt manner after initial visit. Mick was great when he came to do the final measure and was very informative in explaining what needed to be completed by me before installation.Once windows were ordered they came in within the time period we were given. Suzanne was great in giving us updates and installation dates, answered questions when asked promptly.We had 2 crews for installation, one for all 5 doors and one for the 27 windows. Robin, Rook, Navin, Andrew, & Ruash were all very professional, Polite and cleaned up after installing every window or door. I think we had the A team from start to finish.Very happy with everything! FAS, their employees, products they sell ( we had windows, sliders & front doors) from 3 different manufacturers and the price we paid for the quality! Great experience and happy to refer them in the future.

Installers a nice job installing the new windows. The only issue was when removing the old windows they had to break the glass to remove the frames which was understandable. They did use tarps to catch the bebris but I found many pieces of glass on the ground around the house and on floor in the house. I believe a little more caution when breaking glass to make sure all the shards are properly picked up.I would recommend FAS to a friend believing the issue above is a isolated incident.

We had a sliding door and two windows installed. All the personnel were very good to work with. Friendly. Respectful. Helpful. We lover the door and windows. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is the length of time from order to final installation. We ordered on September 5 and the final installation was not until January 20. First the incorrect handle was ordered. When the installation was finally completed on November 22 the handle was left somewhat loose. I called the day of the installation to tell FAS it was time to schedule the inspection. That message was lost and I had to recall two weeks later. On the day of the inspection I called FAS to let them know they could come to complete the installation and to check the loose handle. I had to call about two weeks later to see why they had not scheduled completion. They were waiting for a new handle to be delivered. I asked why they were ordering and that call ended up being 20 minutes as I was transferred 5 times. The final install was completed and we now have the door we wanted. Very frustrating and irritating.

Windows are high quality. We are so pleased with them.The Service was great...all the way from the purchase to the installation. Everyone was knowledgeable and very friendly.

The FAS price was very competitive, the PGT product that I purchased is very highly rated and I dare say that no-one could have done a better job than James and his assistant Josh in installing them. Tradesmen were very knowledgeable and efficient and kept the work area clean. Except for the first window being installed, slightly skew and having to ask them to correct it, the whole job was done very well. Building inspector was extremely satisfied during his inspection and complimented the work. Would definitely use this company again.

DJ Feguson was absolutely great through our sales, purchase delivery, installation and punch list.The installation team did a fantastic job with all windows with the exception of one window which they got in a hurry and smeared caulking all over areas of the window that did not need it.The punch list crew Ryan and team member came out and were perfectionist to clean up the caulking and plug the tap con holes.Overall I give the benefit of the doubt on a 4.5 star rating due to caulking but could not submit 4.5 stars. need a little improvement from the installation caulking. Installation - professional, clean, on time, on budget, completed on schedule. never knew they were here but OMG our windows are beautiful and make a big difference in the quality of our home and the light coming into the house. we had black out drapes on the west side to control the sun now we have shears and beautify views to our back yard.Sales - great communicators and kept us up to date through the entire process. never felt any pressure from the sales rep.i would recommend FAS to anyone getting windows
