Had to come here once I knew it existed. Awesome place, definitely worth the visit. I spent a while in there trying take it all in. After all that I ended up purchasing this awesome water pot. Worth the purchase. I went home and christened it with a single malt scotch. I then used it while painting and boy was it worth the miniscule amount I acquired it for. Easy to clean, the cat has a real hard time knocking over, and it cleans and holds brushes better than Death Gaurd holds the center of a board. I know this paint cup will bring me many adventures and guide me through many sleepless nights. Stop reading reviews about this place and go buy a water pot and other Warhammer stuff here!

Elizabeth took the time to show my son how the figures are put together as well as the painting process as he is all new to this. We def will be coming back and I hope he enjoys his new hobby greatly.

The store is always very clean and organized, and I always get the best customer service experience from the moment I walk thru the door, being always greeted with a warm welcome and any information I need is always addressed in a timely professional manner. I recommend this to both veterans and new people looking for a store to get into this hobby.

Decent enough looking store. Staff was -really- pushy and overbearing, was done looking by the time a saleslady finished desperately up selling someone on some terrain, I didnt find what I needed so I was about to leave, lady was SURE she could order it (she couldnt). Apparently there was a free mini I could have gotten but it wasnt offered. I get the whole comission thing and its a corporate store but wow. Id rather go anywhere else on orlando with a bigger selection.

Store could not walk and had a 4 person limit due to covid. Person on hand knew the product range well though and quickly showed me the products I was interested in. Not only was he taking care of my order and my wifes order but was also helping two other customers. Find natural breaks in conversation to make sure no customer felt forgotten.

The Warhammer Store in Winter Park is always a pleasure to visit, and this remains true, even in the plague year of 2020.To protect its personnel and guests, the small store is largely cordoned off, with most business being done at a set of tables serving as a safe storefront, and the number of visitors at any one time being limited to 4 (unsurprising, considering the small size of the store itself). So if youre looking for a venue to game at, that seems unlikely for anytime soon. That said, staff remain helpful and courteous, while also practicing proper social distancing, mask usage, and other Covid-19 precautions. The displays remain well kept and appealing and their inventory is frequently restocked and kept full.If youre interested in hobbying or miniature Wargames, or just want to pick up a cool SciFi or fantasy book set in Games Workshops titular universes, I still highly recommend stopping by here. Consider shopping during the weekdays around Noon-4pm if you can, as these are good hours to avoid contact with other partons and minimize any potential waits or risks of exposure.

The gentleman who works there was absolutely lovely in explaining the game and offering painting lessons for free. If you’re into Warhammer I would highly recommend this place! Google has the address wrong for some reason-they are nestled right between the edible arrangements and the pristine nail lounge.

It was our first time at the store and knew nothing about Warhammer. Jason explained everything and my son was able to put together, paint one of the toys and play a game. For a Warhammer 40k fan this place is like Christmas and my birthday all rolled into 1.Friendly staff and the choices are more than you can take in on one visit.Be prepared to spend some time and money.

I started watching videos online about Warhammer 40k and I really liked it, so I went to the store to learn more about the models and game. The manager John was amazinghe was patient with me and showed me around, really helpful, friendly, really knew his stuff about the armies and game. He really helped me in the store, I even (kinda) painted a model with him. I highly recommend this store if you are into the hobby for anything, they have a wide selection of paints, brushes, model kits and they have everything to start the hobby if you are new like me.I will come back to this store and you will too, I guarantee it

If you are looking for those hard-to-get Citadel colors (the ones most independent hobby/game stores wont usually have), this store has them all. They also have all the brushes, tools and painting/modelling accessories if you like the Citadel line.Pros: Clean, well-stocked, well-lit, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Want to learn how to paint? Buy a starter set and sit right down -theyll give you lessons.Cons: Well, if Im going to nit-pick, its only GW merchandise. But hey, its a Warhammer store. A Games Workshop store with a new name and vibe, and located in the popular Winter Park Village, Warhammer is a go to place for all your 40K and Age of Sigmar needs. Best shop around, ive been all over the Orlando area trying to find a shop like this one and finally came across it today. They have everything you could need and the guy who runs the place is knowledgable and chill. They stay up to date on everything that comes out and is about to drop. They even offer painting workshops and will teach you to play anything, which you rarely come across in a lot of shops.Drove an hour to get here from the coast and Ill be back for sure anytime I need something.

First time I walked in I was helped immediately on how to start playing Warhammer. I took some time looking for what I wanted and was satisfied. Even when I came back I was able to sit down and work on my figures along with others and played a few games. Ive had a good tome there.

I needed a code for a Steam character unlock for Total War: Warhammer. Called in as I live about an hour and a half away. They couldnt help me in the store, but were very thorough in finding out what I needed to do to get the code I was looking for from Games Workshop customer service. Came to play some heresy with cousin. Found out later that you cannot play without a physical model on each and every base. Absolutely ridiculous. Visiting from out of town. If you want a surefire way to push customers away, mission accomplished. Otherwise post a sign or scream it as a welcome greeting a la Moes.

Really cannot recommend this store enough. If you are into the Warhammer hobby, this is a great shop to meet, sit and paint with with other hobbiests. Jason, John and Stacy are engage their costumers the moment they walk in the door. They are knowledgeable of the hobby, and are easy to get along with, even if you arent talking about Warhammer. The store itself recently became stocked with every paint available from Games Workshop! As far as model ranges go, they have just about everything available, but for everything they dont have, they have a kiosk where you can order whatever you need. Great place; I go about once a week. When I was a child I had the first Codex Book and I fell in love with Warhammer, I could never play it or have it, because in my country that was unaffordable. 25 years later he reminds me of this fabulous universe and now I can enjoy it. I went to the store and Jason treated me very well, he was very cordial and helped me with information on how he paints and what was better for me to start, since my interest for now is to paint minis.100% recommended and Jason, thank you very much bro.
