GREAT service and SO quick! They came out for a quote and it came in at a great price but also very informative about what I was getting and my options. Once we committed to them they can out a week later to install garage door. They went over everything after installment and cleaned up nicely!

I was looking for specific parts that are not sold in stores. I found this company on google and called to see if they would sell me the parts. On a Saturday afternoon he invited me over to pick up the parts. He was very friendly and helpful. He also gave me some tips on how to properly repair my garage door. I am very appreciative of his timely response and help on a weekend. If I ever need any door work I will be giving them a call!

Called Garage Doors-R-US on today (Saturday) at 9:30 am and the tech Richie was at my house about 30 minutes later. Garage Doors R Us did an amazing job tuning up and repairing our garage door. Same day service. Described the problems and solutions. The work was done quickly and everything was left clean and tidy. Ive been in my house for about 30 years, and the garage door was there when I moved in. It fell off its supports when I opened it a few days ago. I contacted Garage Doors R Us and they came out the next day (a Friday) to look at it. Since it was so old and in poor shape we decided to replace it and they quoted me a good price. They arrived first thing on Saturday and did a fantastic job of installation. They even moved my door opener to a more suitable location and gave it a tune up. The garage door of the townhome we rent needed replacement. It took forever to close and kept getting worse and worse. Our landlord sent this company out who came and replaced it with a newer model. They installed the motor, track, keypad, and control button. The first time after closing it, I noticed how quiet the new motor sounded. We no longer had squeaking and you could barely even hear it. They did the swap out quickly and helped program the keypad as well. I would recommend based on our service today!

Very disappointed in the service they provided. Very unprofessional on the phone from the front office. Came to my home serviced the garage door bearings and tension bar however left without fixing the issue. Garage door still does not open correctly. Would never recommend them to come to my home.
