Don’t do business with this company! They installed a unit in 2012 for us and apparently never closed the permit…and not sure the unit was even new. Fast forward and all I need then to do is close the expired permit and I can’t even get them to call me back. I’ve called 6 times and left messages only to be ignored and bounced around to different departments that won’t call me back. I have a pending sale on my home and they could care less!

It always amazes me how knowledgeable Kate and Jaquie are with A/C systems and components. Having purchased Mitsubishi mini split components and Goodman high efficiency heat pump components over the past few years, their recommendations of systems, accessories, and install parts always hits the nail on the head. Kate was super helpful to special order a coastal corrosion treated condenser unit, stainless steel mini split mount parts, UV components, and more. Recently I needed a factory part and Kate enlightened me that it so happened to still be covered under warranty! The very next day the part shows up and the system is back up and running by days end! There has been times when I have purchased single stage furnaces and when I go to pick it up If by chance it isn’t in stock they Have given me two stage furnace for the same price. Recently I purchased a new heat pump from Ac4Life. I was very cautious because I couldnt find any reviews on the company. I can report that my experience was great. First off, I caught the unit on sale, during the 4th. Upon ordering the unit, not only did the company send me an email with shipping information, they followed up with a call as well. The heat pump arrived at the shipping facility within a few days, unscratched and unharmed. The product was exactly what I ordered and I couldnt ask for a better experience. Would have given 5 stars but I had to go to another company to find a new condensate tray and ducting for the line set. Thank you for the awesome service!

Aweful. Absolutely terrible. Kate, Jackie are some the rudest representatives I have ever spoken with. Communication to the freight company couldn’t be worse. In short, the worst part is rather than initially get some answers on a shipping date and clarify the situation, Kate decided to inform me of how great their customer service is. Then, when you think let me speak to someone else and just get it fixed, the new rep, Jackie, acts the same way! Like it’s all the customers fault. Aweful, come to find out Kate is a manager. Won’t order from here again.
