Put in the wrong weight for the variator in my scooter and didnt tell me about it then when I came back to ask them why it didnt go up to full speed right away I thought they fixed everything correctly then they told me. It took me to go back to them and ask.I feel they should of told me that before fixing it and gave me an excuse that well thats the only thing we had on hand and its going to take any wheres from a week to 4 weeks to get the part However stated to check back with them from time to time see if they have the right size and would put in free. Disappointed and discouraged from using again

Worst place ever my bike is still sitting in the shop for almost 4 weeks I gota keep calling everyday just for them to see what’s wrong and they don’t even have the part for my bike lack of communication never will ever do buisness with them again I recommend going somewhere place is too slow and barely have any info of when it’s getting fixed don’t waist ur time they will have ur bike in the shop for months and months u shouldn’t have to call every other day just to see what’s going on very disappointed and I learned my lesson

Ethan took my scooter in to repair the front breaks that had sized.Got a call that it waa ready come get it. Didnt get out of my drive before he called back and said bike wouldnt idle and the cars needed work...and would charge 65.00 to make it right. Then half way there i get another call to say i needed a clutch adjustment. Another 65.00While he was adjusting the idle the carburetor cracked.I was not a happy guy.I refused to be charged aprox 200.00.I paid the 65 for the breaks and left upset.When i got home the wife made a call to ethan...but got Nowhere.Before i left i ask Ethan about trading my scooter for a new one.He was going to allow me 150.00 on mine for trade in.Happy Thanksgiving.I will try to make contact with the owner next week.Do the right thing.Terry and Deb

These guys are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not buy my scooter here because I didnt know about this place at the time. But I did have an upgrade kit installed here at the recommendation of another shop. They did an amazing job and even fine tuned it several days later when I was having carburetor issues. The scooter runs great now. After seeing their selection of scooters and prices in their shop, I wish I had bought mine there. If I upgrade later, I will definitely be visiting this shop first!

My experience with Wild Hogs Scooter has been awesome. 1st - I love my Genuine Buddy 170i scooter. I have had it for 4 months and put 1300 miles on it so far. I went in today for my second scheduled maintenance and very satisfied with the service I get here. 2nd - I had an issue with my seat rubbing on one of the rear bars and they offered to fix the issue and replace the seat (no charge). I have found them to be honest, genuine and very knowledgeable . And all the guys are very nice to deal with. They are always happy to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Wild Hogs Scooter if you are looking to purchase or have your scooter serviced.

This place has a good variety of scooters and motorcycles. Weve bought 4 scooters and 3 motorcycles from them. For the most part, some of the most up & up guys youll meet. No gimmicks. No B.S. just helpful, knowledgeable and really good guys here. All of our bikes were good. Ill always go back.

The motorcycle I bought from them was not just unreliable, it was really dangerous. Just to mention one issue (and its not the only one), to make the brakes look better, instead of changing the pads, they overfilled the brake fluid. What happens when you overfill the brake fluid is it doesnt have enough room to expand back, causing the brakes to get stuck sometimes, specially in sudden pushes, like an emergency stop. Needles to say this can cause an accident. For a professional to do that shows either a worrying lack of knowledge or a worrying lack of ethics.Plus they didnt complete the registration at DMV. When I found out and asked them about it they said they needed a copy of my license, but they had not called me about it.

Went yesterday to fix upgrade problem from shop on W. Colonial that didnt have a clue. Wild hog and scooters were Very Fast and Honest. I didnt want to spend $250 bucks but they added 35 cc to the little 50 cc bike and I can feel the difference, it pulls quicker and has a much higher top speed. In and Out in less than 24 hours.Ask for Suede!

We got a flat on our GoTrax scooter (we did not purchase at Wild Hogs), and we accidentally stripped the screw in the process. We went to a local bike shop for help and they turned us away. Called Wild Hogs and they told us to bring it on by. They were nice enough to not only remove the stripped screw, but put in a new set for us. Great customer service !

Bought my first bike from there. They definitely bring the scooter dealer experience. Not just walk up and say Let me know if you need anything. My experience before and after buying. I can buy my oil and spark plugs from anywhere, but I always go back because its a nice ride and because they always seem to have something new there to see.

I bought a motorcycle from theses quacks a couple of months ago and I will never do business with these guys again. The bike was nothing like the pictures posted or the description they gave. They rated the paint and chrome on this bike a 9 out of 10 and it was a 4 on its best day if you polished. I drove over 500 miles to get the bike and when I test drove it the front brakes locked up on the test ride which caused an injury to my hip. I bought the bike anyways after renegotiating the price to a fair one for what it was worth. Since test drive was cut short I later found a list if other problems with the bike that has cost me over $1000 in repairs. To make matters worse they bought the bike from a Harley dealer and assigned the title to their name and since they did that and never titled it I got it back home and the DMV wont give me a tag for it. I have yet to receive the title back from them and they claim they mailed off a week ago. When I mailed it back to them they received it in 2 days. I have had to resort to retaining a lawyer and after making them aware of what I have to do I have stopped receiving any communications at all. These are a bunch of shady crooks and if I were you I would run away from any type of business dealings with people. Worst experience Ive ever had in my 40 years when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.

Awesome customer service!!! Very informative, Quick and straight to the point. The mechanics definitely know what they are doing, They have worked on my scooter for the past two years and Ive never had any issues other than the ones I caused myself. Between the money I saved on gas and maintenance I was able to actually upgrade from my 150cc scooter to a 200cc enduro. As long as I can remain on two wheels, they have my business.

I am very pleased with Wild Hogs and everyone working there. I have never had an issue with them and they continue to go out of their way to make sure that I leave a happy customer. I went to Ride Green Scooters today (Saturday, Dec 10) to simply purchase 2 tires. I was told that their service department was closed and that I would have to come on Monday. Ironically, the gentleman behind the service door told me this while sitting at a computer on Facebook. I went over to Wild Hogs and they matched the tire price and promptly sold me the two tires. I will be coming here for the rest of my motor scooter needs.

My sister and I just came in and purchased scooters from here and I am beyond happy with my purchase. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience the best. They also service motorcycles, scooters and four wheelers.

First off I am not affiliated with Wild hogs what so ever, I am simply an extremely happy customer!I was in a pinch to purchase a motorcycle, did the craigslist thing. Found 5 bikes, but 4 of them were sold. Finally, I find one (an early 80s parallel twin 650, means fun with tons of parts online and options down the road). I discover the seller is Wild Hogs! I got to test her out and was blown away how solid the engine sounded for its years. I had done business with these guys about 5 years ago for a little 50cc scoot, now Im riding a classic 650, that I can learn, tinker and feel the wind! These guys always make the experience top notch, they are not pushy, they are helpful whenever questions arise, if issues happen they are more than willing to go check things and make it right! This is one of Central Floridas hidden gems, hence, why Im writing this as the word needs to get out!

Where to start. The staff at the Winter Park location went above and beyond. I was very impressed by the store, showroom and knowledge of the staff. Suade was exceptional. He helped me with all of my questions which there were many. We was patient and very informative. They really know their stuff at the Winter Park location. They have a excellent inventory and if you do not see it there they will get it for you and in record time. I dont think I can express what a wonderful experience I had with Wild Hogs. Terrible repair experience with my scooter.Paid $85 to have a full inspection done on a scooter I was interested in buying. Upon getting there the next day, I realized nearly no work was put into inspecting the scooter. I stood there as they barely went over the working parts of the scooter. When an electrical issue occurred, they replaced it with a battery that ended up not working just a few days later.To add to this, they also lost the trickle charger that was included with my scooter. When confronted about this, they claimed they would order a new one and have it for me when I came in. Waited over two weeks and called multiple times and they never had the charger ready for me. Would never bring another scooter here for repair.

The service is great and reasonably priced. All the workers I saw were great and seemed to enjoy their jobs, which I care about when visiting establishments.

I was very excited to buy a new scooter from here. Unfortunately, I bought a scooter that kept breaking down over and over. They seem to know little about the scooters they sell and I dont feel they did enough to help me once this happened. Also, every single time I would go in to get it fixed, the shop was backed up and I would be sitting there for most of the days and still leave without everything fixed. I drove it in before because it wouldnt start correctly, the phone holder wasnt put on correctly, and the radio that I already paid for wasnt installed. After sitting there all day, I was told that they I would once again need to bring it back because even though I was told over the phone that the radio was now available, it wasnt and they didnt have time to figure out why it wouldnt start like it should. When I first drove my scooter away, I realized they didnt completely put it together correctly because the guy working that day had to bend down and attach two wires right before I drove off. It broke down the very day I bought it. And every time they fixed it, it would break down the very next time I would drive it. I will NEVER buy from them again or recommend anyone to go there.

I have purchased several motorcycles from Wild Hogs over the years & have had good service every time.The most recent motorcycle I purchased has had a couple of issues due to age.They told me what the problem was ordered the needed parts & will soon due the repair at a surprisingly low price.They got me financing when no One else would & Swade is a great guy to work with.I will buy my bikes from them no hesitations.

Awful experience. I went in to look at their scooters. I was mainly interested in their used selection but they only had one and it wasnt even priced yet. I ended up signing up and doing a credit check and didnt end up buying anything because of their credit system. I realized later that day that I didnt have my license. They hadnt given it back to me earlier and after hours of not having it they had not called me for it to be returned. Let me just say this was on Saturday and they are closed Sunday...

Great service! The staff is very friendly, and they will do anything they can to save you repair costs. They are awesome.

I had my scooter for a month, and everything was going well. but after the first month things on the scooter like screw on the muffler was not properly installed tightly so they came off. So I took it to the store in winter park to have it checked which was sounding not to bad but made noise on a scale 1-10 it was a 4. So the manager Said that it would take an hour so I waited. Then the manager came out and asked would I be able to pay the labor cost which would be $65 per hour I said that I couldnt pay it so he said that they would have to weld on the studs on to the muffler, so he said Ill put them back on the best way I could which they had destroyed the studs that was on the scooter. He was not a nice person very disappointed wish I didnt buy anything from that store. By the way look under the scooter and found that they did not replace the muffler gasket nor today properly put my muffler on to my scooter they sold that scooter to me and did not properly checked all the screws on the scooter I bought the scooter for transportation but this scooter is the prime example of a Japanese scooter do not trust their judgment of professionalism they are cheap and looking to get money highly upset.

We purchased a new 50cc Scooter and helmet 2 weeks ago for my sons birthday. The scooter has a storage container under the seat for the helmet. Swade, the salesman, assured me that the helmet would be locked up in the scooter. We paid 50.00 extra to have the scooter and helmet delivered. The delivery man, Mike, had to wait 2 days for them to get the bike ready and then delivered it. When the bike was delivered the helmet was not in the storage container, confirmed by Mike the delivery man. We called Swade, he apologized and insisted that it would be delivered before my sons birthday. A few days later Swade said he would deliver it. Mike the delivery man that we paid 50.00 for delivery says Swade wont reimburse him to deliver it. Now Swade is angry because I didnt answer my cell phone when he called. We have asked to have the helmet mailed to us, since the office in Winter Park is 1 1/2 round trip to drive; Swade says no to mailing it....At this time 2 weeks later, still no instructions on the disposition of the helmet.

Bought a used scooter. Broke 5 days later. Owner said he will not refund my money only half. Also accused me cursing him out threatening to not even pay back half. Extremely unprofessional DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! The owner also tried to blame the hurricane saying water got in the gas stations fuel supply even though the hurricane was a month ago? What an absolute joke of an owner terrible buisness sense and does not care about his customers. He even replies to all the bad reviews saying how the customer is wrong? What a joke

Dont buy a scooter from these people. They are crooks and do not stand behind their product. I bought a brand new scooter from them. In six weeks it had to be towed to their shop. The bike was under warranty but they never fixed it. It was in the shop every 6 or 8 weeks. Within a year it was towed 6 times. Every time it was in the shop they said they didnt know what was wrong with it. They blamed the problem on me saying that I did not know how to drive it. Ive owned motorcycles and scooters for 35 years. I even know how to do some maintenance on them. I have never dealt with any one like these crooks!!!

I drove past Wild Hogs scooters on my way to a job and saw a Honda Grom on display out front, I called and they told me it was for sale, gave me a price and told me about the financing. I drove all the way back to Wild Hogs scooters when I was done with the job and they told me that the Honda Grom was there for service it was not for sale. Now Im sitting in traffic trying to get home because someone on the phone lied to me. Obviously I will not be going back or recommending this place to anybody.

Unfortunately I cant recommend this business, unless you dont care about them wasting your time, with no apologies. I made an appointment recently to have my motorcycle serviced (oil/filter change) the following week on Tuesday, when they open at 10am (the only day they do motorcycle service). When they finally got the store open and were able to actually help me, about 20 minutes later, the guy working the counter asked me the year and make of cycle and then told me he didnt think they had a filter for it. I commented that this was the reason for making an appt in advance, to ensure they had the parts. He went in the back to double check and confirmed they did not have my filter, but had ordered filters that had not been received as soon as expected. I again mentioned that was the reason for making an appt and that I normally dont have Tuesdays off from work and drove from the UCF area. He did not apologize at all, only stated a couple of times that they had ordered the filters, expecting them to be there. He still didnt apologize but offered to just change just the oil and I could come back later to get the filter changed when it came in.This was my first attempt at using this business and sorry to say, I wont be back. A simple courtesy call or even sincere apologies would have helped but nothing of the kind occurred. Very disappointing to say the least...

I went in for some advice. I like to tinker and have a Velocity Scooter with a 150 cc. I reworked the carb but it still didnt run well and they opened the hook, showed me what I did wrong and it ran like a top. I bought this scooter on Craigslist, but the next one will come from there.

Cant knock it till you try itIm a strong believer in trying things out for myself to get a personal opinion. For example movies that come out. Sometimes when you tell somebody about a film you have yet to see they can alter your choice by bashing the film.But I still stand my ground & I like to know for myself. Well the same goes for my expirence at WILD HOGS located in Winter Park off 1932 W Fairbanks. I am not friends with any of the employees or favor them by any means nore was I paid to write this. But i now know I have a reliable source & have gained an organic relationship through there exceptional work.Im from up North near Chicago. When I moved here I was a little leery on purchasing a scooter (I did not buy my scooter from them but a private dealer). But I wanted one for commuting in such a small radius from work to home and the gym. Plus the amount of money Ive saved is ridiculous.Anyways it started with me taking the scooter to another company not far from them. When I entered the other company he wasnt very intrigued, I felt a vibe of careless and not at all urgant. He didnt even look at my scooter. The turn around time was not acceptable but I still had it stored there for the time being. I found out about WILD HOGS after researching later that night and instantly wanted to have them work on it instead. I made a few phone calls & moved my scooter to them the next morning. The team was young & very responsive, before leaving the office they had already wheeled my scooter to the back of the shop! Hell yeah. Next the pick up date was nothing but on point & on time. The work was clean and I am so so satisfied with how it runs. It felt brand new!So for all those that had told me Wild Hogs is over priced & does bad work.....YOU CANT KNOCK IT TILL YOU TRY IT YOURSELF! Very. Very Rude cuztomer services ..They made me wait for four month in trying to repair my mopped and when i went to pick it up .. they gave it back in pieces all cuz. I was not going to let them rip me off ..I gave the owner one week to put it back together never called me back .. had to go there with orange county sheriff police officers . To pick it up .. and force them to put it back..Dont go there and watch out for there reviews there employees and friends write the google reiviews trying for the company to look honest..There ripp offs watch out dont go there .. worst. Place ever ..Trust me dont go there check out the complains for both winter park and orlando locations .. bad place .. bad buisness owners.Terrible. Service..

First negative review in my life. So VERY long story short:I bought a used scooter in Winter Park in December 2013. I was told no refunds, no guarantee etc due to it was used which was logical for me. I just asked to change the front bulb since it was not working and to put full tank in. When I paid and my scooter was parked in front before closing the place, I found none of these things were done. I asked again, got the fuel fortunately to be able to drive home but I was informed the bulb had been changed and there was something wrong with the nest because it was not working. Got back home and spent 3 days on the scooter doing some minor repairs and tune ups to make sure everything works etc. I found out the front cover of the lamp was not even touched, I have put it apart, changed the bulb and TA DA!I came back to the place in February the 1st to leave the scooter for sale since I was moving. Signed the deal, set the price range and left. I was waiting to be informed about the sale. After 4 months and few questions on FB, I called to check how it was going - couldnt get the info since JJ was unreachable. After few attempts finally got through and I was told that the scooter had been sold 2 months earlier! Although I left phone numbers, email adress and conversation on FB, JJ told me I had been unreachable. To make it worse, he explained that my scooter came back to his place with damaged engine and he had to give the money back to the client! After vivid conversation, he admitted he owned me money regardless to his action and promised to send me a wiretransfer (which I asked about when signing the deal). I was told to call him on specific day so he could check in papers for how much my scooter was sold. I did it of course to find out JJ was off that day!Although he was given specific details what to fill in when doing the wiretransfer, he failed 3 times - thats JJ version. I called the bank and was told they see 1 attempt and it was rejected due to name mistake.After another few weeks of calling and emailing JJ refused to do wiretransfer. We agreed that I would be sent a check with regular mail.After another month of waiting to receive it I called again and offered my lawyers services. I was told the check had been mailed, but never got to the address. Sure.Briefly, I got my check now ($10 less than agreed for no reason, but I do not care anymore) and the whole story took OVER 6 MONTHS and over dozen of emails and phonecalls, generally a lot of wasted time and energy.I think this is not how you do your business with your returning clients (they earned selling me the bike and they earned money selling it for me later).

Very disappointed in the service a friend got on a scooter that she has had for 2mon and has warranty, she took her scooter for repair and that has been delayed, so when she wrote a DISPARAGING REVIEW they boldly asked her to take the review down and then they would fix her scooter. WATCH OUT FOR SNAKES

As much as I tried to give this place a chance I just couldnt take it anymore. My scooter has been in and out of the shop constantly for the past few months and hundreds of dollars have been spent. Today my moped, died again, and Im not going to bring my scooter back to this shop again. I have been burned enough times. I will never ever buy anything from this place again.

When to buy a new scooter but left with a used one in the same condition as a new one.... very helpful

Bike I came to look at wouldnt start, needed tires and the back brakes were beyond soft. Not impressed after driving 4 hours and they knew I was coming
