These guys did an amazing job restoring my old bike for a good price. They even went out of their way to tell me if something was unnecessary even if it meant less money for them. I love the honesty.

I had gone to three other bike shops, from Winter Garden to Ocoee to Orlando, and finally ended up here. Hybrid bike inventory was low elsewhere, but I was able to see on their website that they had the brand and color I was looking for. The store was very clean, organized, and well-stocked. John provided patient, personalized service to help me figure out which bike and accessories I needed. Another rep quickly installed everything and gave me a few tips on the lights. Joe, the owner, was just as caring and helpful, even coming out in the rain to demonstrate how to properly load my bike into my vehicle. I had a delightful customer experience all around. Great end to a full day of bike shopping!

Ron, the bicycle mechanic, fixed my beloved TREK internal gear bike in a matter of minutes and did not charge for the adjustment. . Another bike shop told me it would need a very expensive repair part. He was so kind and helpful and my bike is now working perfectly. Ron will be my man for bike repairs from now on. I am so glad I tried Adventure Cycling.

Really happy to find this place! My bike wasnt riding quite like it should and I felt like some of the gears were off. Ron put my bike on the stand as soon as I got there and checked it out. He was very knowledgeable and friendly while letting me know what he saw. Ron adjusted the gears and gave my tires some air, while I learned a few things all within 15 minutes! Excellent customer service and will definitely go back with any bike needs.

I recently bought a Giant Escape 3 Disc bike at this shop. It is my first higher quality bike purchase. Ive never rode anything nicer than a Schwinn from the rack at Walmart.I called Adventure Cycling at about 1PM on a Tuesday to ask if they had the bike I wanted in stock and they told me yes. I asked if they could hold it for me because it would take me about an hour and a half to get to the shop. Johnny said he would assemble the bike and have it ready for me to test when I arrived.I got there around 4:30 PM and the bike was ready, along with a helmet to test the bike out. Johnny was very kind and informative about things I should know regarding a Giant hybrid bike. He let me know the optimal riding position, which was NEWS to me!I only rode the bike for a few minutes and knew I was going to buy it, Ive had my eyes set on it for quite some time. The shop sold me the Giant Escape 3 Disc for $580.00, which is extremely reasonable considering the current bike shortage.Johnny was VERY understanding with all the high-quality bike questions I had, I am a newbie to the hobby. Johnny informed me about MANY things including typical bike maintenance, when to bring it in for a first tune up, things to expect, things to look for, warranty information, etc.I was in and out within 15 minutes of arriving, including test ride, information, mechanic check over, purchase. I would 100% buy from this shop again in the future If I am again in search of a bike.UPDATE: The day after I purchased the bike, I called back to ask a few questions. Tyler answered the phone and was EXTREMELY helpful. I was wondering what PSI I should be running my tires at since I am not used to having a Road-styled bike. I also was concerned about a slightly wobbly tire which I thought may be some loose spokes. Tyler answered both my questions very well and didnt seem to mind that they may be self-explanatory to a well-seasoned bike rider unlike myself. This shop has been nothing but polite and courteous to me as a new bike rider. The guys working here know their stuff.

We dropped in with what we THOUGHT was a totally trashed wheel, and the magicians in the repair shop managed to get it at least rideable again. Completely amazing service and the staff were so patient with my very nosy, chatty children. Will definitely be back!

Great local bike shop. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The owner always stops by and says hi. I’ve never rode an Electric Bike and they gave me a demo then asked if I wanted to take it out for a short ride...ABSOLUTELY!! They gave me a clean wiped down helmet, wiped the bike down and sent me on my way. I rode down the trail for about 10mins and came back. They answered any of my questions and I’m definitely getting one. I’d travel across town to come here if I didn’t live near the shop. A few months ago I brought in my very old used road bike and the adventure cycling team fixed it up in no time to pristine condition! Eventually though I decided I wanted another rear wheel to fit onto an indoor trainer but old wheels of that size are extremely difficult to find especially during the current pandemic! Ron and the gang at adventure cycling were extremely helpful and found me a new wheel in no time and covered the installation fees since it took a while for it to get in to the shop. I am beyond grateful for their amazing service and friendly attitude. We are looking forward to many fun years riding this bike. Thank you again so much Ron & the team!

We needed to purchase a quality bike for our 12 year old son that would last for several years. My wife and I stopped in and we were impressed with the high quality of the Giant bicycle product line and the salesman Johnny. He showed us a new Blue Giant 26 Extra Small (XXS) frame all-purpose bike that was the perfect size. I had no idea that the XXS frame was even an option -- we are used to basic Schwinn and Huffy bikes at Target/Walmart. Overall, a great experience and excellent fit for our son. Highly recommend this shop, their product line, and excellent customer service.

You can tell they are passionate about cycling.I have had 3 of my bikes worked on by the mechanics at this shop. I have zero issues leaving my precious equipment with these mechanics knowing i will get my gear back in great shape. You dont pay more for experience and attention to detail, the prices are competitive.I have dealt with other bike shops in the area and i can say that AC is miles ahead of the competition. I smile as i drive past the 2 bike shops between my house and AC.

Amazing staff that is eager to help you and really take the time to explain details and ensure a great buying experience. We have always had good experiences with this shop. Recently, we brought an old, damaged bike in late in the afternoon, and Ron repaired the bike’s flat tire on the spot, without pressuring us to do any of the more expensive repair work that the bike really needs. He took the time to advise us about the bike’s condition, options for repair versus replacement, and how to maintain our bikes, in general, going forward. Ron was also super nice and helpful when I called the shop later with a follow-up question. This will be our family’s bike shop, from now on!

These guys are top-notch!The chain had fallen off my 4 year olds bike and no matter what I did I just couldnt get it back on. The staff at Adventure Cycling are on point. Every time I walk in there they make you feel like family. They take their time and explain their products in great detail. These guys are awesome! Took my sons bike in to see if they could make the gears easier to turn. They fixed it up in 5 minutes and we were back on the trail. Super nice and very friendly.

I purchased a Giant Stance 29er from them in May 2020. Took it in today 8.29.20 to get my derailleur fixed/adjusted. 10 minutes later I was out of the shop with a working derailleur and they hooked it up with a frame grommet for my newly added dropper post. Great shop. A Great team of guys. Will always recommend.

Basically... if you need a bike repair, go here.These guys are great. They checked out the issue I was having with my bike on a walk-in and had me back out the door in less than an hour. Will be dropping my bike off in a couple weeks for it’s tune-up. They are more than fair on pricing and what they will charge you for.

I went to Adventure Cycling looking for 2 full suspension mountain bikes. We road bike but wanted to do more off road exploring. After talking with Kevin for awhile and explaining what type of mountain biking experience we were looking for, he pointed us to the Giant and Liv Electric Mountain Bikes. At first I was a little skeptical but I did more research and learned these were exactly what we were looking for. After taking delivery and getting to experience these electric mountain bikes, I have to say, THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Definitely heavier than a standard mountain bike but having the motor offsets that and you dont even notice. Bunny hopping is another story, I am working on learning to bunny hop this heavy bike. I would say these bikes were one of the best purchases we have made and thanks Kevin for helping us choose the correct bikes!!! Adventure Cycling is an awesome shop full of amazing people.

Great bike shop and friendly staff. I bought a giant escape from them and am very happy with the purchase. Joes is very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is near the Cross Seminole trail so if you need some air for your tires you can stop by the shop and air up.

THEY WERE CLOSED!I had just purchased a used 18” kids bike on fb that was in explained to be in “perfect” condition per the seller. In a bind for Easter to get this perfect bike road worthy I did a quick google search and found Adventure Cycling. I reached out even though they were closed. A friendly voice picked up and let me know that they had the parts in stock and to stop by.I’m a few minutes, John had be ready to go at a very reasonable price.He saved Easter with smiles for miles!

My bike was not changing gears and the tires were completely bad. After a tune up and new tires, it rides like a dream!! The staff were all very friendly and even helped me get my bike onto my trunk rack. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

This shop is amazing! My wife and I bought bikes at Walmart and we brought them there to get assembled. The staff there treated us with the utmost respect.We came to pick them up, and we talked to Joe who also gave us a walk around of the bikes and gave us a quick lesson on the many gears of the bikes as well. Joe is one of the most friendly customer service oriented people I have ever met. The other man I spoke to Kevin is top-notch as well. I will go there for any of my biking needs from now on.my wife and I went to pick up the bikes after 2 days and Joe charged us $70 per bike when the original estimate was $89 per bike.I told him that was not our original estimate and he said dont worry about it its going to be $70 per bike. I was completely blown away by that.I actually rode my bike up there today as my back rim brakes were squeaking really loud and they spent an hour on them and fixed them for me.I work in the customer service business and these guys really know their customer service. my wife and I will be customers for life now.

Recently my 12 year old sons best friends house burnt down. My son did car washes around the neighborhood in order to raise money to buy his buddy a bike. We went to Adventure Cycling and explained what my son was trying to do and they showed us a great bike for the budget my son had. This bike will be a Christmas present to his best friend in order to replace the bike he lost in the fire. Adventure Cycling made it possible by giving my son a great price on an excellent bike. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Adventure Cycle Ive had several years of safe, comfortable, enjoyable and worry-free cycling. As a retired, older rider I would like to be able to continue to ride through my eighties. So, comfort and the quality of the bike are really important to me. The first bike I bought at Adventure Cycle is a Giant and is still in great shape thanks to the great service this store provides. Last month when I was in for repairs on my husbands bike Joe had a display of new E-bikes. He let me ride one and I was hooked. I now own it. It is the most fun I have ever had on a bike. Joe made sure the bike was sized properly for comfort and had all the equipment I needed for safety and convenience on longer rides. Even though you have to pedal - with or without power - the bike practically goes by itself. But the joy I get from riding is possible because of having such a wonderful bike shop close enough to get to easily. Joe and his crew are one in a million!

The shop is great enough but Ron, Kevin, and Joe make it that much more enjoyable. Not only do they really know what theyre talking, they also help you understand it as well. Evan, John and Ashley were incredibly helpful! I brought my wife’s bike in as I suspected the bottom bracket needed replaced. The mechanics at the shop took time to diagnose the issue (which was just a loose pedal) upon my arrival and fixed the bike on the spot.I will definitely be returning back to this shop for my tune-ups and maintenance needs!

The most helpful and knowledgeable bike shop I have visited. Kevin is great at matching bike type to rider. I have been riding the same mountain bike for about 30 years. When I decided to move into a road bike, I needed help with bike selection. Visited Adventure first and then visited several other shops. Came back to Adventure for another test ride. The best service was at Adventure. Very accommodating and patient for road bike newbs like myself.........Ron in the service department has helped so much with the routine maintenance and care of my new bike. I had a crash and he got my bike going again pronto. The service after the sale is terrific.Kevin who always seems to be at the shop is very knowledgeable and helpful. Being out of the sport for a long time, I dont know how the equipment tech has changed. Kevin does.

Their prices are very reasonable including for the accessories.5% off for military or 5% off for using cash.Patronize this local shop ...they are very busy and I don’t see them going anywhere but I’d like to keep it that way.

They took my old jalopy of a bike and breathed new life into it! The aged hardware required a second derailleur adjustment and a few tries but shifting is perfect now. Kevin and the team really care about the customer.

Very customer-focused. It has that local mom-and-pop feel that you dont get in the bigger box stores. You can tell the staff really cares about cycling and about keeping loyal customers. They are very knowledgeable and gave great advice. For example, I had a warranty issue on a bike pump about a month ago. I walked in and said, This isnt working right. The staff member behind the counter took a look at it and said, hmm, these usually dont fail like that. Heres a new one. He took my old one and handed me a brand new one. No paperwork, no looking it up in the system, no delays — just gave me a brand new one and said, Heres your new pump. Well take care of the rest. I was in and out in less than 5 min. Ill drive out of my way to come here for all of my cycling needs from now on. Great customer service. I highly recommend!

LIFESAVER!!I have stopped by this store many times looking for this or that. Joe has always been extremely friendly and helpful regardless of whether not I purchase anything or just browse about.I had just packed up for a weekend away and noticed the tire on my Stumpjumper was pulling apart. I called Joe and he didn’t have any that fit my bike with the tread I require (neither did other shops in the area).I talked with Joe about the kind of tread I needed and he offered to take a pair off of a bike in stock and sell me those. NOW- I wouldn’t encourage anyone to ask for this favor as it is a bit of a hassle for the shop.Nevertheless, this a fine example of their exemplary customer service.Furthermore, I can’t go without mentioning the service team. Fast, clean, and efficient. They definitely know what they’re doing.

Joe ordered me a part for my Stumpjumper and pretty much made no money on it. Luckily I had some cash on me and he didnt get stuck with the bank charges. They have a nice shop in there with plenty of products and bikes.

I took my bike to Adventure Cycle to have my drop seat post installed and had a great experience. I was also shown how to adjust my front and rear shocks. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I bought my Specialized 29er from Adventure Cyclying about 5 months ago and it has been awesome. Kevin was great help finding me the right bike and gave me a great deal. They also have great service, as I can get unlimited tune-ups on my bike for as long as I own it. I had just purchased a used hybrid; brought in to these guys to check it out and they found a potentially catastrophic problem with the frame. They gave me some options, fully explained the risks and provided a good estimate for a repair. They fixed the frame while I waited, added a new component, test drove it, and I was out in an hour. I moved from Florida and needed my bike shipped to Wyoming. I had family drop the bike off. The shop was very organized and professional, contacting me to let me know the bike was packaged, as well as letting me pay over the phone. They also helped with printing the labels for bike flights to get it shipped. They have great customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I made the trip from Mount Dora to take a look at what Giant had to offer for entry level road bikes. This is my first bike that I have ever purchased and I thought I knew what I was looking for. However, from the moment when I called and talked to Dave on the phone all the way until I was loading my new Giant Defy 5 in my car, it was one of the best purchasing experiences that I have ever had. Dave spent HOURS with me (sorry Dave) going over features, sizes, specs, pricing and answered every single question that I had for him. I test rode 3 different bikes multiple times with different adjustments. He really cared that I was getting exactly what was best for me as a new rider. This is the type of customer service that anyone would want to have when making any type of purchase. I recommend this shop to ANYONE looking for a new bike. Not only for the quality of the bikes but the quality of the employees at this store. I will make the trip back from Mount Dora if I need ANYTHING for my new beautiful road bike! Thank you!

Had a repair done a few weeks ago. Kevin was very helpful and the team did a great job bringing my bike back to life.

I called an hour before closing to see if I could come get new brake pads and they didnt hesitate to say yes. When I was there, I told them to fix whatever was necessary, be it gears, chain, brakes, etc. They ended up down-selling me (thats the opposite of an up-sell, right?) and told me my bike was great and just needed some lube and adjustments (for free) plus the pads. Wont hesitate to come back with any future concerns because I know they wont try to take advantage of my limited knowledge.

Professional, courteous and efficient. Our family definitely found our new go-to bike shop!

Horrible customer serviceThree weeks ago I brought my bike in and asked for a tube up... Bike felt slow and gear shifting was sticking. They up sold me a new chain and other stuff and I paid 250 bucks.... So I go riding and no change my bike is still slow and gears still stuck.I bring my bike in Sunday of last week and let them know of the problems and notice my break rubbing the rear wheel.. Show them that and say how surprised they didnt catch it on the tune up. Plus my grips were coming undone and if they could re wrap themI chalked it up to nothing major... They said they could look at it then, but it might take a day or so.. I said no problem I am out of town until Friday so I will stop back in Friday to pick up.They never called, so I figured they just knew I was stopping by Friday. I walk in Friday and ask for my bike. They did NOTHING to it. They didnt even call to let me know there were issues. The tech started listing a laundry list of items needing fixed on the brakes, but said he did not even start on it because he had to order the parts... But might not even be able to get them since I have a specialized and they dont sell them. Nice to know a week after I drop off the bike.They were nice enough to remove my wrap from my bike and not replace it... So now I have a bike I have to take somewhere else that I already dropped 250 bucks on what was supposed to be a tune up and check.This place lost my business and I highly suggest you steer clear of it. A simple phone call... Anything so I could of made other plans...Not professional and its a shame since I live right around the corner

Took my fairly nonstandard Catrike in for a bunch of overdue maintenance, got what I needed done. Took a while, lots of bikes in the shop and part shipping is slow, but thats just how it is right now.

Incredible customer service! We can’t say enough good things about Joe and this store. They took the time to explain in-depth everything about the different styles of bikes and let us try various ones in the parking lot to see how they felt. They ordered us new bikes from Giant as well as a bike rack and never tried to sell us more than what we were looking for. When the bikes came in they fitted them to us and made all necessary adjustments free of charge. Joe even took the time to drop our bikes off at our house since the rack shipped after. Honest people and great service, we won’t be going anywhere else.

Great shop. Friendly and helpful staff. I wasnt happy with my shifters and they switched them out without a hassle. I will always go here and highly recommend to others. 😊🥇👍

Had my mountian bike brought back to life by these guys after it sat in hurricane flood water for a week and wasnt ridden for two years. If you need your bike serviced, bring it here, theyre great at what they do and they have an excellent selection of new bikes too!

These folks know their stuff, and are super friendly. Had a bike where I was uncomfortable with where the handlebars were and rather than sell me a new bike, they sold me a handlebar extension that works perfectly and made my existing bike a comfortable ride.Then I came into the shop and told staff I was considering buying a bike carrier, rather than taking off the front wheel and laying the bike in the back of my SUV.Owner did a demo of how I would have to install the bike rack each time (didnt want a permanent rack), and told me its easier to transport the bike the way I am currently doing.Giving good advice rather than selling me something I wont be happy with or dont need, now that is amazing customer service.

Great service. I had taken a couple years off from cycling due to an injury and Bill and the gang help assess my bike and my needs and got me back on the road again. They were even able to get my bike back in shape while I waited; and at a very fair price.

The reason I love this shop is that its a nice bike shop for the average person who just wants to fix or purchased a bike without dealing with a load of elitist cycling attitude. The owner and his staff are just nice people who wont lecture you and will help you meet your needs without judgement. I have been back many times and will continue to patronize this place. Mg Wife and I have made several visits to find rind our bikes to our recreational preferences and could not be more pleased with how we have been treated. And, if you are a more serious rider, they do have a great technical staff who can help as well.
