Our Hi-Tide lift is very well constructed and doesn’t show signs of wear after years of use. The employees at the Fort Pierce location, especially Rodney, are so friendly and easy to work with. Very prompt service as well! Highly recommend!

We purchased a replacement remote two months ago. The original remote stopped working. We were on the dock (thankfully) but not in the boat. The remote started lowering the lift without anyone pressing the button. Thankfully we were sitting next to it and was able to stop it. The same thing happened 20 minutes later. I called Hi-tide and they require us to purchase a new one and said if they deem there is an issue with the remote they may issue a partial or full refund. Our expensive boat almost floated off the lift due to the remote malfunctioning and they are not willing to replacethe remote without us paying in full for a new remote first.

I would prefer to give no stars. This is the worst run company I have ever experienced. I ordered parts on July 10. I followed up via email to be told parts were ordered and all was well. On August 17, I followed up again to be told I had not given a cc. I forwarded the July 10 cc form again. I contacted the management to be told I will give you the info, you will not give it to me regarding your order. I have never seen service like this in 48 years. BEWARE!!!!!! I have no parts and have paid hundreds to determine what parts I needed from the company that was to do the labor when the parts arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-

2013 I purchased a hi tide lift for my 29 fever fountain. We live in the Midwest on the chain of lakes approx. 70 miles from Chicago in a small town called McHenry. I constructed the boat house with the help of family members. The boat house has a 10/12 pitch roof 34 feet long and 21 feet wide. The hi tide lift lifts our boat completely out of the water with ease. Plus we purchased the remote control. Assembly was very easy and the material is top quality all stainless or aluminum. Also, the team at Hi Tide are extremely helpful and take the time to explain everything from the purchase to assembly to operation of the lift. All I can say is money well spent Very Very happy and my fountain also likes its new home. Check it out Im sure after you do your research Hi Lift is the way to go...........

Sexy welder but also a very professional shop.

I had a boat lift installed in 2007. They used 4 X 6 I-beams for a 10,000 # boat lift that they now say is only rated for 9,000#. It collapsed under the weight of my boat and they categorically denied my claim without even looking at the damage.Their products are bare minimum, of lousy quality, and they are completely non-responsive on warranty issues. Dont use them!
