What a top notch business! I had the pleasure of doing business with these guys on a recent stay in Maine. They were fast to respond to any question or concern I may have had. The rental rates are very reasonable. They provide me with a brand new EFI gas cart, not some worn out junker. The unit provided had head lights, tail lights and a rear seat. It was the perfect unit to help keep the kiddos entertained. They offered a delivery and pick up service, for a fee, and I gladly accepted. They had the unit delivered ahead of time and picked the unit up as promised. No hassles, no headaches.I will be certain to recommend these guys to anyone who asks.Thank you for a great experience!

I would like to give customers a fair warning. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!My brother purchased a new cart last year. It did not work this year at all. It was stored in a heated garage all winter and will not work. They say the batteries are no good. We have contacted a few golf courses that we know and they leave there carts in cold storage all winter and have never had this a problem. We are told we need six batteries at around 180.00 a piece.No warranty on the batteries? Did we get used ones? Who knows?

Great service on my old golf cart. They even fixed my battery meter wires without being asked. I highly recommend for any golf cart needs.

What an easy and great experience! Spoke to the owner Jay, he emailed me photos of used carts with prices, I picked the one I liked best and he will hold it until this summer and delivery is free! He can even store it over winter if we need him too for a very modest fee! Seamless and personal experience.

We didn’t buy anything but our experience with Jay of Goudreau & Sons was unbelievably positive. Jay was delivering a cart to a neighbor here in our campground in NH. We have been having issues with our cart and asked Jay if he could take a quick look before he headed back to Maine. His advice was extremely helpful. In fact we called Jay a couple more times over the days and he helped us sort things out. Great service and we are not even a customer!

After calling, they started the only way to diagnose my golf cart was me to arrange for them to pick it up and transport it to their facility. I told them the cart was old (1985) and I had already attempted to make repairs (I’m handy but not a mechanic). They stated this wouldn’t be an issue and they could get it running. They took a week to do repairs (which is fair) and the machine would not run properly. They basically had the cart back to where I had it prior to transport. It took multiple phone calls without response and when they finally returned my call they stated the machine was too old and it would not run. All I wanted was an honest judgement on whether this was worth fixing. When I asked if I could return parts and pay for just labor they replied that I should have never had the machine fixed I the first place. Basically there $200 dollars out the window.

Nice selection in almost every style and price range. We were able to find a nice cart for half the cost of new. Waiting to go pick it up when they call its ready.

Knowable and friendly services

Rented a 6 person Yamaha EFI for a wedding at our home. Easy in and out service and a great cart. Will be purchasing a cart from them in future.

Wanted to use there services but because i wanted to use them at a field someone rented years ago and didnt pay them. They denied me. Horrible way to run a business. News Flash alot of different ppl and or companies rent the same field. I will never recommend this company to any other venues.
