Great store, great service! Prices are fair & being a local real hardware store A. You wont get lost trying to get around the store without a hand held GPS. B. The tradition of the local hardware store known for personal service may be lost elsewhere, It is certainly not forgotten here!!! A quick fyi; SUNDAY HOURS ARE NOON -3 PM. (SEPT. 21) I tried editing them & maybe they need to approve the guide override? But had yet to reflect the change

Stop in often, as it is my local hardware store, and the service here is top notch. Lauren expertly helped me select a Weber grill. The delivery could not have been simpler. Cody was very friendly and did a great job. Recently returned to get a propane refill and some other odds and ends and Debbie at checkout was very friendly. Great place, great people.

Very convenient local hardware store. Instead of spending half my day wandering through the enormous aisles of a mega store, I can pick up all kinds of handy things in minutes and save myself a trip to Chelsea. The YETI coolers will call to you, but you must resist! That is too much cooler for what you really need for that price! Remember, you came here for a tiny Phillips head screwdriver, not the Rolls Royce of coolers. Be strong!

On multiple occasions I went to this store and on both times they could either care less about the customer or had no idea how to do basic 101 service (not knowing how to look up an item, not knowing how to ring up a discounted item, and not know where items where located in the store). Recently I called them saying I needed to pick up an item and that I would be 2 minutes past their closing time and if it would be OK to wait for me. The young lady on the phone said ya youll be fine. When I arrived exactly 2 minutes past, go figure the store was closed. Looks like Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
