I recently had a return. I could not find the receipt so I called the store and asked for guidance. They told me to bring the product in and they could find my purchase on my card.Relieved, I brought the product back, and the sales associate tried to find my purchase. Having recently lost my debit card, the number was changed by my bank when they replaced my card.In spite of this, and after exhausting all other means to find my purchase receipt he could not. To my pleasant surprise, he exchanged the product for me without hassle.My boyfriend and I shop at this Home Depot often. We have always been pleased with the service and now the policies of this store. I dont make a habit of exchanging or returning items and usually have my receipt when I do so I didnt know how I would be treated.We live in a world of declining customer service on many levels. I applaud the standard of service I received this day, and virtually every visit.Thank you Home Depot. I will continue to patronize your business knowing I can trust your efforts to meet the needs of your customers.To the gentleman who was in charge of my return, your kindness and professional demeanor is much appreciated.

DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE! I never write reviews but thought it was important to warn customers of what they could look forward too when buying from Home Depot! Weve had nothing but drama and headaches trying to get a replacement fridge for the dented fridge we received and this was after all the trouble we had even having the fridge delivered to us as promised in the first place. After a month of no one helping me and only getting the run around I asked for my money back, but of course I will have to wait WEEKS to receive my money. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. We have spent a lot of money at Home Depot for our home remodel and now were taking EVERYTHING back and want nothing to do with this company after the horrible treatment weve received. No one has a straight answer and only tries to push the problem off on someone else to deal with. I have been transferred from the delivery company to Home Depot to Samsung back to Home Depot then back to Samsung and still I sit here with a brand new dented fridge in my garage. This entire time I havent had a fridge in my house since I was supposed to have a new fridge but never even moved the new fridge in the house because of the dent my new fridge came with! I truly believe they hoped I would just go away and live with the dented fridge I received, I was actually asked by Home Depot why I couldnt just keep a dented fridge because its a lot of hassle for them to replace the damaged fridge I received. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Unbelievable service! Robert and Crystal were fantastic on a busy Saturday afternoon assisting us with a 60 inch zero turn riding mower that was out of stock. The manager on duty was awesome as well and I just cant remember her name. She worked hard for us. Thanks again Home Depot for supporting veterans! Customer for life!

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. My most recent stop was for some polyurethane for a project and was looking at a few different types and one of the employees had no problem stopping what she was doing to help me and understand the project I was doing and what would be better to use.

Always have the items I need and brands I prefer.

Better experience this time. One young man went out of his way to see if he could help us. It was refreshing. I could not read his name tag, but his effort makes it likelier that I will come back.

The Menards matching 11% is bull. If you take the time to submit it it’s denied. They hire young kids that have no answers to your questions. What a surprise. Customer service is 95% horrible. There are only a handful of people who know what they are doing. Disorganized. At times there’s no one around to ask, other times these young kids are pestering you about helping but don’t know anything when you ask them something. Selection of products is generally poor especially plumbing. Going to drive the extra 15 miles to Menards from now on. Far less frustrating. I have no idea where all the positive reviews come from.

We went into Home Depot to order several items that we needed. We anticipated at least one hour long visit to get the order done. Justin M. at Pro Services helped us. He was very knowledgeable with the software, ordered everything, reviewed the order andquantities for accuracy. He applied thediscounts that applied to the ordered. He answered all our questions, told us when we could expect a call when all items have been received. We left within a half an hour. He made it as easy as possible.

Went a bought a bath tub today, dude was super helpful and knowledgable, cashier was very freindly and helpful aswell. We forgot some screws so we went back in, the dude still remembered us, he even went above and beyond and offered to put our basket back, and we immediatly forgot our bag like an idiot and we almost walked out and he flagged us down and gave us our bag. Best workers ive seen at a big box store ever.

What a difference. The Home Depot in Appleton has a much larger and nicer selection of items, particularly evergreen trees. Selection is small and little to no variety and the prices are high at the Wisconsin Rapids store. Very disappointing.

Clean, well stocked, reasonable prices. Items well displayed and labeled. Prices clearly marked. Friendly employees, quite helpful when needing assistance. Checkout process was simple, as expected. No complaints.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Sold us a log splitter that was broken hydrological hose was broken and the motor was barley bolted on, garbage we got a refund and will be spending out money somewhere else.

Very helpful when I ordered my new gas stove; wish they were able to help me disconnect my old gas range. They do not provide this service and when you are a senior citizen you have to search for someone to do this for you. This is a service which would be well worth the extra cost if they provided it.

Well first off i would like to say that store itself was very nice and it smelled good, however i did have a couple issues. while i was looking at some refrigerators a lady came up to me and scolded me because i wasn’t “looking at them”. i think this is absolutely preposterous because all i wanted was a fridge for my house. if you want a fridge maybe go to sears, but this is not a place to go.

I ran in for a few items from the garden center. Everything was well organized and neat. Although the garden center checkouts were busy, I went into the main store, and picked up a couple more items, and checked out there without waiting.

I had the most terrible shopping experience at the Wisconsin Rapids Store! In returning a small item, which I had the receipt from 2 days prior, because I did not have a photo ID, I could not return the item purchased. I wanted a store credit for the $6 item. The cashier and the store management were very rude and uncaring to me as a long term customer, who spends thousands of dollars at this store. They didnt use a photo ID when I purchased the small item. It is a sad day in a small town when a person gets treated this poorly at a retail store. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.FOLLOW UP: I talked to the store manager, he said he is sorry that that happened. He seemed very uncaring and unconcerned. I asked why the store never contacted me, and he said; We dont read or care about the reviews that people post. Thats a corporate thing Hmm...

If there was an option for no stars, that would be the rating I would give. I have never walked into a more unprofessional store than this specific Home Depot location in Wisconsin Rapids. It’s absolutely horrifying that while I’m trying to shop or work with an associate that during the entire time I was there. I can hear clear as day, associates loudly and blatantly disrespect, harass, start verbal arguments, and gossip in the middle of the sales floor in front of other customers.I get it. These things happen but that is what a back office is for. As a customer who is trying to work with an associate it is extremely discouraging to even want to go back to the store especially with it being so close, especially with the environment so negative and hostile. There is not a customer in the world that would want to shop in an environment where the employees are so rude and disrespectful, especially when they act like a bunch of dramatic whiny high schoolers in the middle of the sales floor.

This homedepot has always had friendly and knowledgeable staff. I shop here often and have never had an issue.

We went to inquire about barn doors. The woman in the door section was sitting at a desk, leg tucked underneath, never asked us if we needed help, never stood up to help us, gave us wrong information we had to correct her on, and obviously didnt know how to look online for something we had seen existed a week earlier when we looked online at home. She was useless. Im not sure how these people stay employed.

So the first Appliance Associates I was working with you could tell was overwhelmed started cursing in front of my 2 year old so we left and decided to come back a different day came back and got a different Appliance Associate she also seemed very overwhelmed but at least wasnt cursing we ended up buying a refrigerator and range but when they were delivered the delivered the people didnt speak English they put a big dent in my door Broke My Window and the appliances themselves the LED lights were missing out of my freezer I had to call three different people before finally finding out that I have to call the manufacturer wait 10 days for them to send me the lights and I have to put them in when I called Home Depot they were absolutely no help when it came to my dented door and My Broken Window they said well all they can do is put a claim in for insurance and its not their problem anymore all in all a terrible experience will never buy appliances from there againWhen buying appliances I would absolutely not recommend going there

I asked for help finding something and got ignored by 1 employee and the other employee pointed said theyre over there. A customer came up right after me the employee walked with him to show him exactly where the product he was looking for was. Ill NEVER go back there again!!

We purchased a 4.4 cubic ft stainless steel refrigerator. When we carefully unboxed it, there were a number of dents on the stainless door. It will be returned tomorrow. Probably wont buy the same one. Very disappointing.

I had some trouble getting the wire then we got a guy from appliances to get it for us and then when I ask for 8 ft I was given 6 so then I went and cut my own to the right length so it was so so but all good got what I needed

Gets one star for making a lame attempt at helping to slow the rate of a deadly virus. They have some signage about social distancing upon entering the garden center and markings at cash register to keep customers 6 feet apart as they wait in line. Face masks not required at this Home Depot, even though the Centers for Disease Control recommends wearing of masks while in public. As we know this Disease is highly contagious and the wearing of cloth masks protect others. Will look for retailers that require all people to wear masks for the hour or two that they are shopping.
