Purching my vehicle service was great. Once the car was out the door servicing the high oil consumption became a struggle to find out why., it was like they were trying to hide the reason. Gm rule is 1 qt.Every 2000 miles is ok. I dont know of any mechanic would think thats ok. Research shows this a common problem on 2.4 liter engines.for gm. Why wheelers wouldnt come and tell me is be on me. I had to go to tercek Chevy dealer in portage. Their sever dept was very help full. I can now do things to help my problem.

I have had multiple recall jobs done here in Rapids. While it cant be ideal work for the dealership they have always handled it professionally and were polite. I get oil changes and all other work done for our two vehicles done here in Rapids also and have never had a bad dealing with them.

We did not feel pressured, strong armed or taken advantage of in the slightest which I have definitely experienced at other dealerships in the area. I stopped in as the heat went out in my car on the way to Rapids and just asked the guys if they could possibly take a look at the vehicle. Even though they were busy that day and short a technician, Joel had me leave my vehicle there, set me up with a loaner vehicle and him and his crew were able repair my vehicle before the end of the day and get me back on the road with heat. I was very disappointed with the lack of masks. I walked outside while I waited for an oil change. When I came back in I was very surprised that there were workers in my car without masks on. When I remarked to the gentleman behind the counter he actually scoffed at the issue. Although then the two other workers in the room put on masks, although one was under his nose. Then one of the service people got into my car and drove it to the parking lot without a mask. The man that brought me the paperwork to discuss did have a mask on and was worn properly. The two stars are for the oil change which I assume was fine.

Good oil changes reasonable service is great

Other than a generic automated email, they never got back to me regarding a new vehicle purchase. I emailed and sent text messages, but no reply. So we took our cash elsewhere. Since then I have heard other ppl having issues with this dealership as well.

My Equinox broke down on the highway on a Saturday. Had the vehicle towed to Wheelers Chevy Dealer in Wisconsin Rapids. On Monday morning I spoke with service manager Ben Kuenne who told me they would try to identify my problem before days end, in which they did. Parts were ordered and scheduled into the shop the next week. The folks at the garage did an outstanding job as my car was ready to go on Thursday the following week. My brother picked up the car as I live out of state. He test drove it with no concerns, and got it ready for a roadtrip to the STL area. My husband had been looking for a truck for months. He found a 2017 GMC Sierra at Wheelers. We worked with Derek, but overall the whole team at Wheelers were great to work with. They worked with our bank and all we had to do was show up and sign the paperwork. Derek went over the touch screen/apps and the car was nicely detailed. We did notice a chip in the windshield that we did not recall seeing during the test drive. We were told the chip was repaired, but did question getting it replaced entirely due to the price tag and I knew it would drive my husband nuts. They checked with the manager and it was replaced through a glass dealer in Appleton where we live, no questions asked. This made our experience extra exceptional and would highly recommend them.

Bought a truck from them and they only left me 1/4 of a tank worth of gas in it. Took then over 3 days to detail it for me and they wouldn’t fix the seats or scratches on the windows, with it with out tint. When I’m spending over 25k on a truck, I kind expect it to look nice, be ready to take home, and have the gas to get home.

I happened to come across a vehicle that I was very interested in through Wheelers. My work schedule made it very difficult to find a time within their business hours to come test drive the vehicle. Caroline went above and beyond with accommodating both mine and my husbands schedule. Additionally, the business manager also made accommodations to allow for my husband and I to complete the financing paperwork without having to take time off of work. I never felt rushed when asking questions, discussing trade in, or negotiating prices. Staff offered to stay late to accommodate our schedules. The entire buying process took only 2 days and both Scott and Caroline answered every question and concern that came up. Caroline was very quick to respond to my emails and calls. No details were overlooked especially when talking with me about all of the features and options that the vehicle offered. She has checked in with me on several occasions since purchasing the vehicle to make sure everything was going well. About a week after purchasing my vehicle, I had a service light come on. They were able to fit me in basically anytime I could make work to assess and repair the issue. The service tech (gentleman at counter) assisted me with several questions I had about my vehicle and was more than willing to assist me. Came in for seatbelt extension. They checked my truck for proper extension. But grabbed the wrong one . Plugged into the seat side but not the door side. Tried to take out .... Wont come out of my truck so now they are ordering a new seatbelt. Will see what happens?

I worked with Josh Kramer and Trent, cannot remember the Financial managers name. Could not have been happier. I was given the keys to a couple of trucks to test drive while they looked at my trade in. Within 20 minutes I had chosen the truck I wanted and closed the deal. The trade amount they offered was fair and the discounts offered on the truck were deep. I went back the next day and finished with the financial manager quickly and Josh gave me a tour of the truck.

I had the greatest experience with Trent! Originally purchased my first car ever, a 2013 Nissan Rouge, to which we found out later that there was a major transmission issue.
