I have never complained about service before. Ive always tried to be grateful and respectful but I dont care much for being rude. Last month we made an appointment to have 3 rooms in our house done. We chose vinyl flooring. All the same in all 3 rooms. Nothing complicated. The young man came and took measurements and said he would get back to office and call or text me back. I wasnt concerned he didnt call back the first day or second but several days later I decided to call one morning. I was told he was busy and hed call me back. I never received a call. I consider this rude. If you didnt want my business you could have said something. We were not in any hurry to have this done. We told him it could be November or December at their convenience. Still puzzled by the lack of respect.

We replaced the flooring in our entire house. Carpet City was extremely helpful and patient while we debated between multiple carpet and LVP flooring selections. The installer did a wonderful job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Pat at Carpet City has top notch customer service. He was a pleasure to work with. If it was anyone else I wouldve given one less star, the installers seemed a little lax on getting the job done quickly and there were just a few things that needed to be buttoned up after they finished the first time. Our floors did turn out beautiful though. I will return to this company for my next flooring needs!

Pat was the gentleman that I was dealing with & he was great--very helpful & patient with me as it took me awhile to decide on the flooring that I was happy with. This carpet buying for our sunroom was the most pleasant experience I have had shopping in a long time. The sales woman was most experienced in her job ..Gave me the samples to choose from to take home. Came out and measured and arranged for the installation. (they also were excellent.) We are very happy with the service and selections Carpet City has. Living room carpeting next on the list!

We had a porch door and track removed so new carpet was installed in this location to match up with the original carpet in the adjoining room. The person installing the carpet was very professional. He was also flawless in matching the carpet design and took the time to make sure it was aligned perfectly, fiber to fiber. I would definitely recommend this company!
