Seem to be running low on Friskies canned cat food as there is limited (if any)flavor and type that my cats prefer, and the cost per can has gone up in price, although still a little cheaper than surrounding area stores. Guess thats to be expected, but I wonder for how long?

Tired of the Rapids store never having their deli wraps, salads & sandwiches stocked. Every single time I go there or make an order, that case is empty. When I worked at Plover, that was the first thing the openers had to do was make those if it was empty, & then we had to keep an eye on it the rest of the day & restock anything that got low, or make them again if they got completely empty. Rapids can never seem to do the same. And you cant blame it on not being able to get supplies because of covid, because Marshfield has theirs stocked & you guys have been letting it be like this since before covid started.

Customer service line is always ridiculously long with one person working who takes their time. Cashiers can’t even check gift card balances anymore, we’re told we HAVE to go to customer service. The service desk system is beyond slow, you go anywhere else and return processes are easy and painless but not at Walmart. Computers freeze up and makes the waiting time even longer.

One open register while several Walmart employees stand around watching the line grows longer...I refuse to do self checkouts..So dont even ask me to check myself out...I pay for service...And from the length of the line theres more than just me who dont check themselves out..

Nice clean store but always out of stock of alot of items.

I like it when Walmart has self checkout and this one does. Otherwise the checkout lines are always crazy long and it takes forever (or so it seems) to get out and be on my way when leaving Walmart. I usually can find what Im looking for as well as they do have a large selection of basically everything.

Rib Mountain Wausau Walmart sucks! There is more empty shelves than full. Guess I have to drive to get to a decent Walmart.

A great Walmart experience in wherever the eff this (pretty neat) town is. Very lovely people run a very clean store that had exactly the products I needed while I was on my road trip. I was thankful to find this Walmart, and glad they delivered on their usual promise of low prices on the right products in the right location.

Its just like every other Walmart nothing to great about it. If you need something its more than likely there.I do pick up orders and I always wish theyd give me less bags, its such a waste and I have to figure out how and when to recycle them properly.

Most Walmarts seem understaffed. This one doesnt. We were able to check out quickly. 👍

Cleanest floors in any Wal-mart Ive seen.Everything else was just a Wal-mart.

The stores card reader did not work. So it was a problematic visit. Bank confirmed my card was working so I suggest an upgrade.

Negative stars. Will never try to shop here again! Only business that for unknown reasons consistently denies my cards. They blame it on the bank, but the bank doesnt even show a attemp to run the card, so of course no record of denial.

Took my grandson to Walmart SuperCenter for antifreeze/coolant 50/50 mix, Windshield Washer Solvent/De-Icer, pair of Reebok shorts, toy car for grandson. Walmart met my needs. Ill continue to shop there. Only a 7-mile trip.

I stopped in the auto service department with tire troubles and everyone there was very polite and very helpful. They seemed a little disorganized but were real nice. I ended up having all 4 tires replaced because they were old and dry rotted with deep cracks and shifting belts. I got a set of better Goodyear tires for less than other places wanted for economy tires. A much better ride now!

Well stocked, and clean. Surprisingly enough registers open for a short wait to pay. Restrooms also clean.

I really like this store. Due to the fact that they arent afraid to open another register when lines get long, ( yes - its a Walmart ) it makes a nice end to your shopping 🛒. Plus I can always find someone if I need help ! ( Yes - it is a Walmart !!! )

Did not have Werthers Cinnamon Caramels, Sprecher Root Beer, nor Magnum White Chocolate ice cream. Trip was a bust.😬

I went there to get 2 tires changed. They said it would take 45 minutes. Hour n a half later it was done. There was a person that was ahead of me that had only an oil change n got done after me. I watched the workers walk around visiting instead of working. Come on Walmart get better workers.

Truck friendly for parking, nice staff, well stocked store, clean, and good hot food selection.

Understaffed but hard workers and most are friendly sometimes service is slower but you deal with it

I am not a big fan of Walmart, but this is my favorite location. It is clean and has lots of options. My only complaint is that there arent a lot of toddler boy clothes on hand. Still, considering that is the only complaint, I think that is a win!

Variety of merchandise is great. However, I had to ring the service bell several times, and talk to 3 different associates to get assistance in fabric.

Walmart is going down. Product break a lot, customer service is ok in some stores, cashiers are almost non existence.

Actually I would give it a half of one star. There is no help around. Very little staff on the floor empty shelves, usually leaving there a d buying what I want somewhere se or ordering elsewhere. Tired of wasting my time a d gas keep going g back to see if its in stock. Gas getting too expensive just like everything else.

Huge selection of products, reasonable prices, and excellent service at check-out.

Store has a lot of issues keeping food products and dairy products on shelves, dont know if its from lack of inventorie or lack of staff for stocking. Still hear rumors of going cashiers, if that happens, will look for different store to shop. I imagine the saving of staff will not result in lower prices.

I had a Curbside Pickup order and the service I received was great. The young man who brought my order out was very pleasant and timely. Even though I was early (came before my pickup time slot) he still put my order together quickly.As a mom of 3 boys (all under the age of 10) I would definitely recommend using theCurbside Pickup option for any of your Walmart needs.

Only one checker can you believe that one checker pretty soon theyre going to give us boxes to stock on the shelf since we have to check ourselves out I know I know they cant hire anybody well maybe if they play them a decent salary people would work for him

Just a typical day when going to Walfart. Never enough registers open. 4 days out of 6 and each time there were spots on the shelves that were empty, but overflow product on top shelf and 2 of the days there were people stocking the shelves.I went in around 9:30pm one night and by the time I was ready to check out there was only the self checkout registers open. I really dont like going through those registers because I dont want to be taking someone elses job away. I am there as a customer not an employee so I grabbed the 2 items that I really needed and left the rest sit in the cart and checked myself out.

Long lines to check out. Floor people are not helpful. Plus having a woman worker yell at me for not wearing a mask. She is always rude. Saying I am spreading Covid, I am killing people. I am self centered. Next time I go in I am recording her and will file a lawsuit. I will not be talked to or treated that way.

Workers were very rude and asked for help from 1 female and 2 male workers they rolled there eyes and walked away. The amount of disrespect was very annoying

Very busy when I was there, but the other shoppers were all very polite and considerate. I was impressed how well people managed to do their business without obstructing the area for others.

Worst pharmacy. If you want your scripts mailed out to you. Dont waist your time. Plenty of other pharmacies out there.

It was cool. Only had ONE Silk Soy Milk though like every other WalMart in existence.Wth WalMart? Get it together. You have DOZENS of regular dairy milks all aligned neatly in the milk section but only like one or two for us non-dairy people.Unimpressed for sure WM, unimpressed.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Waited for an hour and a half to get a return. Single register open for returns and a line that got up to 10 people before they started leaving. I couldnt because they wouldnt give me my item back to try and return it at a later date. Meanwhile other employees are just starting at us in line.

Didnt have what I was looking for today, nobody at the jewelry counter, again. But, I got a few things I needed.

So easy, makes me feel safer with no contact pick up. Staff are always friendly. All groceries are always packed nicely with fragile items on top. I am so happy for this service!

Had items on sale shelves that werent on sale, then tried to blame me and refused to call back to electronics to check. Tried to cheat me, left the items in the store!

One hour photo department not good at all. Was told 3 different times when my photos would be ready, the 3rd time I came back, after 2 hours, and they hadnt even started to print them. I just cancelled my order . Wasted 3 hours waiting for 1 hour photo development that I never got printed. Very disappointed!

Its a nice clean store. I wish that they would keep more checkers open. I am not a fan of self checking.

My husband and I both purchased prescription eyeglasses. When we went to pick them up we were very rudely treated. I wanted to purchase accessories and even though we had an appointment, and I requested to be able to purchase accessories,we weren’t allowed in to the optical area. I’m wheelchair bound and was handed my newly purchased glasses in the walkway outside the optical area and a mirror was sat where I was unable to see into it. Other customers were allowed in. I feel like I was discriminated against do to being handicapped.. I’m thoroughly disgusted at the way we were treated and after years of using the optical department I will go elsewhere .

I saw I am pretty sure security guy by the women’s clothing watching a lady at self checkout. Tough times fir many people. After she was done checking out, I approached her and offer to pay for her groceries. Funny the customer was black 🤨

The aisles tend to be a bit of a mess at times. The staff is friendly though and very helpful. Overall a good Walmart to meet all your shopping needs.

Walmart is a great store for purchasing food but not so much clothing wise. I am personally one to either ordee clothes or go to stevens point, but i was currently at this store to buy last minute clothes for my trip to florda and there was absolutely no options or any clothes that were in style. Something i hope walmart will improve on is getting more efficient in style clothing options. Overall this store is pretty great.

The inexpensive bath towels not available we use for Health care kits our church sends overseas. (dark colors) These are my concerns. Otherwise I enjoy shopping at Walmart.

All the workers we verry helpful. The store was spotless!! Every shelf was stocked. Great produce area. Not like Pick N Save. Also the lady in the red Chevy suv in the parking lot that help me load my things into my Excape, THANK YOU!! It was 5 Above 0 and she was so kind to help me.

Only go there out of necessity. Many people not wearing masks or if they are they do not cover their nose. Wish we had more options for shopping.

I have asked for the store manager 2 times when something rang up wrong. Both times someone else was sent. Not the manager. The top kahuna. The manager Troy. I guess none of the employees know who you are. Maybe because you are walking around looking important, but you really are not. I guess it’s time to call main office.

Only got a 3 star because I was in and out quickly but customer service was very poor many employees standing around no one wanted to help, had to wait for an associate to get done with another customer to get the locked up items needed.

Not terrible but the parking lot is very hard to navigate in the winter due to where yhey stack the snow.

Placed a curbside order at 12:30 for pick up at 6pm. Got there at 6 and it wasnt ready. I called to see when it would be ready and was told they didnt know. They said I could wait until it was ready with no idea how long that would be, cancel the order or reschedule pick up for a different day AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I then called the store number and spoke with a manager and was told it would be out in 10 minutes or less. That she would finish it herself. After another 40 minutes they finally brought it out. WORST experience ever. I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN. .

My daughter wanted a pair of hiking boots @Walmart. Her size was not available ANYWHERE! But @the WR store, Mary/from Shoe Dept held them till I could drive to get them. Also very helpful was Dylan in Pick-up/Delivery!!! 2 amazing employees who will be making my child very happy AND her Mom, ME!!!

Everything you would expect from a walmart. They dont let you use the water fountains at the moment just a heads up. But they have a good selection of fresh produce. Also stop by the missing childrens board near the restrooms. Its important to bring awareness and attention so hopefully they will be found...
