The folks at Varsity Lincoln Collision Center made the entire experience of getting major body work done on my F-150 as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Haley at the front desk was super friendly and communication during the project was excellent from Tim. When I finally picked my truck up, both Dominic and Tim took me over the work to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the shop (entire bed, bumper/hitch and rear back glass were replaced). I would recommend Varsity Lincoln for any body work people need to get done!

Dominic and Haley were exceptional in their dealing with my Mercedes Benz and working on repairing body work. The final quote was almost $1k less than what was original quoted. When asked about the difference, Dominic was very thorough and detailed regarding the work they ended up doing and what was different then originally anticipated. Not often, if at all, you get that type of honesty from a body shop. Was pleased with the work done more important, was tremendously pleased with their professionalism, timeliness, and honesty. Varsity did a great job with collision repair on my car.

I chose this facility because of the proximity to my home and the Enterprise rental office on site. Although the repair took a couple of days longer than expected, I was very pleased with the work performed. As you can see from the photos, they restored the front end to excellent condition, even going so far as to remove some preliminary rust on the hoods edge and repaint, which was obviously unrelated to the accident. I would return to Varsitys Collision Center in the future but I hope I wont need to!

My son backed into a tree with my Navi and damaged the rear taillight assembly and liftgate. I brought it to VLCC and couldnt be more pleased with the finished product and the service I received.As a matter of fact, I am dropping off my Audi next week to have the rear panel fixed after my wife backed into it in the driveway.With VLCC I have a great place to get my car fixed, but does anyone know of a good optometrist for my family!!?? ; ))

Was turned away due to high volume even though my claim was put through by State Farm and I was already in queue to receive services AND, was one of only two customers on site. Receptionist was polite and cordial but I am still at a loss as to why I was not helped.

My bumper and muffler were rear ended and the paint job came out flawless; now my car is purring on its way. Perfect job! Thanks so much VARSITY!!!

I took my car to Varsity Lincoln Ford Collision Center for my windshield to get replaced. Very warm feeling as soon as I walked in. Especially for being a woman. I was immediately greeted by Erika and Jennifer. Great, kind and extremely helpful and informative gals they have as receptionists! Once I had my windshield information taken care of, I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. Complying with my wishes, when I picked up my car I was again taken well care of. I asked who took care of my oil change and tires and was told it was Brandon. Thank you VLF for having such great team members! Should need be, I will return for further maintenance to my car. I also will definitely recommend your services and people for an outstanding and satisfying job!

I used varsity Lincoln to repair accident damage on my ford escape. Timothy Brennan helped me through the entire process. He was able to give me a great quote and had my car in and out within a week. The experience was great. Parts were ordered, called me to bring the car in. Finished one day ahead of the estimated day of completion. Emailed us every day to report the progress. The car was washed and cleaned inside. Every aspect of the process exceeded expectations.

Had my F-150 in there because of a hit and run. They took outstanding care of my truck and myself. Got me in and out quick, did a great job on the truck and even dropped it off while I was on a business trip. They are the definition of amazing customer service.

My Aviator had extensive damage in front and back. The car looks and drives like new. The interior was very clean when I picked it up.There was good communication throughout the repair.

I got in an accident in my 2019 Ram and my insurance agent highly recommended I take it to Varsity Lincoln. At first, everything was going great. Jen at the front desk got everything taken care of, they got me into a rental car, and they had the work done within 2 weeks. However, when I picked up my truck, it was not running correctly at all. The fans sounded like they came out of a semi truck, the transmission was not shifting into 8th gear on the freeway, and was not idling smooth at a stop. I brought it back the next day and they said they would take care of it. Jen was amazing with taking it back in, and getting me into another rental (she is the only reason I am leaving a 2 star review) but Kurt was kind of rude when I brought it back. I took a video of what the transmission was doing and his response was “yeah, it did that but went away”. A year old truck should not have a rough idle after all the work was completed. He brushed off the video and said he will get it done. Picked the truck up two days later after they added trans fluid and cleaned the fans and immediately got on the freeway, didn’t shift into 8th at all and the fans kicked on and somehow were even louder. My truck went from 22 mpg on the freeway down to 15 after they repaired everything and it drives absolutely horrible. Not even going to bother bringing it back to them and dealing with it again. The truck is now getting traded in and you better believe it won’t be at Varsity Lincoln!

I had to repair small chips on the hood and on the front bumper, painting, basically. They also replaced my windshield. Job was done okay. I specifically asked them not to attach back the camera mount. I went to pick up my car. Surprise! Camera mount was attached.Started to drive on the highway... the side plastic tabs on the frame, installed with the windshield, started to flip because of the wind...Returned the car. They acknowledged it and hold the car there for another day. Now I live in Ann Arbor, and picked this shop because of reputation.Second time in a row, I asked them NOT to installed back the camera mount. One day later, thanks God the windshield was properly attached, camera mount attached.One day later I found that camera is not powered. Connection tabs looks bent, attachment cable is in an angle.They offer to send somebody over to pick the car up. WOULD YOU TRUST TO GIVE THEM YOUR CAR anymore??? It is a sport car, who knows what could happen this time. Fortunately I found the mount on the internet to buy. $20, not a big deal, but definitely they lost me as a customer. I will not recommend anymore to anybody, and they willnot see my face there, ever!

Outstanding service. I recently had repairs done on a Dodge Ram. Even with it not being a Ford brand vehicle I still received top quality service. They even had a loaner for me. There was a minor issue after I picked up my truck... they gave me ZERO problems about it. Didnt ask any questions, gave me another loaner, and got my truck back to me the next day. Got my car repaired here and it was a great experience! They estimated 9-10 days for repair, but It only took 6 days. They also detailed it and washed my car! Ive gotten my car repaired at other shops and they never took the time to do that. Excellent work and professional employees. Also, enterprise is connected to their building so its really convenient. I have been using Varsity Lincoln for a few years now, back in February I got in a bad accident and they sent a tow truck to my location immediately.I rented a nice focus.My Jeep was fixed in no time and I was back on the road!Cyrrah and Dominic are a fantastic team and never waste my time like so many other places have.I have been in almost every other week recently helping my friends get estimates and body damage fixed. Went in to get an estimate for repairs needed on my vehicle, when I walked in I noticed one of the employees not wearing a mask while everyone else in the office was. I asked one of the girls at the reception desk what the managers name was and she said Rudy, who just so happened to be the man not wearing a mask.That is not only unprofessional, that man willingly risked my safety and the safety of those coming in and out of the building. I will not return to this business.

I brought my car to Varsity recently. Needed a lot of bodywork after accident. I was helped by Dominic who was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything regarding my car and insurance so I could understand. He made the experience stress-free. I even got updates while they had my car, and most importantly,....my car looked like new when I picked it up!! I definitely recommend this shop and make sure you ask for Dominic!

I have used the body shop at Varsity every time I needed body repair or painting. I have always left happy and feeling I received value. Most repairs I have had done were minor. I was always pleased with the staff and the time it took to repair those small dings and scratches. I must say when I had a major accident I did not think anyone could put it back together again. I was wrong. The crew at Varsity put it back together. My family could not tell the car was in the accident. It was a repair that my adjuster said could only be performed by the best in the business. Thats Varsity! Thank you, Im back on the road and I feel as safe in my car as the day I bought it.

I went to this shop hoping that A) it was representing the Lincoln brand and B) being a dealer related shop with higher than average prices they’d do high quality work, or at least better than average. I had very light/minor damage to my front bumper. Less than a year later the paint looks terrible and is cracking. When I picked it up I had water in my headlight that I never had before, a nail in my tire, and the front grill was gapped with poor fitment. Overall poor service. Not to mention a dirtier car than when I dropped it off and long turn around time. Take my advice; Your neighbors kid who is taking body repair classes in high school would care more and do better quality work in his garage.

I lease all my vehicles from Varsity Lincoln and unfortunately I have been in several accidents. Because I have Lincoln vehicles I ONLY go to this Collison shop for repairs. They are very courteous and professional. The quality of work is exceptional! They have Enterprise rentals on site if needed. They take care in making sure your car returns clean and free from and damage or stains from repairs. The last several times that my car was in for repairs it was completed and delivered back to me on the date promised.

I cant speak to the quality of the actual work this shop does, because I never got that far. The woman in their body shop was so rude I could not bring myself to give them my business. I dont need to speak with Susie Sunshine. However, I dont expect to be scoffed at and treated like they could care less about earning my business. Customer Service is just not this ladies calling. Not quite a people person, or even close to it for that matter. No worries, there are plenty of other shops out there who I can work with, and bonus theyre capable of interacting with me without having an attitude.

Had some issues after repairs were done but it looks like it was something that was missed. They worked with me to get this issue taken care of. They offer a free loaner if you print their website that has the offer on it and mention it when you bring it in.

Overall customer experience was underwhelming. I had extensive front end damage back in January. They had my car for about a month and were friendly and somewhat communicative through the process. Once I got my car back though, I immediately noticed a difference and have had to bring my car back, now, 5 seperate times. (For things that were simple, like not ever putting a dipstick back into my car, to, more serious things like my struts and transmission acting funny) Throughout the last several months, I have only grown more frustrated with their interpersonal skills, timeliness and communication. I finally called my insurance company, and made a complaint with them about the body shop.

*update 3.0*Stop telling me my car will be ready if youre not going to make good.Ive gone back and forth on my opinion of Varsity Lincoln Collision and Ive reached the end of my patience. They have had my car for over six weeks (originally quoted 22 days), missed four different dates for completing the work, and regularly failed to communicate anything about the status of the work. I cannot wait to get my car back so that I never have to think about going near this shop again.I dont care how good they do the work, I will not ever go back here.Never received an update on the completion of work (they had more than 20 days to call, text, email, or update a website) until I called the ship on the estimated day of completion to learn that the car wouldnt be ready for at least two more days.They did provide a free loaner for the extra days but hours after they told me my car wouldnt be ready their website still lists an inaccurate completion time.Disappointed because the work had previously been good quality.

My husband had been there on a Friday to talk to someone about fixing our car so I went there the next Monday to drop it off. The lady sitting on the left was not busy so I approached her and explained my husband had been there, talked to someone and even got an estimate so I told her I was there to drop the car off. She replied she didnt have any information on the computer and I couldnt just go there to drop off and leave. Thats when thing started to get ugly. I tried to explain to her that since we had a paper with an estimate that means someone got the information about our car so I asked her what do you need from me because Im on my lunch break so I cant stay here all day. Gave her all the info and still waited there one hour for her to give me what papers she needed me to sign. Apart from that she was extremely rude and even though I had told her I needed to go she kept saying you cant just come here and ask someone to jump and expect them to do that. Lesson learned! Not coming to this place anymore whatever I need to get done with my car.

I was rear-ended and had to bring my VW Jetta here because USAA no longer collaborates with Brighton Ford, where I usually take my car for body work. Thankfully, my car was driveable.Varsity was supposed to get hold of me to set up an appointment to bring my vehicle in for service. I waited A MONTH for a phone call until I finally called them. They told me they had my paperwork and they werent sure why no one called me. We dropped the car off the next day.When I walked in, the girl at the desk didnt acknowledge me and ignored me until I said I was there for service. She looked for my paperwork and then told me she didnt have anything. I said that USAA confirmed that they had the paperwork. She then asked for my keys and promptly walked out the door while I stood there with no clue as to what was going on. She returned, had me initial a form regarding previous damage, then told me I was all set. I asked regarding the free rental car that I pay USAA for and she told me to go to the other building. We walked outside, got in my boyfriends car and went driving.At the other building (that was attached to Varsity and we could have easily walked through the building to) I was told that they had absolutely no vehicles. Seeing as how it was just a rear bumper that needed to be replaced, I sucked it up and figured it would take a couple days at most to fix.My vehicle went in on the 9th. I received a voicemail on the 15th saying that they hoped my car would be ready by the 18th. The 18th came and went and I finally called today (the 22nd) to see the state of my vehicle. I spoke with the same woman who left me the voicemail a week prior and she said they they called me on the 18th. They most certainly did not, there was no phone call and no voicemail left on the 18th.The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my car was fixed correctly and the interior of my vehicle was vacuumed and cleaned. In the future I will drive out of my way to go to a better place. My parents have leased their vehicles from Varsity Novi/Wixom for years and have been very happy, it is unfortunate that the Collison Center could not meet my expectations.

Took multiple visits until they could fit my car in (bumped was scraped on delivery from varsity). Was given a loaner car that was a base Fiesta. Terrible drive. Finally got my car back only to find they didnt install the bumper correctly, and while they repainted the bumper they got in and out of my car leaving several paint stains on the interior. Never returning

Seemed as I knew more about body work and buffing out scuffs than the person giving me my estimate. Absolutely cannot stand when people, men mainly, see a woman approaching and automatically assume that I know nothing.
