Just wanted to say that Jamal is the best (at the Wixom store). I went in to look for duct tape to attempt to attach my Carwash-torn side view mirror that was hanging somewhat on my door. Jamal said Ill take a look for you and without hesitation taped it for me! He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I told my brother, who told my 2 uncles, who both thought it was pretty great. I will always go to AutoZone ! Thank you Jamal !

The two older men who were working didnt wanna help me when I asked for help with windshield wipers. They both said there were helping someone but I was the only one there at the time with my boyfriend. So I said that thats fine I can wait. And then the guy goes ugh well here give me a few minutes and Ill help you. He was being nice when he did help me though.

Sold me the wrong starter which chewed up my brand new fly wheel and wouldnt even refund the purchase. Another store had to fix their mistake and no call back from store manage, district manager or corporate email. They do not care about customers and are probably too short staffed to train people how to fix mistakes.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is clean and its easy to find what you need, but the staff is knowledgeable to help you with any questions.

Had all the right parts bent over backwards to make it right

Wasted my time. Called in the morning for a very specific part and they guy said they had it no problem. I make the 40 minute drive out to get it and they didn’t have it. Absolute joke.

Lady at the counter was helpful, but, I was surprised no one could help me switch a light bulb cause it is too complicated.

Poor customer service. Don’t have parts needed to do a repair. Sales person on his personal cell phone personal call while trying to ring up customers. Not talking to you or helping you just plan rude and disrespectful will never go to auto zone again.

The store is a joke! Theyre very close to my work so I really want them to be good and theyre just not. Everytime I call them its something, I have yet to have a good interaction with them. Just keep driving if you need auto parts. Id rather shop for auto parts at Bed Bath & Beyond, it would be less frustrating.

Anytime I need a part or fluid in a hurry they have come through for me.

Nothing is ever in stock, nothing on the shelves. The employees don’t know anything, not polite or helpful. The store is always dirty.

Helped me trouble shoot a bad 12V battery. didnt try to simply sell me stock. told me about lead-acid vs AGM. reminded me to check my warranty on 23k mile car.

Battery went dead. Called them to see if they had a replacement, yes they did and they put the new battery in took the old on as a core replacement.Good people fast service.

This AutoZone is never busy the people are always ready to help. Whoever stocks the store does a great job.

What a horrible customer service. Had a question so waited in line till the person checked out in front of me and after that the dude with the glasses kept answering phone calls while I’ve been standing there for 10mins right in front of him. Also the older lady who works there had no mask on and when I asked for help, she just pointed towards their hardware section and told me to go look. Never going into this or any autozone anymore. I would say my experience might be because of my brown skin but I don’t even wanna get into that. Learn to treat all customers same that’s all I have to say.

Waste my time and hundreds dollars of money. got the wrong parts even it says for my vehicle. wow ill never go there unless i buy air fresheners or something. jfc

Just have to say the guys at autozone spent the extra time today to make sure that not only the battery was replaced, but they went above and beyond when my car still wouldnt start to make sure it did! Thanks again for all your help!

Im not sure who was working when I went in but he was awesome! He was very helpful in finding what kind of windshield wiper replacement I needed for my car and after, he even offered to put it on for me which I think is just top notch customer service. It was a fast and helpful visit.

Knowledgeable people and most parts are in store but in the rare case its not they usually can get the part within 24 hours.

BEWARE- This place double charges your debit card! Upon calling and speaking with the manager, he said that they were having “computer issues” and that I should contact my bank because there was nothing he could do. RIDICULOUS! Never going to this location again!

I agree, they pick who they want to help.Worker was checking an engine light in the parking lot. I waited, then asked if she could check my engine light. She said I have someone in front of you. NO PROBLEM. I followed her into the store. She talked to the manager he said all of a sudden it is busy, I have a truck in, I have to put a battery in etc.She said do you want me to put it in? That told me she had no one in front of me, she was trying to find something else to do.When I got to the counter, the manager said I would have to wait because the person was putting a battery in.I was in line for over 10 minutes while the customer with the battery was checking out. The engine light could have been checked while the lady with the battery was paying etc.

Spoke with Pattie and she was very rude over the phone, seems like she hates her job and people... Was on hold for 10 mins and a very nice young lady name Amanda was able to help me with what I need.. I was there twice on 06/17/18. And I was not pleased with their service. The new manager, did not even look me in the eyes when I was speaking with him. He was not helpful, and I felt discounted. I saw a badge stating customer service, and was quite surprised. Though six months ago I was in the store and the manger at that time went above and beyond to help me.

He put my battery in for me with no probs..fast service

Wish i could give -stars. This is the absolute worse place to get parts...the staff is rude slow and know nothing. I just came from there. 3 people working 1 told me be right you.then disappeared.1 was doing god knows what. The other was talking with a hot girl with shorts on about horses and partying.(couldnt blame him)but I stood around for a few and decided to leave when i did another employee pulled up taking both handicap parking spots. This isnt the 1st time things like this have happened there. At least 2 other times. The night shift is even worse. My advice is go to OReillys. Or at least head to south lyon. Service is better there.

Most of the employees know nothing about cars, cannot help with trouble shooting or part help. I have been sold the wrong part twice from this store and then had someone at the desk lie to my face when I tried to get help after buying a part from them. Will never go back to this location
