What an incredible service! My husband was in a small accident and they were out quickly to clear his car remove it from an embankment, and tow it back to their lot. They were so easy to work with when our servers through Ford requested to have the car released to them so that it could be transported by a Ford towing company over to our mechanic. Not only is the service just incredible but the people who work there are so nice and so helpful!

This place is a life saver, very professional honest and quick service, my Kenworth tow truck got stuck in a customers backyard while hooking up another car, I was stuck so bad to the point I thought I could never get out, I called 3 different companies before calling magnum towing and they all avoided to come out except magnum, they were there in less than 20 minutes did their job very professionally without damaging my equipment and charged me so fairly instead of taking advantage of me, I could say a lot more, this is the perfect place to call for all your towing services emergency or not give them a call.

Had a real nightmare scenario while moving. Car had a transmission failure on the highway which left me stranded in the middle of the state. In the middle of waiting for almost an hour for my insurance to figure out how to get me towed and if I qualified, I hung up on them and found this company. They responded immediately, and sent someone out within 30 minutes of my call. They charged a very competitive fee for the tow and offered to take a look at it for repairs after dropping my truck off.They told me it wasnt worth getting repaired due to how much it would be, and they let me hold it at their facility without sticking me with a huge storage bill while I figured out how to sell my car for scrap.Magnum will work with you and arent out to scam you out of your money. Great location, great owner, and a great business!

My tow driver - Ron, was amazing. After the first tow company gave up, my insurance company sent Ron from Magnum Towing. This was not an easy tow. Ron was creative and patient. He answered all my questions and was never condescending. As a woman, dealing with car issues is something I dread. And Ron was very professional. He truly went above and beyond. Id highly recommend this company!

It took longer than expected for the driver to arrive, but he was very friendly and efficient. He also was very careful loading and unloading our classic car on the flatbed.

Jake was very thoughtful about how to hook up my car and was cautious in doing so, attempting to not cause any further damage.My insurance company did not give him all the details of the incident so he was kind of shocked once he arrived and saw the situation. Called at 3:00pm, was told 2 hours, driver was there in less than 2 hours, Ron loaded my truck on to his flatbed & followed me to my house, when unloading he took precautions so the damaged suspension components did not damage my newer driveway when unloading my truck.. The driver Jeff was very awesome and polite. He called me a couple of times to make sure he had located my car and made sure it ended up at the repair facility and made sure to text me once it was there. I had a blowout and was stranded on the interstate. in waiting for my insurance company to show up with their tow company for 90 minutes, Jake from Magnum saw me on the side of the road, pulled up and towed me from where I was to my mechanic. Fair prices and good conversation. i would hope to never need their services again... but if life serves that dish again, I know who I am calling first!!!!

Unfortunately I needed to have a car towed after an accident left a car unable to be driven. Josh called to say he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, and got the car on the truck quickly. This tow was arranged by my insurance company but Id use Magnum again if I needed to arrange a tow on my own.

I got stranded at Walmart with a car full of groceries and my roadside assistance placed a call to Magnum Towing to come pick up my car. From the time I called customer service until the truck showed up was excellent. The tow truck driver, Jeff, was very friendly, super helpful and expedient. For starters it was our first time in Michigan and our truck broke down . The driver just happen to be at the gas station we were at . He was clearly very experienced and handled the situation very well. Tried to give it a jump at first wouldnt work, planned to tow it while I got in contact with dealership and my AAA representative. He spent his time tryin to help me get the truck in neutral and was very good at maneuvering the tight spot right next to a gas pump, back and forth til the truck was on the bed and taken to the dealer ! They came out in 20 minutes after waiting for 2 hours because the first towing service (Bryant Auto Group) hit the delete button by mistake and didn’t tell anyone. The driver Josh was very helpful and professional.

My husband‘s car broke down In the drive way blocking my car . We called our roadside they said somebody will be on the way within the next 30 min. 3 hours later the 1st tow truck showed up. Couldnt do nothing unprofessional and dont have any clue how to tow a car got stuck on park . 1 Hour 15 min later the second tow truck showed up and the same story till we received a phone call from eli at MAGNUM TOWING Telling us that he will be here in 15. Very knowledge person funny professional and smart . we did not see what he did but all what i can say is that the tires where rolling no damages on our drive way or on the car what so ever.
