Ive been a metro customer for over 8 years. Just moved to the area so I went to this location for the first time to buy a new phone. The store was very clean. And the manager Frankie was very kind and knowledgeable, super friendly guy. I got the phone I wanted, and got hooked up with a case and screen protector. Would highly recommend this location. The most painless and, actually, pleasant experience switching to Metro PCS and getting a new phone. Our customer service rep Frankie got us signed up, data transferred, questions answered enthusiastically, and on our way within a reasonably short period of time.Frankie was knowledgeable, knew the products, and told us the fine points of what we needed to know. His customer service skills are outstanding, and he held forth with eager friendliness. This is the kind of service, as well as attractive product deals, that will embolden us to tell others about them.Very grateful here.

This establishment is turning people away for not wearing a mask. The EO regarding masks is NOT a law. A law is passed in Michigan when a bill is introduced in either the state House or state Senate and passed in both, then it moves on to the governor to sign or veto, then and only then does it become a law. Even the governors EO says there are 9 EXEMPTIONS to wearing a mask. This store ignores that provision regardless of the hardship it causes on customers that have medical reasons for not being able to wear a mask. I think the management of this store should be ashamed of themselves.. This is a stain on the reputation of Metro PCS in general and will not be forgotten by the residents of Michigan.

Frankie helped me in a very sticky situation, he helped me very quickly and efficiently and is very straight to the point. He got me in and out of the store and had my problem I had been dealing with for months fixed within 10 minutes. I would recommend the service, I would recommend Frankie and I most definitely would recommend the store 100%.

Hi. Owner said I had to leave because i didnt have mask on. I said it was a medical exemption per the governors recent order. I even offered to stand outside until he was done with his current customer. But that was not good enough for him.And he also said I dont have papers! Well he didnt ask me for any. And besides, where does he think he is? THIS IS NOT GERMANY, WE DONT DO PAPERS HERE!!!

We have been metro users for many years now but, if denying service to your paying customers is going to be your new thing, because of an illegal executive order, then we are going to have to look for another carrier!!!!!!Signed, A PAYING CUSTOMER

The service I had was great

I could tell just by calling them the first time that this was a quality team to serve their customers. I was with Metro for 13yrs, and regretfully went to AT&T. So eagerly we will be coming back to Metro PCS. Big motivation is pricing and data and quality of service that Metro PCS provides. I was actually told by a customer service agent from the AT&T NOVI STORE, That the reason they no longer do transferring data from one phone to another even if you already are a AT&T CUSTOMER. When I asked why they do this is to save AT&T money and make it easier so the customer does not have to wait in the store, and the money saved is for AT&TS recent buy out of Turner.I say all this because when my AT&T replacement phone arrived and the 4hr, nightmare started. First off its a outside company that does a WIFY TRANSFER instead of in store. Twice during the SMART SWITCH the signal was lost and I now have half data on one as the other. Best part of all this is being thanked for being the best part of AT&T. I cannot wait to return back home to Metro PCS.

Im not the one to write reviews about anything to be honest. But this cell phone store was by far the best store i have ever been in. Right when i walked in the store was spotless cleanest cell phone store hands down smelled amazing. Very nice people running the store clean dressed came to the store wanting to switch carriers the person i did business with Frankie was very aware of what he was saying and everything he was saying actuate he wasnt just trying to make a sale he gave me a great deal on speakers and bluetooth not a rip off at all. I went to another metro store and just asked them the same questions and the workers didnt know half of what frankie knew and they tried to over charge me. So i made metropcs store in wixom my home store and i sent all my family to them very clean and honest people thank you so much frankie and team metro wixom for making it easier for me and my family i hope you see this

It was suggested for me to get the Galaxy 5 on for my needs usually the other places try to sell you the most expensive cell phone around but they didnt just what I use and needed was it totally satisfied
