Absolutely horrible customer service regarding existing customers. Expect a long wait time if you have any issues with their software. Also prepare to be given the run around on how to resolve an open technical support ticket. If you can get your software from a different company I would definitely recommend it .

I spent a week here for CMM programming classes. Wonderful facility and professional staff. Highly recommend for those seeking to improve their knowledge of CMM programming.
