But seeing the covid-19 has got everybody screwed up in the supply area they are out of certain things that have not been stocked or restocked. And I have a job coming up that needs special attention and special tools that I used to get from Detroit sponge. But now they no longer carry them in stock. But in there catalog supplies magazine it is still listed on the pages in between the ordering process. They should update their catalog or at least put it on the website that theyre theyre no longer carrying them products. I had a big order today $2,500 ÷An 10 things on my list in the top 3 things were not on their list so Im taking my business elsewhere.

Two main problems!! 1st- After paying for the items, I receive a call that the PO Box is not an address I can have things sent to. Thats okay, but I informed the person on the phone that the physical address is not secure because we have things and mail stolen. He assured me that they can state on the invoice signature required, but instead they put no signature. I saw this on the final invoice and I called back and said signature required, they assured me they spoke with UPS to say signature required. Long story story they left it at my door with no signature.2nd- They messed up the order, I only ordered three things. 2- 3 section 20ft poles and some window rubbers. I paid extra for the over sized shipping and received only 1 of the extension poles. But of course, they sent me a catlog:) So great!

I ordered a Moerman Fliq pad recently, which showed up without the clips that are needed. Jamie followed up promptly regarding my concerns and went above and beyond in making up for the error. I highly recommend this company for all of your window cleaning needs.

Wow... these guys run and operate a business like you should. I ordered a couple new channels (Morman) and really wanted to try out the rubber so I got a 10 and a 14 inch channel. And when you order a channel it comes with the stock rubber. I normally run Ettore rubber so I wanted to try out the Morman rubber. When I opened the box and went out to a job to use my new channel there was a little tiny nick in the rubbers edge. So I emailed them letting them know. Come to find out a little box on my porch from them with a brand new Morman rubber in it... I live in Spokane Washington.
