Unfortunately, AC Moore arts and crafts will be closing its doors in 10 days. So sad. This was the best place to get all your arts and crafts accessories and they will be missed greatly. Thank you AC Moore arts and crafts you have been the best.

Without a doubt, one of the most pleasant places to shop PERIOD! In all my years coming, Ive never had one even sub-par visit. No matter what in looking for they take care of me... Even if that means they have to send you somewhere else to satisfy your need. They truly are a perfect place for the art and craft(er) in all of us!!!

I actively looked for employees to help me and couldn’t find anyone for like 10 minutes. The cashier wasn’t very nice either. The place was clean (much nicer than the one in the Liberty Tree Mall), so that’s a plus I guess. And they have great deals on Crayola products like.. almost always.

Havent been to one of their stores in a very long. Today was my trip there, & l must say this was the absolute BEST A.C. Moores lve been to!!The staff as well as other consumers were so very helpful, patient, polite & unstandering w/ not only myself (who is disabled & is on crutches) but also w/ my mother who is wheelchair bound.I cant thank the store employees, management team, & everyone we met there enough for being so kind & truly made the day just a little bit better for us. :)

Good Place to great Crafts and for Different Crafting Ideas. Prices are a little on the High side. However; Still an Awesome Place to go to get Crafting Projects and Ideas. They offer Different Crafting Classes for Kids too.

Come stock up on craft supplies, or find something new to try. I Used to love to go shopping at A.C. Moore and pick up more yarn or look through the holiday decorations. I am a bit dissapointed in the variety as the store has started to become more of a toy store and holiday decoration store than a craft supply shop. I would like to see more space used towards craft supplies and less on toys, stuffed animals, already completed decorations, candy, and other such items.

Crafters delight! Large well organized store. They carry everything from silk flowers to yarn and everything in between. Make sure you arm yourself with the latest coupon, there is usually one good for 40- somtimes50% off one item. If you forget the coupon you can bring if up on your phone and they will scan it that way. But. Please dont hold up the line the cashiers and customers will appreciate that.

Went in to buy tee shirt to make a costume. Ask if they sold hats and they didnt have what I wanted so she suggested making a felt hat and googling how to do it. Very happy with their store

It has so many craft items for adults & children. Decorative items seasonal. Jewelry making. More items than I can name. A rewards program is available, 1 that costs $, the other has benefits but no cost. They also have clearance & %off items. Also picture frames and toys/ games. If you engage in any craft activities it is the place to check out first.

Love deals on crafts and stuff! The store was very clean and organized but unfortunately there isnt price checker Weird but Thankfully the staff is very helpful with that. Enjoyed my time there! Ps. Love the Huge parking lot!😍😍😍

I’m a frequent shopper at this store and do love it since I usually find what I’m looking for. However, every time I am at check out, there is often some issue about the use of coupons. I recently bought some tealights and was told I couldn’t use my 55% off coupon? They weren’t even a sale item and I’ve always used them in the past. Also, this store does not allow you to use both 55% off one item and 25% off entire purchase coupons together but when I read their coupon policy, it said you could use both so I don’t understand what the problem is? Seems like they just don’t like customers taking advantage of their discount programs and/ or using coupons on certain items. It’s so frustrating.

They gave me my bag, but when I got home $40 worth of merchandise was not in it (paint brushes, etc.). I can understand an occasional error like this, but when I called to ask about it the associate who took my call kept talking over me when I tried to tell her what was missing. Then I said I couldnt come back to the store right away because its far from my home. I asked if they would hold it for me. She said yes and asked for my name, but when I went back the next week my items had been returned to the shelves. They apologized but didnt offer to make it right in any way. They said I could go get the items myself. Instead I asked for a refund. Additionally, I discovered that my A.C. Moore card rewards were being credited to someone else. Last, the entryway is consistently dirty, and the store itself was messy 2/3 of the times I visited. I wont go out of my way to go here again.

They have some convenient supplies for projects and gifts, but it is somewhat difficult to navigate through the store

I love AC Moore usually but this store is a mess. The cashiers are slow and never know what their doing and Theres always a line that takes forever. They never change their products to go with trends. Better off going to the Michaels in Stoneham.

Several people waiting to check out, only one cashier at 2pm on Tuesday 8/15/17. The customer before me bought one item and paid with a 100 dollar bill. Cashier had trouble figuring correct change. My turn, finally: cashier charges me twice for same item. Now I have to give my name and phone number and re-run my credit card. She even asked me *twice* if I had an A C Moore card. Uh...no. And not likely to ever want one.
